Dr. Cox and team, as always, take a keen interest in my dog’s health and treat her and me as family. I appreciate that they listen to my concerns about my dog. And I can tell from the reaction of my dog after a visit that she is treated with love.

Pre Covid which in itself is weird to type I would gladly recommend this clinic to anyone. They were always helpful and Dr. Cox seems to genuinely care about other peoples animals. With that being said this year alone I’ve spent over $500 at this clinic and one time my dog ended up needing surgery on both of his eyes,after being told “he was fine”. I was still charged for the visit which is understandable,but it’s off putting being told your animal is “ok” then two weeks later you take him elsewhere and your told the only solution is surgery. Fast forward to today 7-12-21. I really needed my dog to be updated on his vaccines,and I didn’t want to go here,but after calling a couple other places they were the only one with availability during the time I could go,so I just figured I’d go because it’s just vaccines this shouldn’t be a big deal. Well I was wrong. Ever since covid they’ve been doing nothing but curbside drop offs and you can’t go in with your pet,and I’m fully convinced they’re using this as an excuse to grossly over charge their customers. All I needed was my dog to get vaccines he got the vaccines, but I was also charged with other tests that blatantly don’t make any sense and it’s over half the total bill charge. 50% of the bill is for tests I simply didn’t ask for. They just did it without letting me know. No phone call,no text, no heads up saying that they feel these tests are mandatory. They just took it upon themselves to do it,and then call you when they’re done requesting your card information. They’ve never been rude to me,but this was the final time I’ll ever go to this clinic.

Our old vet closed a week after covid shut downs with no warning and no way to contact our old doctor for our dogs medical records. Finally found this vet after long months of searching and we are really happy with our decision. The curb side handoff was easily done and they gave us so much information about their clinic and what they needed from us before the appointment. We were done within an hour. Dr. Cox was very kind and gave us the run down on how our boys did inside, I'm very pleased as well how they handled my anxiety ridden jack Russell. Happy to say we found our new vet office for sure!

Best vet clinic in Sugar land by far. Took my husky for a growth that appeared and everyone was nice, Dr was great and very reasonably priced. Will not be looking for another clinic that's for sure.

Great staff all around! Starting with Theresa over the phone. She is very informative and treats all clients as guests. The vet techs are amazing as well. Finally, Dr. Cox is very knowledgeable regarding all animals. I have been coming here since I moved to Houston and refuse to go anywhere else.
