My husband and I LOVE taking our pets to this place. Everyone is SO nice and they are great with handling our cats. They always work with your availability and the prices are very reasonable every visit. The location is very close to our house so that's another plus.

The vet and his his team are outstanding they treat your fur baby like it was their own, and they give you options and don't force decisions on you. Would highly recommend them.

Dr Zia is the best Vet around. He has cared for all our cats & dogs. He is very caring with all our fur babies! We have been going to him for years. Dr Zias staff are very good, nice & professional. They handle all our babies with loving care. I would not trust anyone else to care for our babies!

I’ve never written a review for any business. EVER. This is the first but I felt I needed to. I’ve owned animals all my life, been to many, many vets in many different cities. Dr. Zia is the absolute best. His office gave me a last minute appointment and saw me right away. In less than 2 hours I had an exam, x-rays, urinalysis, blood work and prescriptions for my Schnauzer all without waiting for DAYS on results because he has an in-house lab. His explanation of tests was thorough and concise, plus he’s just a nice guy. He will be my vet from this day forward. Thanks Dr. Zia!

I took my dog to Dr. Zee on May 6 for x-rays for pregnancy. He told me that she was not pregnant she’s having a false pregnancy that I should have spaded . At 3 AM this morning on May the 26th. My dog started having puppies out of nowhere. I come to Dr. Zee’s office this morning he tells me he’s not giving me a refund until I can prove to him that my dog had puppies. After I shoe d the videos and pictures Then he stated in order for me to tell if a dog is pregnant or not. I need to at least bring the dog in 40 days before. I brought her to Dr z on May 6 when you said there is nothing there. she had puppies on May 26. Somethings not right . He could not even explain. He was so confused saying different things. O but I had him ok record for my records. Can’t be trusted and a rip off.

My babies went to get a denthal cleaning with doctor Zia... he did a good take care of my precious dogs.. he is very compassion and very good doctor... I'm happy with his work... definitely we are going back to him...

Me and my fur baby have been going to Dr. Zia's office for years now. Every single visit, which has been numerous throughout the years, leaves me feeling like my pet has been provided the upmost quality of care. Dr. Zia and his staff truly love their patients and are readily available for any of your needs concerning your pets. He always tells me to call him if I have any questions or concerns after leaving from a visit and he is extremely responsive. I have referred several family and friends to this office and would never go elsewhere anymore.

Dr. Faisal Zia is awesome he saved my brothers cats life and we couldn't be happier ???? He really cares about his patients like we do .. I am even taking my dog there now im so impressed that he researches my alternatives to some medicines to ensure my fur baby is truly healthy Thanks so much Dr. Zia ❤❤

My girlfriend and I took our pug before lunchtime because he had eaten half a rotisserie chicken. The staff was very friendly. They did x-rays and showed us exactly what was going on, and said he would need surgery. We went through with the surgery, and don't regret it at all. Dr.Zia removed probably over 100 tiny sharp bone fragments from my pugs belly. It's very hard to find a good veterinarian who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of your pets without trying to empty your wallets. I recommend for anyone who wants good quality service at an affordable price.

Dr. Zia is so wonderful! He takes care of our Great Danes and is one of the most caring, compassionate, and thorough Veterinarians I've met. He and his staff are true lifesavers.

I wish I could go off on this Google review but I can’t. Doctor is money hungry and will milk you for extra shots and toe clippings that you don’t even ask for, then surprises you with the bill. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Does not truly care for animal health... just his own pockets.

This is the best vet I have ever used. I can honestly say I haven’t met a better guy than Dr. Zia and his clinic. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects even in my case of moving overseas and the process that involves. His clinic is one of the few that will help get a USDA certificate for overseas travel. Where else can you get the owner of the clinic signing paperwork and administering last minute vaccinations on a Saturday? How about giving you his personal cell phone number for any problems that could have (but did not) happened? Only Aliana Animal Hospital. The process went flawless. I highly recommend this place. The facility is just as amazing as the doctor that work there. Without Aliana Animal Hospital my move would have been unsuccessful. I can’t say enough. I’ll end by saying keep up the great work Dr. Zia—Mission Complete—see you in a few years when we move back to town!

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The care and concern Dr. Zia has shown my pets over the years as well as the way he explains everything so clearly gives me such confidence that my pets are getting the best care possible. Dr. Zia is also amazing. Front desk and staff are great.

My 14yo Tiki dog has been to 2 other vets prior to seeing Dr. Zia for her cough. Dr Zia diagnosed her w a enlarged heart (CHF) got her on some cardiac meds and 2 days later she is going GREAT! Cant say how much I appreciate Dr. Zia and his staff!

Such a wonderful Veterinarian Clinic! It was a Friday and my little dog wasn’t eating and was lethargic. I called them when they opened and they saw me within the hour. She received a few shots, and they helped explain medications and what to do if she were to get worse over the weekend. They sent us home with special food and a plan. Within a few hours she started being interested in food again. They treated my dog like she was a part of their family and assured me of everything along the way. Thank you so much Aliana Animal Hospital! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! (????)

