The main boss lady is extremely rude to customers and her other staff, while the rest of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It’s a great no kill shelter with a lot of beautiful babies up for adoption!

Sloppy and unorganized private non profit business. They made me call bunches of people and they don't know what to do with their ridiculous policies.

Always helping animals in need. Most caring people I've ever met. They do everything they can to help animals. Our community needs to help them more, they are always overloaded with animals that were dumped, abandoned, abused, neglected, and forgotten. They take in so many animals and give them a new chance at life. So many people hate on them because they are at full capacity, but that's the people who dump animals fault not theirs. Our city and our citizens need to do more to help our shelter. The shelter already does more than enough for us, we should do more for them.

Selective on intake resulting in the community abandoning dogs. With no animal control facility in the county, they should look toward expansion or having foster/secondary resources. Instead if someone abandons a litter at your home and you call for their assistance, you are turned away. I no way is this in the best interest of the animals or the community. If it is an arm of the HSA then this is to be expected. Pockets are lined while the community suffers.

If you adopt from here you're not only giving a pet a good home, but the adoption fee is very small. The pet receives all vaccinations, other treatment for parasites, spayed or neutered, and chipped....all for $45!!!

Staff is very rude and unorganized, I filled out an application the previous Saturday and when I called the next Saturday to follow up. The dog I wanted was already adopted and my application lost. It’s like you don’t want people to adopt the animals. The process is super complicated and there is no communication at all. No wonder they have so many big dogs that haven’t found good homes. Please work on customer service skills.

They refuse to give animals back to their rightful owners. After showing proof of ownership they refused to give back a dog that was picked up after he escaped the house. Horrible company.

These horrible people have stolen one of my family members dogs and have refused to give him back!!!!!!please don’t come here or donate your hard worked money to crooks!!! My family member has proof of her missing dog and they refuse to give it back!!!! So sad!!

I took 2 of my rescue sister-pups to be spayed. The services offered are well priced. The people who work here are super nice and very informative. They tend to get busy fast, but you won't be disappointed with your services.
