Wonderful Team and beautiful facility. They really treat you and your pets like family.

This was my 1st time here since my regular groomer is doing construction. The facility is nice looking and staff is friendly enough. However, I called in May and was told the soonest appointment was in June. I dropped my cat off at 8am which was the time I was given, but he was not finished until around 3pm. After calling to check on him I found out they don't actually run on appointments. Be ready for a wait if go here. The cut was okay and he was clean, but his shave was not very even. Overall, it wasn't a horrible experience, but its unlikely I'll go back.

This was my 1st boarding experience, and it was okay. I boarded my dog for the week while my family traveled, and she was fine upon pick up. I wasn't happy about not knowing the cost of the required influenza vaccination beforehand. An additional $47 is significant and should have been mentioned upfront when stating that the vaccine is required. You are then expected to bring your pet in for a booster in 2-3 weeks for an additional $47. I felt blindsided by that. I expected some kind update about my dog's stay, but instead I was just handed the leash, my dogs stuff, and told to go pay for the vaccine next door. That was that.

Highly recommend! Great service from my initial phone call, to front desk and the doctor. Very clean and friendly.

They take great care of my cats when I board them! They sent me pictures the first time I had to leave my babies with them and saved me videos of them playing in the cat condo area. 10/10

It doesn't matter if it's right after they open or right before the close, everyone at Stuebner Airline Pet Resort & Spa will greet you and your pet with a smile. Roux and Max are so excited when we pull up! I know that means they are taken care of by people who love them. Highly recommended! Shea Stark with Shea's Boot Camp has worked miracles with Max and he LOVES her so much

Just a nail trim for the dog. It was $10 more than my PetSmart but I was traveling and they took us in no problem.

ORIGINAL POST: Nice place, really clean. What got me is Martha giving me incorrect information about playtime being 30-45 minutes when it turned out to be 15-20 minutes. Another pet peeve of mine is seeing a receptionist (Martha again) at her desk who answers her personal phone while at work. That was enough for me. The rest of the staff are amazing. UPDATE TO REPLY BACK TO THE OWNER I've been inside your business enough to know Martha has been there since at least August-September, and the girls that started there after her are way more professional and proficient in their jobs than her. The "company cell" you said she was on "sending information to one of boarders parents" was a black phone; your company cell phone is pink. Also, I don't believe the "boarders" she was talking to were interested in her conversation about a motorcycle accident. Either she is lying to you or you are lying to me. I will have to rethink my next visit to your location if lying is going to be an ongoing problem.

Truly an amazing place to bring your pets, whether it's for Doggy Day Care, for boarding or for some grooming. I think my dogs love it here more than they love it at home. The staff is truly amazing, especially Nan. You can't go wrong with leaving your pets here. They will be taken care of as if they are family members. Love this place and the staff.

Horrible never take your dog there. Left toys and treats never opened. Not sure they even feed him. We paid extra for play time. This place simply does not care about your pet. WARNING

They have been taking care of our labradoodle for the past 10 years. Fantastic groomer with great facilities and wonderful people.

It's impossible to go wrong at Stuebner Airline Pet Resort and Spa. Their care for your pet is extraordinary. The staff is great. The groomers do an exceptional job. The boarding facility is always very clean and well staffed. My pup loves the Day Camp and has been a member of the camp since he was old enough to attend. Day Camp is a wonderful experience for socializing and plenty of active play.

My 10 year old poodle spent eight and a half hours at your facility, to just shave him down for the Summer. The manager mentioned, that they have dog runs, water and staff to observe them, while they are waiting to be groomed. When I got home, my dog ran to the water bowl several times and spent time in the backyard doing the necessities of being at a facility for so long a time. My intent on writing this review is twofold: The facility should groom the dogs by age, Since older dogs may have arthritis or other age related problems, and don't have the stamina of young animals. Arrival times are usually within a specified time, and therefore cannot be used as a reason to Make the dog wait hours, to be groomed. Additionally, I was told that the facility is Very Busy, and my thought is simple, times Can be rescheduled, if the dog is going to have to wait over eight hours. I really doubt, that these suggestions will be Considered or initiated. I guess, it is easier just to maintain the status quo.....

My puppy is always happy when I take her here and happy when I pick her up. The staff truly care about our fur babies when they are with them.

They are so good with my dogs! Excellent grooming, very gentle care for my 11yr old standard poodle and my baby catahoula mix whom they treat so tenderly even when she loses her mind and decides she needs to act out in the worst of ways. They help me to work with our vet to get what is needed for the dogs to have a good experience and receive the care needed. For the Stoll Family , we appreciate 1 stop shopping. Vetting, medicines, grooming and boarding. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

They are extremely friendly and took our GSD the day of making an appointment! They do double shampooing and a deep conditioning, with nail trimming and ear cleaning! They did a fantastic job in bathing our pup and he came back looking very sharp ! Definitely going back and having him groomed there many times over!

Today we took our fur baby in to get groomed for the first time here. She's a senior shih-tzu that can't really see or hear. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I left feeling that Hailey-Belle was in good hands. When I went to pick her up, she looked and felt great. Chris did an excellent job. I highly recommend Chris and Stuebner Airline Pet Resort and Spa! We will definitely be coming back!

On Tuesday afternoon my dog rolled in feces. I gave her three baths before giving up and taking her SAVet on Thursday to see if they could help us. They were the only place that would bathe her on short notice. It only took them a few hours and they managed to get her smelling nice again. I would definitely recommend this place. It was also not terribly expensive.