OMG, I rarely take the time to write a review, even though many deserve one, but this case is exceptional. My 6 year-old female Pit mix, Sierra, was diagnosed with degenerative joint disease (arthritis) with joint effusion (swelling) in both knees, 4 years ago. About a week ago, her left knee finally became too painful for her to tolerate - and the right knee is likely about the same. The pain this poor dog was in, was unimaginable. I wasn't sure what was wrong, cause in 4 years, she's never had anything nearly this intense. Didn't know where to go either since I had just moved to Aliana from north and did not have the time for multiple treks to her former vet up there. Came across Aliana Animal Hospital through google, in my search for a new, holistic vet and this place more than checks all the boxes of my wish list. Walked through the door at 3:30, had to fill out basic 1 page of info for a new patient, was in a room within five minutes, had a real, caring, knowledgeable and actually holistic-in-every-sense-of-the-word, Doctor in the same room within another 5 minutes... and I did not have an appointment. It gets better - we are so on the same page on all aspects, plus I learned a ton more. The prices would have been incredibly fair even if it had been standard service, but he spent over an hour, along with a super nice assistant, making sure they did anything possible to help ensure her comfort, physically and emotionally. Sent us off with some quality supplements and a thorough explanation of each and Sierra's ability to walk was already improved by the time we left. On the way home, she started whining and it wasn't from pain - it was because we were passing a park and she wanted to go, which we did! This place is worth your time, money and dog's health - a gem for sure.

My cat was very sick and did not make it. DR ZIA is a kind, understanding person. i could not ask for a better person to care for my animals. Dr Zia you will always be special to me and thank you for all you did for my Littleman in his last hours.

I adopted 2 kittens and they both got sick. Aliana Animal hospital got my little fur babies back to good health and the staff is phenomenal. You feel like family when your there. Love them! Won't go anywhere else.

Worst experience I've had with a vet ever. I've been in rescue for a long time & i could not believe what I just dealt with. I took a foster kitten in to be combo tested which is a simple blood test & they worked the cat up so much by not hitting a vein 3 times and holding the cat down & scruffing him, with NO BREAKS in between needle sticks, finally once the cat was screaming bloody murder and trying to get all four paws on a surface I left. Not to mention all the vet did previously was talk about how the combo test should have already been done by the clinic who neutered him, and I explained MULTIPLE TIMES that the low cost spay and neuter clinic doesn't do anything but NEUTERS AND SPAYS. This was the most unpleasant vet I've ever been too, and I've been to a lot.

Good for treatment, office seemed clean. However... I felt like the Dr. sort of treated me like I didn't know anything. Maybe because I brought in a puppy and it was my first time there and he assumed I was new to dog ownership? I dunno, but this isn't my first "rodeo" with pups or dogs in general. Like many vets, his knowledge of health and illness was great, but his knowledge of diet and behavior were minimal. He will push Science Diet on clients when there are better options out there. He said my pup's ears were dirty... I got home to clean them and they were spotless. I told him what food I was feeding, he said he had never heard of it, and I suppose he assumed it was not a high quality food and told me to look more into it (I had done a lot of research on my dogs' diet!) All in all, not terrible, but I will likely not be back as I like to form a relationship with my animal's vets and I don't see that happening here.

a month ago- My 7 week old Siberian Husky had her "third" eye lacerated by my cat (it was a very unfortunate accident). We had planned a trip down to Austin when this happened minutes before we are set to leave, it didn't look so bad but quickly but Athena was hurting I can tell. I decided to call the Aliana Animal Hospital(we being new in this area). I explained what happened and receptionsit informed me,it would be better to take her straight to Aliana Animal Hospital to see Dr.Zia Of course at this point I knew it was serious and was very worried for my new fur baby. She had her eye examined and figured the best course if action was surgery. I was very worried as she is only a 7 week old puppy but they made me feel comfortable and at ease about the procedure. I dropped her off Monday morning for the surgery. They called me a before and after the surgery with updates, which definitely helped with the anxiety. They definitely care a great deal about you and your animal. All in all, the surgery was a wonderful success. They were able to suture her third eyelid back together, which had to be a very delicate procedure. I can't even begin to express how impressed I am with this Animal Hospital, the friendly staff and doctor ! They went above and beyond for our little Athena. She's is great spirits and recovering like a champ! I recommend this Aliana Animal Hospital to anyone who has a animal love. Thank you so much for taking care of Athena!

We had to to euthanize our sweet Sammy girl today. The staff were INCREDIBLY kind and sensitive. I was blown away by their kindness and empathy. They made a most difficult situation easier on my soul. They didn’t rush me, let me take my time, and helped me through the grieving process. Thank you you for all that you did, your genuine kindness and empathy truly helped. THANK YOU.

Dr. Z is so educated and knows what he is doing. My family and I love taking our pets to place where we feel welcomed and AAH is the place!

My oldest dog had some anxiety when it came to vet visits (and thus so did I). Dr. Zia was able to work through our issues, and we love him for it! The staff are all so wonderful! They truly care, and it shows in every visit. Thank you for being there for my girls every step of the way!! (BTW: I brushed their teeth tonight! For realsies!)

I wish you could give no stars but then it wouldn't post. The receptionists are very inexperienced and need to learn how to do admin work, the doctor will finesse you and give dogs unnecessary shots. I would not recommend going here if you care for you dogs life. They are just money hungry.
