Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever seen at a vet clinic. They also were able to fit my dog in on a very busy Saturday when all other clinics in the area were full. They were very patient with me and my dog, and helped us with our issue. I am very grateful, and will continue to use them as my dogs primary care. 10/10 recommend.

I was worried about my dog but didn’t feel it was an emergency. I called 5 different places but they were all booked up for the next 3-5 days. This place was open and in my opinion, is a hidden gem. My review is in regards to Dr. Griggs. Dr. Griggs was very straightforward and professional. He offered the possibility of performing an x-ray on my dog but recommended meds and rest. It made me feel like he cared about the well-being of my pet and was not fixated on adding meaningless charges. He also did not want to make assumptions and therefore offered the X-ray. This showed professionalism and respect to both pet and owner. I’d also like to thank the vet tech. I did wish he carried my boy so his back would remain straight and level but I won’t fault him because he didn’t really know what my dogs problem was and my dog didn’t yelp or anything. I think it was sweet he calls everyone Mama since we do see our pets as our children. He was very energetic, patient, and very happy! Overall fantastic experience!

We’ve taken our other pets here for years but when adopted our Greyhound they suggested one of there’s so we went there but eventually we have switched back to Dr. Lawrence and staff because of how sweet, caring and knowledgeable that they are!

My husband and I moved to Houston 4 months ago and Cy-Fair Pet Clinic made us feel comfortable knowing that we had a good team to bring our dogs to. We have three dogs- 2 senior aged (11 & 13) and one puppy (6 months) and Dr. Griggs is the first Veterinarian that has EVER made us feel as comfortable as he does. He takes the time to explain, comfort, and be sure that we understand every aspect of every appointment. They don’t charge us a paw and a leg for every service ever and are very patient with every step. I’m a pretty worrisome dog mom and I can honestly say that even though I called almost every day in one week, they didn’t make me feel like a crazy dog mom, but instead made me feel comfortable and taken care of, even though I’m not the patient. We love Cy-Fair Pet Clinic and will miss the whole team when we move again. It will be a challenge to find someone to live up to Dr. Griggs’ reputation!!

Not worth it, my dog had an emergency I called ask if they could do the surgery the same day, they lady said yes. I drive all the way there, spend $200+ only for them to clean my dogs ear and tell me they couldn't do the surgery that day & would have to wait on a part. They assured me they would send me a estimate of when they could do it. That was last week. My dog has already had the surgery at another vet, and still nothing from them...

If your dog has a dental infection take them elsewhere...these people took 1000 dollars from me..they extracted some my pets teeth and she still had to have more taken out after taken her ranother facility and have xrays and charged another 800 dollars..if you did not have an xray unit ..you should have sent us elsewhere from the get go..this is considered poor service.

The vet was very kind and professional and did not try to inflate the bill. The staff was very helpful and sweet! My visit was better then I was expecting for sure. I will definitely go back!

Could not be more pleased with this place. Everyone here is awesome, easy to talk to, and kind. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place. This is the only clinic I will take my dog, because I trust the good people that work here and they treat my dog like she's people.????????????????

Great place. Just moved here. Ran out of meds for your dog. Got us right in on a Saturday. Very nice staff and vet

We will definatly be recommending this place to others! I was in need of an appt. quickly and they scheduled us to be seen right away. We didnt even have to wait, the room was already ready, its like they had been waiting on us to show up. Dr. Griggs came in to do the exam and discuss the treatment options right away. The staff/techs were absolutely amazing!! My husband and I were very impressed with the way they handled and cared for Cujo during his visit.

I love this vet. The entire team are awesome with all my dogs. They have walk in hours on Saturday which is very convenient.

I've been bringing my dogs to Dr. Lawrence since '98. She is an excellent Vet! She's considerate to your financial situation, and truly cares about your pets. I had a dog that had Addison's disease and she kept her alive, living a happy life for 14 wonderful years. My other dog lived to be 17. The staff is also helpful and caring. I'll never go anywhere else. ♥

Best vet in town. Not only is Dr. LAWRENCE awesome so is all of her staff. I highly recommend this place.

Good, genuine, gentle, knowledgeable, caring group of people. They were honest and spent a lot of time carefully explaining everything to me and didn’t try to sell me anything.

We are in the process of switching our dogs to Cy-Fair Pet Clinic. We had been going to a vet that we were no longer happy with and tried this one a couple of months ago. They have seen three of our dogs (one more to go) and we are so, so happy with them. They have found issues that the other vet couldn't and helped us diagnose and treat the conditions. We are very, very happy with this vet!

We have been going to this clinic for years. I think Dr. Lawrence has treated 5 of our dogs. She is a great vet., and will be treating our current puppies.

Dr. Lawrence is my favorite vet of all time and I have been to vets in several states and two countries over a span of 30+ years. The staff have always been attentive and caring. Dr. L. spends time explaining the "knowns" and time and energy exploring, suggesting, answering questions on possibilities and options. I have never felt rushed or slighted or disappointed. I love this place and wish I had found it sooner. Buddy likes going there also.

I just wanted to thank Dr Lawrence and her staff for the care they gave our little kitten, Crowley yesterday. When we brought him in he was very lathargic for two days. They treated him and sent us home with some meds. When I got up this morning he seamed to be back to his rambunctious self. Thank you for all your help and care for our animals. We will continue to bring all our animals to your clinic for their care. And again I cannot say how great full I am.

I wouldn't take an animal to this place even if it got injured in there own waiting room.

Dr. Lawrence is very good with all the animals and with diagnosis and treatment. You can rely on her advice.

We've taken our Gizmo here for the last 13+ years, and took our labs there before that. Dr. Lawrence and her staff have always been excellent. We'll keep going to her as long as we have pets and she's practicing.

This is a great place to take your pets to. They are very friendly, caring, and knowledgable. What really impressed me to most, is that they stay open late; even after closing time to finish seeing all the walk-ins. Such a great customer service! I brought in my cat three weeks ago for a condition that persisted for months, even after visiting a different vet. for treatment. My cat already feels and looks much better only 3 weeks after I visited Cy-fair Pet Clinic. Great job.
