I took my pup for the first time and they ruined his whole look . I am sure that being in the business for so long they must know how to brush out knots instead of taking the east way out by shaving his beautiful fur altogether. Extremely dissatisfied . We loved our pups fur and had faith that they’d do a good job, I wouldn’t have paid $76 if I knew he would be completely shaved .

I’ve been taking my fur babies to Woofgang for years. Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. I love how quick Woofgang is with my doggies which means I never have to leave them there very long. Jamie is great and she always has my fur babies looking so good.

This place is awesome! My doggie got a great cut and was so happy they were so nice and friendly and even gave me a report card for my pooch! Also they have great bones and treats to buy and I even made my next visit in advance.

Best place for dog treats and cakes! I've been going for at least a couple of years now, and the staff is always friendly. They take so much effort in making the baked goods, and are always willing to help you out and answer any questions you have.

Extremely disappointed with the staff and management. If you love your puppy don’t take it here. They will shave your pet to what they like and will not admit their mistake. Totally ruined the look of my baby. Never taking my pup here ever again.

Excellent and friendly staff! Brought my 14 week old toy poodle for his first grooming appointment and we are more than happy! A complete transformation! Dexter will be back. I just wish I had asked the groomer for her name, she did so amazing!

My pocket beagle puppy had her 1st. Birthday celebration cake, cupcakes, cookies, and yogurt ice cream from the Sugar Land location. Excellent. Would recommend to family and friends.

Wish I could give 0 stars . I schedule appointments two weeks in advance and you keep cancelling my pets appointment . Guess your folks have too many new customers and you don’t care about old ones . Will never go back .

Woof Gang take great care of all our dogs and they love getting pampered there, whether it's a full groom or just having their nails filed

Amazing experience. My 15 yr old black lab was revitalized. He usually hates going to the groomer, but the staff was amazing with him. Truly a great atmosphere, friendly accommodating staff, I would trust them to take care of my best boy anytime. Edit: I would also recommend the shedding furminator treatment here. I have been to other groomers and the end product looked terrible. You can tell that the groomer at Woof Gang went above and beyond. Thank you!

Have been taking my dog Kiara for last 5 years, never had any issue. But two weeks ago I took her and she was shaven so badly under her belly and private area that she ended up at the vet. Was given meds for 5 days to recover from her inflammation. This was my last and final visit to this place.

This is such a fun place! I took my shih tzu in to be groomed here, and loved the experience we had. Very kind and attentive, and she loved the treats, too!

They did a great job on my new puppies hair cut! The groomer made her feel safe and I definitely plan on coming back with my puppy and older dog!

I would not recommend their grooming services. I took my dog in to be groomed and when my daughter picked him up they said that his grooming went well. Once he was home we noticed that he refused to walk, could not jump up on the couch, nor could he climb the stairs. Prior to our visit he had absolutely no issue with any of these things. When I called to inquire what had happened (accidents do happen)so that I knew what intervention/treatment to provide him they insisted that he had no problems other than being a bit resistant to having his nails trimmed. The next morning he was whimpering and shaking in terrible pain. I called my vet and was taken in immediately. My dog was evaluated and treated for inflammation due to severe muscle strain. My dog has been groomed without incident for 6 yrs. I will not be returning for future services.

Wonderful staff and excellent service! I have a Siberian Husky pup and they handle him very well Ghost gets so excited when we arrive and everyone there takes such great care of him. I'll continue to take him there.
