The cut was great. But the after care wasn't. When its a show crop the ears have to be posted for a longer time and whenever I'd take him for a retape the doctor would tell me that he was done. I noticed since the beginning one of his ears was tilting when alert. Brought it up to him & he looked at me and said "thats normal. That's as good as it'll get". 3 weeks later I brought my dog back because the ear got worse and he had already told me no more retape was needed. They did a "tie down" (3 weeks) & posted his ears for two more weeks. This could have worked but again, the posting should have been done for a longer time. The ears started tilting again. I had to do my own research & figure out how to retape myself. For people going through the same, Find out if your dog has whats known as "pockets" & you'll need a different posting method.

This place rocks! Had my boy (Ruger) ears trimmed and I am so pleased with how they came out! Everyone at this place is so friendly and helpful.. the Dr is straight forward with a no nonsense personality which I really appreciated. Definitely gets a little crazy in there at times but I see why so many people go to them.. there work is perfection!! So happy with the way he looks! Thank you!!

Please disregard any rude comments or post that you’ve read, it’s simply not true. Although there are times that the place is crowded, you’re never waiting that long and it’s only rare that you wait. Now as for the Dr, he’s great, pleasant, communicates to his employees nicely and very interested in your furry friends well being. My first experience was over 1 1/2 years ago when I took my Cane Corso to get her ears cropped, she’s the Blue Cane Corso in the picture. The Brindle Cane Corso i took to there 2 months ago to get his ears cropped, he was 8 weeks then. As for the after care (re-taping), vaccinations, nails trimming…etc, you can’t find a better place. Love this place so much I drive 45 minutes to 1 hour. And I need to purchase a shirt!

I got my boys ears done back in June. Got the medium crop on him. Price is very affordable and you’re in and out quick. I will most definitely be coming back here again and would 100% recommend this place!!

I’d first like to apologize to the staff. Canelo, my Doberman has been very defensive when it comes to anybody touching his ears after his surgery and the staff has managed to stay calm and professional despite his aggression. Everyone including the owner is so nice, quick and professional. I’d definitely recommend to anybody who is interested in ear cropping. Thank y’all for being so patient with Canelo !

Clean and efficient, 15 each dew claw and tail dock. If you lose a stitch costs 20 to fix so be careful not to let mom each them or to many in a place together. Friendly staff, the place is busy so be aware that if you come first thing still and hour wait roughly to get your pup. You go inside drop them off and come back later

I highly recommend this clinic for ear cropping ! My boyfriend and I took our pit bull puppies 2 months ago and they came out so perfect. We get compliments on our puppies everywhere we take them. Great service too ! Doc was super nice and helpful, the whole staff great people ! Bulma & Broly got the show crop with slight bell .if I recall right lol . After you bring your pup in for the ear crop you will have to keep going back to the clinic every 3 days for new bandages and check ups on the ears. just in case it’s a far drive from you . Long ear crops are different Dobermans and Great Danes the healing process would be longer but totally worth it !

Why is one ear cut good and the other one is all jagged! Ugh! Spend the extra money and take your Doberman to a professional! This place is cheap but you get what you pay for! I think they are ok for short ears like Bullies and pit bulls but not Dobermans!

We drove 7 hours to get our gods ears done and they quite literally hacked his entire ear off... then when address acted as if it was our fault! Not even the slightest bit concerned or apologetic! DO NOT GO YO THESE PEOPLE!!!

So this was my Family’s first time cropping a pits ears, and with Ear Trim the process was well worth it, at ease. TRUE EXPERTS! They are moving so fast and cranking out a huge amount of ear croppings in one days time, as well as follow up care and such. The attached photos show our little Bugsy’s “glow up”! He is turning 1yr this month. From the cut(@2-3mths) through the healing process and post care. The team was extremely helpful both via telephone and in person. His ears were healed as expected. Though, one ear seemed to be floppy he grew into it quite nicely. We choose the Halo Trim and couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend and will be bringing all our Pups here for the same quality and experience.

