Took my three dogs there, and love the service.

Don’t take your pet here. Will never return. I don’t recommend. I think they posted fake pictures on Google.

This is by far the worst grooming salon I’ve ever taken my dogs to. Upon arrival the place looked sketchy. I didn’t want to prejudge them so I showed the guy a picture he promised that he could do the cut and showed me pictures of previous dogs with the same cut I wanted. I have three teacup poodles I cried when I picked my dogs up. My dogs looked as if they’d been through hell and had cuts on their faces and all over their body they looked nothing like the picture he showed me he cut them bald. I told him they looked ugly he didn’t care I paid him and left about a week later my three dogs got ear infections and one of my dogs started losing hair. I had to them take my dogs to the vet to get antibiotics. This place needs to be shut down I believe the good reviews have to be people they’ve paid or they’ve either made the reviews themselves WORST PLACE EVER PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE!!!

Please do not take your dog here. No matter if it’s cheap. You guys do not see what’s going on back there and someone who’s very familiar with the place highly recommended me NOT to go back there ever. She says there’s no good ac for the dogs who are boarding, and they just aren’t trust worthy people. My dog came out with two popped blood vessels in his eyes, I cried bc I felt so bad that I put him through that. He’s never had any problems with other groomers so I take him at another place now, pricey but worth his care. Please Think of your pet and really think what they go through behind close doors.

I left my dog there for boarding once before and currently and they are very good with him. The lady told me the first time he tried to bite her but he became friendly so she knew exactly how to deal with him. I would highly recommend them if ur going out of town and need to leave a pet behind.

I am in luv with this place I just came across it here in the Sugarland area it was quick and easy when it came to appointments got in the next day and the price for a full treatment were super affordable and the best part is that my puppy came out looking super beautiful!!! I have found his new grooming spot!

I just find good place for my pets. They do good grooming for my dog and also they do cat’s bath. The price is very fair no any additional charge fee. I love it and I will keep coming if my pets need grooming????????

Owner is a true dog lover. Always accommodating and calls to remind. Also the lowest rate in the area. Her Covid measures were excellent too. Individual kennels for each dog. The only place in town that our difficult Shih zu enjoys going.

I've never bothered to review anything but this one.This is the worst dog house ever. The women named griscilla was rude. She only cares about money. I went there ask for boarding services. She made me wait for more than 20 mins because she was chatting with someone else. When I asked for price. She acted like she is the only choice I've got. The way she talked made me upset and angry. I left the store after a bit of argument with her. My suggestion is DON'T GO THERE. You won't get what you pay for.
