A local business providing pet medicines. Absolutely outstanding professionalism. When your pet's medicine needs refilling, they will send it to you, or, my preference, I go pick it up. Absolutely wonderful to be able to get it same or next day.

They didn't have the medication ready. Said come back tomorrow. That wouldn't work. So after an hour wait they had it ready to go. It was a compound steroid so I appreciate they took the time to put it together. Not sure where the communication break down occurred.

Thank you so much for the wonderful service! One of my boxers has cardiac issues. The cardiology vet ordered pimobendan. SVPMEDS compounded the med into a chewable formulation which makes it easy to administer. The ordering was flawless and the turnaround time amazing.

I have been getting my dogs budesonide from here for years. They are always so kind and efficient. They offer delivery or you can pick it up yourself. They have the best prices, and they save me a ton of money compared to others places. They are always willing to call my vet and get my prescription refill authorization. The staff here is awesome, and I wish every place was this well run. Highly recommend!

***MUST READ*** I called SVP a few hours before their closing time to inquire when the script would be ready. I had been looking at the phone all day. They were sent the script late in the day for a pretty complicated compounded medication (due to no fault of their own). They informed me it was not to be completed until the following day. I told them my dog receiving these meds tonight is matter of life and death. My dog was anemic at the time and currently spontaneously bleeding. I was waiting outside for a while before in case there was a chance they would get it done. They did not know I was waiting. I don't know what all they had to deal with to get it done but they did. Very stressed out, I went inside and was greeted by someone with a sharp faded wolf haircut (I did not get their name so I need to give credit for the hair and compassion). This person told me they would be praying for my dog (by name). The sentiment means a lot during a time of crisis. A few days later and he has improved dramatically. Not out of the woods yet but when I walked into their doors---I had no hope. If I could give 100+ stars, I would.

Picked up medicine for dog in good timing service

My cat needed a special medicine that I always find it easier to deliver it as a liquid rather than a pill. My vet called in the med and I got a call from Specialty Vet Pharmacy about an hour later. It was a Saturday with an hour left to closing time so I asked to pick up Monday. The pharmacy calls me to remind me by late morning Monday. They hold it for me until Thursday when I pick it up. Guess I should have paid the $7 and I could have it delivered right away. Overall service is very good. No problem to ask for extra plastic syringes in case you misplace the syringe that comes with the meds. Also, with the pandemic still raging in Texas, it's curbside pickup only.

Took a long time to get meds from curbside pickup.

Very nice staff. They made my cat's medicine and I finally managed to get it down her on the second batch. Now she can get better.

Good for getting prescriptions mailed regularly for our Kitty. However, setting up a prescription and getting refills feels a bit tedious.

If i could give 0 stars i would. This would make the second instance in which i ordered a medication and they quickly debited my account for the medication and waited an additional 26 hours to request for fed ex to pick it up to deliver to me. I ordered the medication on a Tuesday morning and when i called on Wednesday morning to confirm that it had been sent, I was told that it had been and it would be delivered by end of business that night, well it wasn't. I called Thursday morning and was told the same story but given on a different day, but this time Fedex had not picked it up until Wednesday and that i would get it by end of day Thursday, well it wasn't. However, this time i asked for the tracking # and it was thru the Fedex website that i found out that they did not order the pick up until Wednesday and it was at least two hours after i called to inquire about it!!! Well it's 9PM Thursday and the medication is still not here and according to the website it can't tell me when it will be delivered. UPDATE 05/25/2019 As of today, this morning to be exact I have received my Pets medication. I was able to finally speak w/ the local Supervisor Laura and she not only gave me a credit for inconvenience she also had a courier to bring me my pet's much needed medication. I hate that this had to occur at all, but as Mr. Martinez said below w/n his response this situation, if nothing else can be used as a learning opportunity, one of which all can grow. I thank you both for your prompt responses and your immediate actions.

When my meds were ordered on a Tuesday they told me they would be shipped right away and would take 2-3 business days, with a delivery by Friday. On Wednesday, they were still not shipped. By Thursday, they were still not shipped and so now I had to expedite the shipping to overnight so that I could start giving my cats their much needed meds. Well on Friday, I was told that shipping messed up, and it was never expedited so my cats would have to go another 3 days with out their meds. This was for a parasite infection, causing diarrhea which if worsened could have caused massive dehydration and potentially even death. They are completely incompetent and irresponsible and very well could have made my cats worse
