Treaschwig Veterinary Clinic Spring, Texas

I have taken my fur babies to different vets and hands down Treaschwig Vet is the most amazing vet in Spring. All the staff says hello to us and call us by name as soon as we open the door. My animal is not just another patient for them to look over and go about their day. They take care of my dog as if he was their own. He recently had surgery and they sent me update texts! There was not a moment that I did not know what was going on with him. They explain everything to you and I feel so much better knowing what is going on and how to help him. I have never had a vet care about my animal and myself like Treaschwig does. I apologize for such a long review but I had to brag on all the staff up there. I highly recommend Treaschwig! Thank y'all for all you do!

They don't take my cat's insuance

I'm taking my daughter's dachshund here for a back injury. He's seeing Dr Shana Buchanan for chiropractic. She is very professional, friendly and caring. It is evident that she cates for the welfare and recovery of her patients. Henri has gone from dragging his hind legs to using them at almost full capacity. I plan to bring my dachshunds to her for adjustments in the future. Highly recommend!

I took my 15 year old dog on Nov 23 for a dental cleaning and teeth removal if necessary , they run blood test before and then they schedule the procedure, but when done dr. Buchanan advised she also removed a lump from her mouth and a few days later the stitches came out because of the infection in her mouth , my dog didn’t eat for a whole week until she lost half her weight and had low blood sugar she end up with seizures a week later I had to put her to sleep, after spending 1,200 I had to pay for euthanasia. It seems at this clinic is all about the money .

I was told on Wednesdays it was low cost day for cats to be spayed/neutered! It is not! Very misleading information on the cost. If you take your pet there, I'd recommend an itemized breakdown of the charges before going through with the procedure.

Two weeks ago my dog started being lethargic and would have the shakes. I brought her in and over the next week she had multiple tests and was thought to have Addisons Disease. The Vet gave her some temporary meds which immediately improved her condition for a few days. When we got the confirmation of her having Addisons the Vet had us come back for some injections that she would have to have monthly. Unfortunately for our family, Cara had gone through too much stress and her poor body could not keep up. We lost our family member and friend. I know the Vet did everything right and I appreciate her and all the loving staff for making us feel welcomed and happy. Cara received so much love from the clinic staff and they even loved having my son come and have fun. I don’t know if I’ll be able to go back here for my other furry family members because of the connection to the loss of my Cara but I do recommend them if you want people who care about your pets, family, and you. Thank you guys so much.

Great service and friendly staff. I brought my two kitties in for an initial check up. Didn't wait long and was in and out pretty quick. I would recommend this establishment.

Thank you to this amazing clinic my Puppy chase is doing amazing after visiting then on Thursday my puppy has doing amazing with the medicine doctor Buchanan gave us. Amazing tech ..!!

They were very kind at our first visit. Asked a lot of questions regarding her health and got the problem addressed right away. They also gave us a welcome gift as new clients since we just moved to the area and had to change veterinarians. Will definitely come back with our other fur babies.

The entire staff is really wonderful here. Their entire office is clean and well kept, the team is really amazing, they aren’t afraid to get on the floor with my dog and know how to treat a terrified baby. I’m impressed with the vet’s knowledge and understanding.

The location is clean and the staff are very nice and welcoming. Dr. Buchanan is wonderful. All of the techs are wonderful. They are very accommodating. And they are willing to work with you on prices for procedures and prescriptions. I am extremely pleased with this vet as is my furbaby, Hondo.

This was my first time coming to this vet and let me say that I will be bringing both my dogs here from now on. They were very caring and attentive. I even received a picture of my bog during my first visit.

When I lived in Spring, TX this was my dogs vet. I found out my dog has a heart murmer. I was never advised that there was medication out there that could extend his life a little longer. We live in another city now and the next vet too failed to tell me about medication that could extend his life...slowing down the process of what the future held. I wanted to write a review for both vets today because my dogs heart murmer was now a level 5. He stopped wanting to walk. He stopped wanting to eat. I had to start carrying him down the steps to use the bathroom and had to give him food he's not suppose to eat to just get food in him. I cut his hair and noticed he had an enlarged stomach. I took him to the ER vet to find out that fluid from his heart was leaking into his stomach and on its way to his lungs. I had to say goodbye to my 13.5 year old company this week. I truly believe I would have gotten another year or two with him had I known there was medication out there for dogs with heart murmers. I feel like my vets failed me, all of them. Maybe my review will be read and it can educate dog owners... maybe vet doctors will start informing their patients human parents of all the options. All I know is my dog and I were failed by his vets.

When we entered I was pleasantly greeted and signed in. My fur baby was weighed and we soon saw the tech. When our Vet came in she was well received by my dog. All went well and prices were acceptable

I take my furbabies- 2 cats and 2 dogs to Treashwig Veterniary Clinic. I have had wonderful experience with them. They treated my 7 year old Shitzu with severe heart failure, murmur. He was finally put on the right meds, and lived for 1 year. I do not think he would have made it that long. When he went over the rainbow bridge they have assited me with the transition. They are very compassionate. I truly recommend this clinic and the vets are compassionate and care about the animals.

Everyone I dealt with was great! They let me stay with my fur baby the whole time and were extremely patient. The Vet and Tech both explained everything to me clearly and answered all questions I had. As a bonus, they gave me a framed picture of my baby too! Great place!

My cat ate fake Easter grass his vet didn't have an available surgeon. I called them, after being turned down by 3 other clinics and they took him the next day. They saved his life. They were all very responsive and provided excellent care. The Vet Dr. Buchanan was very thorough took her time explained everything very well. Best of all it was within five minutes from my home.

My 5 year old cockapoo has been a patient since he was 9 weeks old, and the staff (and experience) has only gotten better with time. Everyone's knowledgeable, kind to animals, and are very good listeners. My "Chili" could not ask for a better veterinarian!

This was a hard decision for my wife and I to put down our 16 year old Yorkie. The veterinarian and her assistants were so compassionate in handling the situation. I have had many vet visits over the past and this veterinarian after my first visit will be my first choice in the future. I will recommend this clinic to everyone who cares for their pets.

After my 2 year old pup got attacked last night by my neighbors dog. Rushing her to the emerg vet at 3am in the morning and being told to take her to a vet in the morning ASAP. This place took my dog in, when my vet (Cypresswood Animal Clinic) wouldnt. This place got a new lifelong customer and respect considering "my vet of 30 years!" wouldnt be able to see my dog till 1030am the next morning regardless of the ER vets recommedation. I cannot say how thankful I am for their bedside mannerism and hospitality even offering to take photos of my little girl getting her stitches to show me how well everything is going. How could you ask for more!!!! Thank you Dr. Buchanan
