Today was my first time visiting this facility, and it was a great experience. I will definitely be returning. They made me, and my fur baby comfortable and showed that they are very caring about what they do. The facility was clean and smelled great, which says a lot considering they work with animals. So happy I found a new groomer!!!

Such a warm place! They cut my shihtzu puppy in a summer cut. Gave me tips on how to make his grooming experiences easier for him and the groomers. Such sweet ladies!!!

I wouldn't dream of taking my pets anywhere else! Clean environment, safety is their number one priority. My pets always look their best when they come home!

I cannot rave enough about this groomer! I absolutely love Holly and all of the other staff. I took my dog there for a short haircut, and I was extremely satisfied with the results and the price. The staff is very sweet, and my dog had no issue while there. Would recommend!

Brought my blind dog in for grooming. They butchered him and cut him so bad. Holly calls to say my dog is being CRANKY and can't finish. She claims my dog bit her. I dont know why she couldn't try harder. They have muzzles. Im so disappointed. My dog looks horrible.

TBH I was afraid for the couple of negative reviews, but I gave it a try. I can honestly say that Scarlett grooming exceeded my expectations. Our dog was well treated and they did an outstanding grooming. Much cheaper and still great customer service. Definitely will go back again.

They take care of my poodle great! They Love animals! And I Always feel like she's in good care. However, her cut is not Always the way I like. As if their scissors were not sharp enough. But I feel so comfortable leaving my baby there. Holly, thank you for taking such great care of Penny the next time around! And the suggestion of the "Brazilian Wax" worked great! Lol.

Best Groomer I've found in the Spring area.

The owner Holly is so very sweet and made sure my mom's dog was well taken care of, I will recommend Scarlett's Grooming to anyone.

I brought my dog, Bonnie for her first groomer appointment here. I am thrilled I did and I will certainly be returning. I would highly recommend bringing your dogs here, they are incredibly friendly, create a pleasant experience for your pets and do a good job. I found them searching google. I felt uneasy about going to a chain (like petsmart/petco) as I have heard terrible things and my dog is a fur child to me so it mattered. I felt she was I good hands. They listened to my concerns and were very easy to schedule with. They are even open on Saturday! When I got there we had a brief chat about Bonnie's history and they quickly took her back. When I came to pick Bonnie up she was calm and happy. She was not barking up a storm and so based on that I'm addition to her calm demeanor/ body language I could tell she enjoyed herself and did not experience any trauma. We can't wait to return and will be bringing our other pets here as well. Thank you for a wonderful job!! She even got a cute little bandana that matched her collar.

Always do a great job grooming our peek-a-poo.

We have had our fur baby for 6 years and she got her best haircut ever at Scarlett's yesterday. In the past, I would pick her up from a groomer and wouldn't recognize her because her haircuts were so ridiculous. I finally found a groomer that is awesome!

I went to this location after reading reviews of many different groomers and it seemed like this was the best option and most affordable. We have a toy Pomeranian and I took him in for a boo hair cut and the most a trim I told the groomer. While I try to be a positive and optimistic and kind person. I returned to see my dog had been literally shaved bald pretty much. You should NEVER shave a Pomeranian. Especially their undercoat. His hair may never be the same again, my sources are the various official Pomeranian websites you can find and from being an owner talking to other owners who have witnessed this. A qualified groomer should know this. I requested a refund which I never do, but it’s so terrible and his hair may be ruined now forever that good quality service will grant me this refund. Which Brian said shouldn’t be a problem from Holly the owner who is only in on occasion. So I will discuss this with her Tuesday. But this has been a terrible experience. I don’t recommend going here. Seems like good reviews are on Holly but as for the other groomers who knows how experienced and knowledgeable they are on dogs. Update: I was able to luckily get a refund and I appreciate how Holly was able to work with me in this situation. Thanks for being understanding.

This place is awesome!! Great job grooming my sadie and in only a few hours. I'm now a regular for sure...

Friendly staff, too great care of my pet!

We love love love what Ms. Holly does with our Banjo. He is always well groomed and smelling great! The prices are reasonable and the service is fantastic. Banjo leaves looking like a refined gentleman.

Did a great job with our cocker spaniel that is allergic to everything. We've taken him to other groomers and he comes home with a rash. Holly sends him home rash-free, looking cute and smelling clean!!! I hate the perfume over stinky wet fur other places do. He actually smells clean after a visit to Scarlett's. Only place we take our Fluffy.

Friendly staff who know what they are doing, great even with the grumpy stray I brought in. Top it off with affordable rates and you have a real winner!
