This vet has remarkable customer service! I was calling for a friend who lives in close proximity to this vet and they were so very helpful. She opted not to schedule her appointment at this time but I was certainly impressed with their customer service!!

They took good care of my baby girl Sasha on multiple occasions normally not comfortable bringing my baby to anyone but the vet in my home town but here in Houston this is the place to go to place..

Dr Sloat is very knowledgeable and caring.

I was nervous about going here because I was having surgery ony dog but they took very good care of her and the girls there told to call and they would let me know how everything went. They even let me leave her favorite doll with her. I highly recommend this place

We have been coming to Pet Vet for many years with both cats and dogs. The staff are caring and Dr. Mark and Dr. Sloat are knowledgeable and have decades in experience. We have had excellent healthcare for our pets, but also had caring end of life care here as well. I can't say enough good things about this business and about the doctors and staff.

The lady who answers the phone has no manners what so ever and is not professional enough for what she’s supposed to do which is stupid of you don’t like your job why be there.

Dislike the location but the staff were great.

Allows senior citizens discounts, Dr Sloat treats animals and informs their owners if some procedure needs to be done or not.

James G. Sloat, D.V.M. is kind, caring, knowledgeable, conscientiousness and absolutely provides the best spay available. This location is not really convenient for me, but, it is worth the drive to have someone like Dr Sloat helping to look after my fur-kids.

The vet and her staff were really patient with my pups. I have to take both of them everywhere and even though one of them didn’t need services they were just as sweet to him as to the one that did. The Spicy Tuna, the pup that went in for her shots, is very easily agitated into anxiety and fear. The vet and her tech were incredibly professional and patient while handling my crazy ass dog. I would definitely recommend! Everything was clean and easy breezy!

Great staff. Have taken good care of my pets for years. When it came time to put one of my pups down the Dr. And staff made it as easy as possible. We were able to stay with him and he experienced no trauma at all. The staff was supportive and professional. I definitely recommend this vet clinic.

High prices and bad service. Asked them 3 times to clip Dolly's nails and they did not do it. How do you like that for 350.00? High prices and low rate service!!!!

The staff here is very friendly and informative. I called ahead of time to get quotes and they were very helpful. They were also able to give me answers for all of my questions. Scooby and I appreciate everything you did for us. Thank you so much Pet Vet Staff!

I went to this place Saturday around 1:35 pm my dog was very sick, and wasn't a veterinary available, she was with the last patient. 1:45 pm the veterinary left, the clinic close 3:00 pm I left the clinic without any help.
