Sometimes the wait can be a bit long as there is only one doctor. Overall great experience. Dr. Perla was kind to my baby and attentive. He even suggested tips on how to better care for him. I appreciate that! Reasonable prices and staff was kind.

The office was very clean. The waite was reasonably. Doctor and staff was very patient and professional.

There was a bit of a wait after they called me to a room. At point I had to knock on the staff door for them to come in.

Clean and easy Vet clinic. Didn't have too much wait time. Dr. Rao was great. Great staff. Jordan was above and beyond!!! She was all helpful and sweet. Took the customer service to another level!

They are great. They took good care of my Sylvester and he is a rowdy boy, they nursed my Scarlett back to life, I'm counting on them to keep my old lady Rue alive for a long time..... I'll definitely keep on going back to them

Made an appointment and still had to wait, this is a walk in clinic so you’re last priority if you make an appointment. Receptionists were super unfriendly and not welcoming at all, I was 10 minutes early so I didn’t see an issue. Would definitely not recommend, prices were cheap when they were in the other location but increased due to covid, I guess. Not worth my time

Be careful. This veterinarian is extremely over worked. If it's basic, the price here is great. If it calls for the vet to monitor the pet and the medication is serious, find a vet that set's appointments. This vet doesn't have time or the memory to worry about your pet day to day. Be careful if you can afford it. He has no help outside of tech's in the office. What he gave my dog is dangerous unmonitored. My dog lost all of his muscles and weight and after telling him he had no idea what was going on with my dog. He’s good just over worked.

Spent 2 hrs and $40 for a nail trim because they also charged for an office visit. Could've spent $10-$15 and immediate service at the best Vet. Never again

The nurse was god. She asked every details about the problems. The doctor was very good friendly. Also the price is less.

Let me just say I love this veterinarian office. I have took both my dogs here and they are very efficient, knowledgeable and fairly priced. Now be mindful the wait time is very long but to avoid that arrive 1 hour to 30 mins early and you will be in and out. I prefer to wait prior to them opening versus 2-3 hours during the day. Save yourself the headache. Dr. Perla is the best.

Been waiting for over 4 hours and front desk keeps letting other guests go in-front of me I been here most of my morning and doctor didn’t see us till 3pm front desk service need improvement.

Used to love them at their old location, seems like things have gotten worse since moving. I arrived early before opening, told I was 2nd in line after having my dogs chart accessed on the computer and my phone number verified twice. 2 hours pass. I call, they say I am next in line and verify the phone number again (the one I’m calling from, mind you). Another hour passes. I go in, they apparently had not written down my number correctly and left me to rot out in the parking lot with my dog. They corrected the number and said “you are next in line”. Another thirty minutes. No call. Horrible customer service and organization. I love the vet but the process to getting seen is atrocious.

1 star for this place. I took my dog here because he hurt his back and he’s a dachshund. The doctor didn’t run X - Rays on his back and gave us prescription for the pain. It turns out the doctor gave us the wrong prescription and we ended up having to take him to another vet, to have his body cleaned out. The vet came back and said he will be lucky if he makes it through the night. The vet told us we needed to go say our final goodbye because he’s not doing very well. The next morning we got a phone call and the doctor said it’s a miracle and he will be ready to come home tomorrow morning. It was all because this vet we took him to gave us the wrong medications. I would not recommend anyone to take there pet here if you want the wrong prescription given to you. After my dog recovered I told them not to contact us because we are not going to be coming back. I told them to stay away from my dog. The doctor is careless and has no heart for animals, he’s lucky I didn’t send him the other vet bill for my dogs body getting cleaned out. Due to his complete stupidly. AGAIN DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG, CAT, OR ANY FUR BABY HERE, IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET TAKE YOU THEM SOMEPLACE ELSE. I don’t want anyone else to suffer like my pet did.

Economy Pet Clinic treated my cat Loki with so much care and attention. The Doctor and staff were very caring and compassionate. I highly recommend this clinic for your pet

Fairly cheap but very busy

Many years ago when I was new to Houston Texas my dog was suffering from bladder stones for the second time. The first time the vet that treated her wasn’t only expensive but not the best when it came to his bedside manner. I had just lost my husband and I needed to be more considerate on my spending. I came across Economy Pet Clinic and they have been amazing. Big Boy and Molly were the OG patients but now they help me take care of Macbeth, Solovino, and Matilda! They are amazing and yes sometimes you have to wait but it’s worth it!!!

Refusing to let people who have been waiting with appointments to use restrooms. They’re sending their customers to the gas station next door. There’s also no chairs in the lobby except for one.

I used to love this pet clinic. I used to go to the old smaller location. You can’t beat the prices. However they moved to a bigger location and you would think they would have faster service. Their wait time is outrageous & definitely seem understaffed. I waited for 2 hours and couldn’t wait any longer since I had stuff to do. I decided to leave after wasting 2 hours of my day. Unfortunately I will be finding another vet that is more organized with an actual appointment schedule.

I am using this vet from now on. They are awesome. My dog got great care and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The pet world needs more places like this.♥️

BEWARE!!!! This clinic HORRIBLE. If you love your pet do NOT, I repeat do not take your animal here. The staff was very rude and inattentive. You have to wait in your car due to Covid restrictions and when you are allowed to come in for your appointment, you must weigh your animal yourself and go wait in a room for an extended amount of time. The exam rooms are filthy!!!! And it smells horrible. I have never been to an animal clinic that was so dirty. My dog is a part of my family and deserves the best care. The tech even talked over the doctor when he finally came in and he didn’t even do a thorough exam of my dog. I had a terrible experience and I won’t be back!!!!