I have dealt with many ear croppers and my experience with Ear trim has been the best so far. I have brought a few dogs to him and I'm bringing another today.. I believe the key is listening and doing the instructions given and making at least the first two aftercare appointments if not all of them. Great job Ear trim????????????

My babys ears look great! I didn't have a problem with them getting infected. But I did take good care of her, and kept everything clean. I will be bringing her sister in next!

Not sure why they are rated so low. The place is honestly a mad house because they are very busy, but the quality of the work is great and ethical! Our bullies ears always come out looking great. We drive up all the way from San Antonio.

First let me say the ear cropping went well for my 4 Month old pit bull bully. However the way that the treatment plan was explained was horrible he could have did better with that he rushes when he talks to you and he clearly shows he all about the dollar. The place is sooo unorganized they have people and dogs everywhere I think this place could be little more together in all I just have a problem with organizing better then what they have it my dog was well cared for I just had a major problem with asking for all the money is ridiculous they won’t to charge you every time you come back for to retape there ears there is do package deal at all this place is a dame cash cow for dogs and the owner is there watching making sure he makes his money just sad there is no free water are anything for people while you wait being it’s so hot outside it’s water but it’s for a dame price it’s all about the money baby! I don’t think I’ll ever come back.

We were really pleased with Eartrim, our dog has been treated very well and his ears look great! There fast & efficient and you can't beat the prices. In our experience when we've come back for retaping every 3 days, we like the way Paula tapes & explains things in detail. Our boys ears seem to stick straight up after she retapes. Shes very sweet & professional!

I came to this clinic after calling multiple other clinics and all of them telling me that they can only do ear crop on dogs that are newborns. One clinic even told me that my dog was too old and that her ears would not stand even though she was barely 5 and a half months old. There were many reasons as to why I could not take my dog to get ears cropped sooner, but the stigma that once they reach a certain age, their ears won't stand if cropped, is not 100% true. I knew that with my dog being older than the average age for an ear crop, it would bring risks including her ears probably not standing at all. Arriving to the clinic, the Doctor was very honest with us about the procedure, what would be done, and explained how the aftercare is crucial to assuring standing ears. At first glance, the clinic does not look like the fanciest and one may be skeptical to leave their dog with people they have never met, but this clinic has the most nicest and caring workers. They will take good care of your dog. All the nurses and staff are kind and do their job very well. What is crucial about an ear crop or a tail dock, is the aftercare. The aftercare will determine good or bad results. I took my dog when she was 5 and a half months. I knew there could be risks with her ears not standing due to her age. This was my first time dealing with an ear crop, so I was new to all of it. I did the aftercare that the Doctor told me to do. It is hard at times, but also worth it because I had hope that my dogs ears would stand. The aftercare took about 2 months. My dog is now 8 months old. She had her last appointment a few days ago. Her ears are standing perfectly and she is happy as can be. I chose the medium or magazine crop for her. I have included pictures of her before the procedure (a few days before), after the procedure (one close to the beginning of the aftercare and one closer to the end), and the final results of my dogs ear. I hope my review helps any owners that are skeptical about getting their dog an ear crop due to their age or if they are nervous about an ear crop in general.

I took my Boxer puppy at 8 weeks to get his ears cropped I did everything I was supposed to do I slept with him for 2 weeks and once a week for 5 weeks I went and took him and to get his taped redone I even had the stand insurance to make sure his ears stood one of his ears fell so I went back in they recut one of his ears and kept stitches in his ear for 3 weeks again I slept with him and did everything they told me to do once again his same ear fell again he is 5 months old now I'm not putting him though all that again I wasted all that money not to get the results I wanted

This place is hands down the best and safest place to get your ear croppings done! Since the moment we walked in the pregnant lady (sorry didn’t get your name) is always so cheerful & welcoming no matter how busy they are. Paula is so informative & patient, you can tell she loves what she does because it shows! The dr is straight forward & doesn’t sugar coat anything which I absolutely appreciate. We’re spending good money to make sure our fur baby is taken care of & I can honestly say they’re definitely professionals and informative. They let you know exactly what you need to do in order for it to be a successful procedure, they can only do so much. The rest is up to you! This place is definitely a 5 star place!!
