The price for Thyroid tabs getting higher and higher. They started charging me from $28 to $52.20 now. Those same amount of Thyro tabs for sale online only $19.83. That's not the way to do business with unstable prices.

Better but no order from owners. And people that come from other parks don't clean up after their pets!

Cold place. I was told most of the puppies or more desirable animals go to employees. Also maybe I am judged by my clothing at the time. So you can make over 90k a year, but quickly if you want to adopt spontaneously. Be sure to come in your Sunday best fully ready to probably be ready for a full judgment on your character by your appearance.

We have been seeing Veterinarian Uncle Bill and wife Auntie Maris for 30+ years for any and all our pets! The pets have always received quality care from an Aggie Dr. (but don't hold that against him). The Dr. is very caring and compassionate and the medical issues are well taken care of...

Please don’t bring you’re pet here. I brought my dog here because she was very disoriented and couldn’t stand properly. All the vet recommended was a chemistry panel which apparently told him that she was a healthy dog and that all she had was a throat infection. He gave us false hope and false information he literally called my pet a project and said he could fix her up with the proper medication. So in two days she was back to where she was before even giving her the medication prescribed to her. she couldn’t even stand up on her own so I decided to take her to another vet. Thankfully the vet at that clinic recommended an X-ray and some other test and he Gave us the information we needed to know. My dog had cancer in her stomach, breast, and lungs. The vet told us she was in her final stages which she was because we just had to put her down because of the amount of pain she was in. Because of park glen clinic and their money scheme to lure us back for more medication and not recommending the proper test also keep in mind they made us spend almost 400 dollars on medication that is now just sitting in a drawer at home because it never helped my pet. Don’t come to this clinic if you care about your pet trust me. I would never lie on someone’s work.

Would recommend this place to anyone! During the Texas winter storm of 2021, not only were they the ONLY facility open, but they stayed at the clinic with their animals to ensure they stayed safe. Very sweet receptionist and dr. Hamilton took great care of my fur babies. 10/10 will go back!

Dr. Hamilton and his wife truly care about their patients. They always have animals roaming around the office making themselves at home. My mother and I have been taking our pets here for over 20 years. The assistants are always very kind and clearly enjoy being around the animals as well.

I called to transfer my 2 dogs care from a vet further out and the staff was rude. I live in the neighborhood this clinic is named for. I'm trying to continue my dogs on Trifexis and I had a heartworm test last October, giving me 3 more months til my dogs need another one. I spoke with the person who does the scheduling . She informed me this clinic would charge $50+, per dog, for the heartworm test. I told her I had one done last October and have 3 months left. Also, that I lost my job and just trying to keep my dogs healthy. I asked if she would be able to request my dogs records from my previous Vet, in turn saving me some money on the final bill. Very emotionless she told me" well I'm still working and we have more patients than we can handle." So now my dogs are starting to scratch do to not having their Trifexis. I've pretty much been told by my 1st Vet that they will not give me a copy of my dogs medical records and told by Park Glen Animal Clinic they won't request the records. That I should get my 2 dogs tested 3 months early and Park Glen would charge me $50+, per dog, for the heartworm test. $50+ for a heartworm test is outrageous. BARC, Houston's animal shelter and pet clinic, charges $15 for a heartworm test per pet and my old clinic charged me $25 per test. I feel like Park Glen Animal clinic is price gouging and for a business that deals with the welfare of animals, money was the only thing important to Park Glen. They wouldn't call my old clinic to get the test faxed over. I guess just getting Trifexis for 2 dogs wasn't enough money for them to see my dogs. If you want a clinic that cares about the animals over maximizing profits, please look for another Vet Clinic. Not to mention Parkglen Animal Clinic informed me personally that they had more patients than they could handle. So if you want your animals and yourself to be treated with kindness, compassion and empathy, don't go to Parkglen Animal Clinc.

Dr. Hamilton and his staff are professional kind always willing to discuss any issues that your Pet may have. Gentle and thoughtful. I have been bringing my beloved pets here for over 20 years and he and his staff have seen us through baby kittens that were rescued and needed to be bottle-fed to having to say goodbye to several of my dear companions, and he made it a transition in a painful time that was respectful and loving.

