Wow! This is the best business I've ever received for my pup! I won't take her anywhere else after today. I told Jax what I wanted for my pup and she went above and beyond! Jax hand-made my dog a scarf and styled her hair. The whole staff is amazing here. I can't believe how cute she was when I got her back. 10/10 recommend!!!

The manager I believe his name is Darian, he was absolutely amazing in helping me to get my online order fixed. Even when I had to come in store he took time out to show me better products at better prices. He also recommended products I would need in the future based solely on my dogs breed. He has the knowledge and the know how to get things done.

Took my furry Schnoodle in for a cut and groom and Christopher NAILED it. Perfect job, and all were so wonderful to work with! You can always tell when people love dogs, and these folks do!

Horrible experience with grooming. Told them not to shave our dog and just trim him. We picked up a COMPLETELY shaved dog!! I was in shock. Not only is he shaved, but the shave itself is completely uneven!!! He has rashes on his belly now. Called to speak to a manager and was told the manager is out this entire week. How convenient. NEVER coming back and I do NOT recommend their grooming department!!! Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

I went to Natural Paws closest to my house. The gentlemen that worked there was probably the most unhelpful person I have ever met. Im a new naive puppy owner and needed some direction. I was first ignored. Then I said can someone help me with back packs and he said they are in front of you. I had my puppy with me and needed to figure out which would work for me. He just stared at me. I thought to myself I will never go in there again. I was then told that y'all are a franchise. So I called the Natural Pawz on San Felipe. Jana picked up the phone and was so cheerful and helpful over the phone. She gave me more info on the phone than I expected. I went to the Tanglewood store and it was like night and day. They made me and my puppy feel so welcome. They showed me what they thought I should use. Jana even took the backpack out of the box put my puppy in there and adjusted the straps for me. I felt so at home and I can promise you I will never go to the one in my neighborhood. It is worth the drive. Both sales people were awesome. I am in retail and I know how you should treat each customer and the Bellaire store made me feel like I should know what I need.

Super friendly staff, helped me out with everything I need. I will definitely be going back!

Great experience here compared to other pet stores. I came in looking to change my dogs current food and Ashley was amazing when it came to answering questions about dog foods. She made me feel so comfortable with my purchases! Will be back again!!

After doing a lot of research, I decided to switch to raw food for my cat. I was nervous to make the transition but the employees here made me feel so at ease and answered all my questions. My kitty is happier than ever!

Just had a fantastic experience here. I was looking for toys that my young dog wouldn’t chew through so quickly, and boy did this store have a selection! Great customer service, great selection, knowledgeable staff, and plenty of parking. I’ve rarely had such a wonderful experience at a pet store! My dog is very happy with his new toys! Props to this team!

I love all the variety of canned cat foods that are available and they always help me special order new flavors to try.

I have been shopping here for years. Many of natural products and food are only found at Natural Paws. Also great one on one customer service! You don't get that at other pet stores. Thank you Anthony!!

A cute little pet shop. We went in there while we waited for a table at yoshi ramen a few doors down. The cashier that was there by herself was very helpful and helped me pick out the right calming pills for my nervous dog. Everything is a little over priced, but the prices are comparable to pet smart. We bought turkey dog cookies and they seemed to be left over from thanksgiving, as they were extremely hard. The dogs lived them regardless though. Overall a nice quaint little pet store.

Our family is getting ready to adopt a new puppy. We stopped in to this Natural Pawz after a recommendation. They were so helpful. They had everything we needed for our new puppy and answered all our questions about bringing home a new pet. Many options for supplies, cute toys, and healthy food choices. We will be back to get a name tag engraved once we have settled on a name for the new addition.

Great store and great staff! They always know what to recommend when I come in asking a million questions about my senior dog's diet/skin/breath/itching/etc. This is also the one store that ALWAYS has my little lady's favorite food in stock. If she's (un)lucky, they even have holiday outfits on sale...
