Very friendly and really care about your pets. I have been going here for over 15years.

It would seem I have a defected dog. She has become a huge part of our family, but her medical issues mounted in her 4 short years. The great vets and staff at L363 have been patient and kind. They have taken great care of our sweet Sadie. I can’t thank them enough.

I would give negative stars if I could. Picked my little one up after 7 days of boarding and a bath on the last day. My dog was covered in these lesions, swollen face, blood shot eyes, and very red ears! She was extremely lethargic and didn’t want to move much. I immediately took her back to the hospital. The veterinarian that walked into the room was extremely unprofessional and rude. She told me that nothing happened here and she was fine. Then she said it’s a reaction to the shampoo during the wash. Impossible since some of the lesions were scabed over. Then the vet continued to talk down to me telling I know nothing about my dog and she just has allergies and she will keep getting allergies. The vet did not once put her hands on my dog. I had to lift her up so she could see what I was talking about. When I inquired about about treatment or if it will be cultured the doctor said no. It could be a staph infection. After she just said it’s an allergy! She said all she can do is refer to dermatology. I told her I just paid $200 for boarding and grooming and I do not appreciate my love being returned to me in this condition. The vet sharply and rudely said she is not doing anything for my dog and she won’t charge an exam fee. What exam?! She didn’t even touch her. She became even more vulgar, as I told her I am leaving and I didn’t appreciate her tone or lack of professionalism. As I open the door, she walks right up to me in my face and screams “Go girl! Get out of here! Go girl!” The very next morning I took my dog to another vet. The vet was very concerned and ran multiple test, including sending samples to the lab and looking at cells under a microscope. The lesions are serious and my dog is now undergoing extensive treatment. $520 dollars later at the new vet and $200 paid to the hell hole loop 363, my dog is now getting proper care! My lawyer as been contacted and hopefully justice will be done for my dog!

Dr. Boedecker has always given our pets exceptional care. She understands that our pets are family members, and also understands that every pet is unique. I highly recommend Loop 363 to all who have pets.

Everything was good. Tyrion was well checked over. Problem assessed, medication, and follow up treatment discussed. Clean empty waiting. And exam room. Nice staff. Still waiting on refererral and doctors notes to the insurance company on the exam findings.

Loop 363 Animal Hospital is the only place I would trust taking care of my pets. Everyone there is so kind and you can tell they love all the animals!!

Took Mike to the vet today to get his toenails clipped. They did an excellent job and he didn't even cause a problem! He hates anyone messing with his feet thank you dr. Blackstone and staff.

Always a good experience. Dr. Blackstone is the best, no doubt about it, but the care is always good whether boarding or needing a post-dog-fight checkup and stitch up. The techs are great too.

My sister brought her 3 dogs there to be groomed. They did an excellent job on them all.

They were very helpful and polite. I needed a prescription verified quickly from another veterinarian of the veterinarian so I could get my dog her food for her pancreatitis. They were able to verify and do all of that in less than an hour. I appreciate their support for our local animals. Just a reminder. Veterinarians care for many of our dearest loved ones.

This is the only place we have ever brought any of our animals to Kita,an Akita dog,Shagster,the guinea pig,Jake,German Shepard and more throughout the years.

I will only use this veterinarian office for cremation of any pet that has passed. They are nice people I have questioned one of them that's very disturbing but their prices are high and sometimes their attitude can be offsetting.

I have 5 dogs that I bring here on a regular basis. I couldn’t be happier with the friendly and caring staff. I always appreciate the time the doctor takes to call me with updates/ test results as well as the time and consideration made in finding the best way to proceed with treatment.,

Dr Boedeker is an AMAZING vet and friend. Not only is her knowledge of Veterinarian medicine great, but her animal behavior knowledge is definitely a strong point.Dr "B" is #1 !!!!!

Dr Boedeker is amazing! She is kind, patient, sympathetic, and educational. The entire staff at Loop 363 have been awesome to work with. Highly recommend.

Doc. came in, loved on my dog. Gave her treats, did her thing and sent us home. We were in and out within 90 mins. The place is clean, people-friendly, and animal kind.

Great. Place to take your pet to their really good with animals

My small dog fell and hurt his leg late at night. First thing in the morning I called Loop 363, they were fully booked but worked us in. I was very grateful.