This is for WestyLou I’ve never been pleased with this office. My husband has always insisted that we take our cats here. I’ve since put my foot down and threatened to pack up myself , and our cats if he ever takes one back. My husband found a kitten 10 days ago that did have ringworms. We took her to Parkglen, which at the time I agreed to. The medicine the doctor prescribed was perfect, but the dosage he prescribed was 100% against the manufacturers recommendation, indications and intended dosage. The doctor overdosed the kitten and she died. The kitten is dead. Since I didn’t read the label warnings until day 9 and she was showing signs of poisoning, I’m as guilty for killing her as Parkglen for giving her the medicine as the doctor prescribed. Believe me, this weighs heavy on my heart. She passed away at 4AM when I couldn’t find an emergency vet. I will be going into graphic detail on her overdosing because if you care about your pet, you need to know. If you care, then your discomfort will guide you to make better choices than we did taking her to Parkglen. She was doing AMAZING! Eating, drinking, running to me every time I opened her quarantine door. Slept on my feet and I made sure not to kick up my recliner so my feet were always on the ground for her. She started playing on the 3rd day we had her. Finally she felt at peace since she was found on the side of a 4 lane busy road. On day 9 she didn’t eat her breakfast at 5:30AM, and barely touched her dinner at 6P. She was on a tight schedule even though her weight was fine. By 8P she couldn’t walk any longer. She fell into what I can only say as a coma. She could move, but only to scream out in pain. I listened to her all night, saying “I’m right here little baby girl” every time. Her ears were totally non-reactive. I put her in my slipper since she loved being by my feet. At 2A she crawled out, took 3 steps, fell over and peed on herself. At this point I lost it. I took off my shirt, picked her up and held her near. After this I placed her in what would become her death bed. It was another two hours of whipping her behind from poop and singing to her as she screamed in pain. She couldn’t open her eyes. She couldn’t or wouldn’t move. She just kept screaming. At the time of her passing she kicked and kicked, screamed and gave up. She couldn’t open her eyes to know that I was with her. She died scared and too young to leave. Listening to her scream for help is so burned in my mind I can’t sleep without hearing it. She passed away in my hands at 4A. I never got to kiss her, let her sleep on my lap or anything. I feel robbed. I must have promised her 100 times that she’d feel better soon, and then she’ll just get to be a 4 week old kitten. Now let me tell you what the medicine manufacturer recommends as PROPER DOSING INDICATIONS! (regulations are loose for vets, so do your own research) “The daily dosage is 5mg/kg (0.5 mL/kg) body weight administered once daily on alternating weeks for 3 weeks for 3 treatment cycles. Cats are treated during weeks 1,3 and 5 and left untreated for weeks 2 and 4”. Proper dosage from manufacturer goes as follows for her body weight : “Weight of cat 0.5 LBS 0.1MG.” The doctor gave her .5MG (dosage for a cat 2.2KG according to manufacturer) for a 4 week old kitten not weighing a quarter pound, for 14 straight days. Had I listened to the manufacturer’s indications, .01MG daily for 5 alternating weeks, she’d be alive now, sleeping on my feet. This isn’t about money, and we won’t be disputing the charges from this, but I will be creating public awareness on the horrid events that lead to this kittens death. Thankfully the time she did have before being poisoned was peaceful. She ate well, purred and slept on my feet every night. We buried her in a beautiful walnut box with black enamel coating. The hinges and lock were gold plated. Since she loved my feet so much I put her in my slipper a sock, toy and we lit a candle in her memory.

Not sure how this vet has so many good reviews. Rescued an abandoned kitten about a month ago and came to this vet the same day we found him. Since this was the only vet near by and opened at the moment we took our chances. He was given a dewormer, shot, flea medicine and inspected for other stuff a total of $190 dollars. We are very disappointed a month later and our kitten still has worms and our household has gotten a fungal infection from the kitten. It’s as if we spent $190 for nothing we might as well should of just brought him home without taking him to the vet because it seems like that’s what happened. We were expecting him to be treated correctly for the worms he has, but instead he has still been suffering and most likely has a fungal infection also. Now we have to take him to another vet to be treated correctly which is ridiculous if you ask me.

Dr. Hamilton and his wife are such wonderful people! We've been seeing them for a few months now and they are by far the best vet we've found in the 5 years of living in Stafford. One of our dogs has a possibly torn muscle in her leg, so we took her to have the Lazer Therapy and she loved going there weekly! It helped her a lot with the pain. Besides that, Dr. Hamilton is very knowledgeable and always so helpful and kind. We also catch and release stray cats in our neighborhood and we've been able to bring the cats immediately when we catch them, and the clinic is always willing to work with our schedule and let us pick them up whenever is convenient. Maris (Dr. Hamilton's wife) is always a delight at the front desk. Always very helpful and sweet. Be ready to be greeted by sweet rescue kitties when you walk in, that's my favorite part ☺️
