My dog received surgery for a torn ACL. The surgeon was super in every way. The office personnel were not. They unknowingly constantly contradicted what each other said. Each thought someone else provided info which actually left me completely uninformed about his surgery options, the before/after surgery process (like not telling me he had to stay overnight until i was dropping him off and asked if 15 minutes before closing was an okay time to come pick him up) and lastly, an incorrect estimate. I was quoted the surgery cost only, not including the pre-op requirements, anesthesia and post op meds. Great doctors, disorganized front desk staff. This is why i give them 3 stars.

The women vet Karen hobbs was the rudest vet I’ve ever met in my life. I will never use her again. Really don’t see how she has any patients. The male vet Dodson is the only one I will use if I have to go there again but after my last experience with her I’ll just be finding a new vet.

Always friendly and nice to my dog, you can tell they care about animals. Prices seem reasonable based off of past experiences. Never had an issue and always greeted by friendly staff.

The Vets & Staff are professional, warm & caring! I brought my difficult dog," Kirby", in & they made us feel welcome! Super knowledgeable, they had my pooch feeling better in less than 24hrs!

Dr. Karen Hobbs is your pets best friend. She's kind and caring.

A little stray cat had made its way to my home after all the rain we had, she was very dehydrated and starving and I wantes ro help her. I called 3 veterinary clinics in around dublin and no one seemed interested in all with helping her. I call Ark Veterinary and they got me right in immediately. Dr. Cole was so very concerned about her as well and the staff there is very professional and courteous. All this happened last week and since then we have a new addition to our family. If it was not for Ark Veterinary and their staff Belle would not with us today. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ark Veterinary clinic for all of your furry ones needs. THANK YOU DR. COLE AND STAFF FOR EVERYTHING.

I could not ask for more caring and knowledgeable vet. I called late at night because my dog was having horrible seizure. Dr. Karen Hobbs called me back within 2 mins. I was frantic. She calmed me down, stayed on phone with me, instructing me on what to do. Thank goodness I didn't have to take my Ellie in that night. DR Hobbs was so patient with me. , and then called me back in about 15 minutes to check on Ellie. Such an excellent Vet. She is best at her job in my eyes! She truly cares!

Dr. Karen did an amazing job cropping my puppy's ears. She took the time to listen and get an understanding on the crop I wanted and delivered. The facility was clean, staff very friendly and professional. Everything was explained and the whole process was seamless. Ark Veterinary will always be my go to for ear cropping.

New in town, first visit was great Dr. Dodson and his staff are awesome.

My dog got hit by a car and they called the vet back from lunch just to take care of him. Luckily it was miner injuries. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for him

We drive all the way from Granbury to see the smiling faces here. Not to mention they’re about 1/3rd the cost of the vets in Granbury. Honestly though, all the doctors and staff are super awesome. Knowledgeable and friendly and very accommodating.

I took my daughter and her dog "Buddy". My daughter is almost blind, but she was impressed . Bud needed his nails clipped and something for fleas, as he is inside and outside when he wishes. My daughter was very pleased with the staff and everything they did. I am sure she will be back.

Dr. Dodson helped us take care of our Sadie during a difficult situation. He was so incredibly kind and understanding. We feel like our animals are in good hands at Ark Vet Hospital!

Everyone was extremely friendly and open to questions. The staff was very open with my dogs and accepted attention for pets and “doggy kisses.” Loved them and can’t wait to go back!
