Great staff. Dr. called x2 to follow up to check on my dog. They are very patient with Ms. Roxi the diva dog cost is very reasonable too

They are the most caring in the most terrible times. I want to thank you so much for loving and caring when it was a difficult decision and making her loved. I want thank you so much even though it was a tough decision. I love n miss my girl shazi.

Going to have a meeting with the facility manager to discuss malpractice. My dog was taken in on 5/20/21 given Medication for part of the issue. On 5/27/21 I get a voicemail saying that my dog needs more medication and they wrote the script. It was filled on 5/28/21 and I was given 15 days. My question is if you knew he needed 60 days of medication why did we write only 15 days with ZERO refills or better yet ZERO documentation. Every single time I leave your facility I have asked for your medical notes on Duncan, every single time you guys have failed to do. Until I forced you to send them over on 5/22/21 or I would be coming in the office to publicly discuss my dissatisfaction with every single employee in your office. On 6/24 I get a text from dr hope saying he needs to be on the medicine for 6 to 8 weeks continuously after the fact it’s already ran out a week ago. The bigger issue is Dr. Hope live in text saying that we went over this and it was put in his medical records. Not a single voicemail or message or medical record indicates that medication being documented or prescribed for 6 to 8 weeks until 6/24! Do not take your pets here! All they want to do is take your money. I’ve NEVER met a doctor of ANY Kind to write a script for 1/4 the time it’s needed on top of have zero refills. It looks as it was to viciously get back at me because I no longer filling prescriptions through your facility as they’re almost doubled the cost of going to other pharmacies.

Staff is super nice. I felt super at ease after Dr. Kasper treated my puppy, he explained everything and followed up two days after my visit. This will deff be my vets office.

This is a veterinary practice with a heart. Due to a death in the family we were forced to quickly save 4 cats left alone with no one to care for them. I boarded them at this place, and although my only contact after I had to leave Spring was through phone calls and email, I found the staff to be very caring and loving on these orphaned kitties until I could have them placed with the SPCA. Every single person I had contact with - whether by phone, email or in person loved animals and went the extra mile to ensure that the kitties were not only safe, but worked on them to be considered adoptable.

They do a good job fixing a job but what they're really good at is emptying your wallet.if you think human health care is pricey these people will change your mind. It seems vets prey on fur parents emotion and many will spend literally the last dime on a pet. So if you have unlimited funds I would say go there otherwise look out

I’ve been using this office for several years now. The doctors running this location provide an absolutely phenomenal service. They’ve beyond caring and attentive. The front office staff is fantastic, everyone there is always compassionate and attentive. I am very appreciative of this group. Thankyou everyone!

They're great ????they offer curbside service for your pet. Due to Covid19 regulations you cannot walk in, be prepared to speak with the vet on the phone and have a Vet tech take your animal in for you.

Excellent customer service every time I bring my dog! I highly recommend this place to anyone with pets who wishes to check up on their health or just give them a nice day of relaxation.

They are quick to find an opening for my dog anytime I call with a serious issue. Honestly, they love my dog Spartacus and that makes me feel good.

So i went to take my puppy and i called the number numerous times and they did not answer to come get him i was the only car outside waiting i waited for about 20 minutes and i continued to call but no one would answer . i could see a red truck parked outside belonging to one of the vets and not one person answered my calls i called about 10 times and just left very angry and upset no one came to help attend my pup i even went to the doors twice and nothing s

My son's dog was very sick, vomiting, dehydrated and lethargic. They took care of him with fluids and anti nausea meds. He's not 100%yet but he's doing so much better. They are truly caring people.

LOVE this place! I needed to get in ASAP because my dog was on her 3rd day of being sick and they took her in. With the new COVID-19 protocols Lex was extremely helpful and comforting with my pup, also signed me up for monthly subscriptions for my dogs needs. Dr. Kasper was great, very detailed and texted me the next day checking on my dog and answered any other questions I had. Great experience and low costs, especially with signing up for Care Club.

Wonderful customer service from my first phone call to make an appointment to the moment I got my dog back from her appointment. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and kind. The vet spoke with me on the phone directly about my dog and the options available to me. You can tell this vet clinic actually cares about their animals.

This was my dog first time visiting this Vet and I was extremely nervous that my Diamond wouldn't be able to get through the visit. Needless to say from the time Nicole had Diamond in her arms to the call from Dr.Casper giving me great detail on treatment as well as options I was able to calm down and figure out my baby was in great hands. I never trust anyone with my dog so you can imagine what i was dealing with needless to say this office has a new family member with my family and I . Thank you for getting her without a prescheduled appointment, you have a lifelong member now!!!! Not to mention no breaks or sprangs just diamond has to continue to take it easy (as the SPOILED dog she is) more naps an more being packed lol did I say she came back smiling ! Went there yesterday for the first time. The staff here is beyond amazing. I believe our vet tech was Lex. She was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. My dog tested positive for Parvo. Today she is making a great recovery. I am truly amazed how organized this place is. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
