VCA Four Seasons Animal Hospital Spring, Texas

I took in a foster through a rescue group. This was the vet that they were contracted through. I took my foster three times, he got neutered there and received all the necessary vaccines. Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice and remembered my dog. I can’t speak on price because the rescue paid for everything, some of the prices I heard on the phone sounded pretty expensive though. They run on time for the most part, I did have to wait a while to be seen one of the times but it wasn’t the end of the world. Not a bad place if you’re local to spring

I personally really like this vet. I have been coming here for about 3 years and have never had any issues. They do seem a little expensive but it's around the corner so the convenience is nice. Plus everyone who works there has been more than wonderful to my pups which is what is important to me.

I’ve had the very best experience with Four Seasons. I rescued my dog from the streets and he came with a couple of health problems that needed to be addressed. Dr Amyx and the entire staff have been so attentive and sweet toward my dog. They have checked up with me through text a couple of days after I take him in with a concern every single time. They really do care about the pets and try their best to make the experience a little less stressful for both pets and humans.

I have lived all over the U.S. and have never been to a vet that is more caring and professional than VCA Four Seasons - and during the pandemic nonetheless! So much love and respect for this practice!

I can’t believe this place. I have been a loyal customer and many people have told me that their prices are high but I continued on taking my pets there. As of today I have decided to withdraw all 6 of pets from there and get a print out of all there records. I’m done with them. My mother is on a fixed income and can’t afford a $900+ vet bill. The corruption with this place is unreal, they tried to get me to sign up for some pet insurance for a 20% discount, then I said no. Then I get a price of $500+ and tell them I want my pets records and they drop it again to $350+. Really from $900 to $350, why couldn’t they just first have given me the lower price instead. In the times of a hurting economy, they wanna charge me $550 more for the same care. Come on, sorry guys but I’m done with this place. I’ve been getting a medication for one of my dogs for nearly 3 yrs and get it refilled every month. Come to find out I could have done it by mail and would have only been paying 1/2 the price instead of the fluctuating price from them, sometimes $54, then $73. Their excuse was their cost. How can I get the brand name meds for only $28 plus shipping instead. They had no answer on that one. I have decided to find a new vet instead. I should have done it long ago.

Shana is always so attentive and gives excellent customer service! Everyone is very professional and makes me feel like a valued customer!!!! My cats get the best possible care at Four Seasons!

We had a great experience with Four Seasons and we would highly recommend taking your pet there for excellent care! Our dog was very sick and Dr. Freeny was very thorough in examining him and running tests to figure out what was going on. She even followed up daily with text messages checking on him! We recently made the agonizing decision to have our beloved 17 year old dog "Domino" euthanized. The staff at VCA Four Seasons were extremely compassionate and understanding. A week after the ordeal, we received a personalized condolence card signed by the staff. I am truly impressed and would recommend them for all your pet's care.

My dog Bruno loved his first visit at vca they were very helpful and they provided the help we needed with in our budget. Our first visit gift bag was so nice had all kinds of stuff that I'd actually use for my dog. I'm so happy I switched my dogs vet to vca I really feel they care about animals health and they're not just wanting to make money off them.. love this place and will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

Took our 2 dogs for ear cleaning and nail trim. Front desk very nice and courteous. Not happy with the job as the nails were all jagged and not smoothed. They do not have to proper tool (dremel tool) to do this as was explained on the phone call after we were home. I don't believe they used anything but if they did it was a hurried job. The thing I was concerned about most was when they lady brought my dog out she was complaining about the leash which run out about 10 feet. It's a simple thumb lock leash. If an employee has the nerve to complain about a simple thing like the leash in front of the customer I have no trust leaving my dog out of site.

I had to edit my post and sad to say after taking my dogs here for years i will not be returning. They are under new ownership by VCA. I had taken in one of my dogs for shots and heart worm and was a little shocked at the price then previous visits. Decided to buy online instead so it wasn't that big of a deal, i also noticed at the time seeing the VCA being displayed and wasn't happy to see that either. None the less i need to board my dogs for a few days and decided to board them here as one of them needed his shots and called them 1 week prior to the boarding to and had it all setup to have his shots done while he was there. The trip was Saturday and Sunday, they are close don Sunday so the dogs had to spend an extra night there. Monday morning i go to get them and was told they did not give my dog any of the shots and asked if i wanted to make an appointment to get that done. What? I was not pleased. I told her no and then asked if she could print of both of my dogs records. I will NOT be going back. my previous post: They are very nice, dogs actually like going to the vet. Haven't had any issues, seem knowledgeable and have used their boarding services as well with no issues to note. Been going here for more than 5 years.

Dr. Amyx did our dog’s eye surgery and did an excellent job. I would consider it a difficult case to remove a tumor from the eyelid, but it’s healed great thanks to Dr. Amyx!

Staff is very friendly and treats my dogs as if they were their own. Dr. Amyx and Dr. Erkman are wonderful! I always receive a call the day after an appointment to see how my girls are doing. If you need to save some money, they have discount vaccines the 2nd Saturday of the month. Definitely recommend for your furbabies!

The staff is always so nice to all the animals. They try their very best, to make them feel comfortable in the vet setting. I've taken a lot of the rescue dogs in to see them.

From my friend Wanda who went yesterday, 4/8/17: We were so blessed yesterday by the doctors at The Four Seasons Veterinary Clinic on FM 2920 in Spring. The staff was courteous, sweet and kind. Eddie needed his annual shots, and heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. They even gave him a pedicure. For those of you who don't know this doctor is very much involved in the rescue and rehabilitation of dogs. The second Saturday of the month he does a discount vaccination clinic. The clinic is quiet and comfortable, my cat was purring and very calm. Nicest staff and Dr. Amyx was very informative, answered all my questions, has a thorough and proactive approach, which is why I was recommended by my previous Vet when I moved from Austin (Dr. Lisa Harrington at Northwest Veterinarian on Dry Creek blvd ). My cat is over 11 years old with a heart murmur and thyroid disease and is on 2 medications and is doing really great except Dental - wise but I think this clinic can help! Thank you

If I had to choose one word.......... STELLAR! Great staff, always see us last minute if needed, laid back and personable and they know my dog. Picking out your vet for the family pet is like picking out your pediatrician for your child. We were lucky enough to find the BEST vet on our first try!

Dr. Jim Amyx & Four Season Veterinary staff are wonderful! First came to them with previous fur-baby that was very ill and was laid to rest by the staff. They showed so much compassion and professionalism during our trying time that left such an impression on us. We now trust them with our new lil pup-pup and they are just as wonderful with her! Very clean office, super nice staff and they run a tight ship with no long wait times, yet always have that one-on-one time to address questions and concerns. The staff always follow-up with each appointment to ensure pup-pup is doing ok after new medicines or procedures. Would recommend Four Seasons to anyone that will listen! Keep up the great work.

We have been taking my pets to Four Seasons for two years now. The staff are friendly, the doctors are caring and skilled, and the office is very clean. We had a senior cat who became very ill and had to be euthanized, and the doctor and tech were so empathetic and kind. Our new kitten was spayed a week ago, and her incision is tiny and healing beautifully, and she clearly was in no or very little pain in the days afterward--excellent work. They are also very patient with our exceptionally timid Weimaraner. I have called around for price comparisons, and I've found that Four Seasons is competitively priced, and they also work with you to schedule services to save you money, they have discount days, and also a monthly discount vaccine day. I'm very glad to have found them!
