Upon entering no acknowledgment, hard to find some employees for assistance. Green hair lady employee didn't listen and address our needs, pushed her own political views, twice. Female cashier not helpful either. Left and went to Petco.

This place has the most awful customer service ever especially coming from a "team leader" Demetris Dunn she was rude and awful that lady should not be working with pets if she doesn't care about them and shes its cold hearted, if she is supposed to be the manager she is supposed to have better customer service to people to set an example! she is the rudest person ever and apparently she doesn't care. My dog was left there all day without food or water and no one called to tell me he was ready to be picked up after I told her this her comment was "OK and what do you want me to do about it" I will never bring my dog back there again

Very bad experience with their grooming services. Very high prices, very low level of skill, one size fits all model and no compassion for pets and no alignment with the needs of the pet owners. Have moved all my pet purchases and needs elsewhere and will not return to Petsmart for any future purchases.

Our last visit was for a "free" picture with Santa. To date, 4 days later, we have NO PICTURE. I have contacted the store 2 times, each time being told the same "song & dance"; it's the first time using this server; all stores nation wide are using the SAME server, and it may take several days for the picture to be sent. The first inquiry it was 1 day; 2nd inquiry it was 2 business days. Well I've waited WELL BEYOND both of those and still have no picture!!!

Came here to pick up one of my doggos that got shaved. Guy that cut his hair was friendly and nice.

They need better stock in Fancy Feast Senior canned food. It is always a struggle.

Big variety of canned cat food for adult cats ......Quick in and out.....no long lines

I went there to buy joint supplements for my dog. I asked for help and promptly shown where they were. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They were able to accommodate us with a same day appointment. My fur baby looked fresh for our Father’s Day celebration :) thank you !

We use the pet hotel. They take great care of our little ones.

Nothing on shelf’s, dirty, no prices on product and customer service wasn’t there to help at all, and didn’t find anything I came for.

I really appreciate their ability to keep track of what food you previously bought for your dog. And the manager's knowledge is unbelievable. He helped me pick out the right dog food for my dog that has teeth problems and took his time explaining it. I would've given them 5 stars except whoever the assistant manager is was not as helpful a few days later. He just pointed to a general area and told me I would find my item over there.

Had our kitty go here for the hospital but there is a big cat toy selection

Every single time I come here to purchase my dogs vet prescribed Hills food, there never is any. Today not only was there not any food, but service was horrible and unacceptable. I asked for a manager, and when he arrived he was rude and seemed annoyed I had called. I asked if he could check in the back for the food, he went and I followed. Once he returned in less than a minute, as he walked pass me he said we don’t have any. There was no eye contact no nothing, so I asked when are deliveries made he answered and continued to walk away. He didn’t try to find the food at another location, or help out. I will not be spending any more money at this particular location going forward if this is how management treats people

This pet smart sugarland Texas hotel is my dog Nelson's favorite. He loves his friends he meets and the superb care he gets

They are crippled by covid. It's really sad.

This store is very dirty and over crowded with product, that should be clear out of the path of the customers. It really needs a good cleaning and shelves cleaned and stocked. The employees are very nice.

Great selection! The line was a little long, maybe they need a couple more employees.
