They are professional, caring and knowledgeable. They handled my pets efficiently. Doctors and technicians are very kind, caring and demonstrated excellent skills. I will continue to take my Dog to this awesome place.

The staff treat your pets like they are their own! We have two pitbull mixes that come here for their preventative care and regular check ups. One of them is very nervous and the staff are always sweet and reassuring with him. We have also used them for emergency services while they were open. One of our dogs chewed up and ate a leather pouch. The techs were able to give instructions over the phone so I could induce vomiting at home. Dog recovered quickly, no blockage and no vet trip needed! Highly recommend! For those concerned with pricing, routine preventative care is cheaper and better for your pet than emergency or diagnostic visits. Also be open with the vet when you arrive and they will gladly price out options for you so you know what you're getting.

If I lived in Texas this would be my permanent vet for my pets..I was evacuating from hurricane Ida and came to Texas to stay with my daughter. My baby girl got sick and needed to see a vet right away. I wasn’t home so I couldn’t take her to her vet..I went to two other vets and no one would take her because she didn’t have an appointment ugh! I called Champion Wood Animal Hospital and they said if I could get there before they closed they would gladly see her..The staff was amazing! They greeted her by name as soon as we arrived, they took us straight back and began running test..We were there less than an hour and they had a diagnosis..I was blown away by the level of care and compassion they showed…They definitely left a mark on my heart…Thank you so much for making us feel at home!!!!!

This place is amazing. They really care about animals here. I did not feel like they were trying to “upsell” tests and treatments that my dog didnt need. They truly cared about my dog and her illness.

Wonderful team, we had a great experience! We very recently rescued our large Pit, Bruce Lee and brought him in for care. Everyone was so kind and caring that when Dr. Hassel and the sweet vet tech left the room he started whining. You can tell that they really love animals❤️

I am absolutely in love with the staff here. They were attentive and caring when I took my Puma in. He was showing signs of a broken front paw, I called around and no one could help me get him an appointment, but you guys did. Completely booked for the day and you still made time for him. The love and care you showed to me and my Puma was beyond amazing. I would highly recommend in the future. Not to mention you guys are beyond affordable. You want to take you fur babies to someone who will care for them like you would and this is the place to take them.

I love this place, they made me and Vader feel like family! After calling 4 other vets, and hanging up on half of them for bad attitudes, I had the pleasure of speaking with a polite and helpful young lady who not only patiently answered all of my annoying questions but I could tell she was smiling on the other end. I thought if her energy is in that place then Vader will be just fine. She transfers me to the receptionist for an appointment and this lovely lady makes me feel so at ease that I forgot I was calling for an vet appointment. I could tell she was the Mama Bear of the office! She was able to get me in the very next day. When I got there I was greeted with fresh coffee and a lovely vet tech who resembled Tinker Bell and genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. So when I talked to Dr. Hassell, I wasn’t surprised when I got that same treatment! We were in and out in 45 mins. Thank you again ladies for making that process painless. See you next time.

Good care for my old beagle is appreciated.

I don't have a pet, but my best friends do. I went with them over there about a month ago for Stewie's yearly shots. They had us wait in our car, came and got Stewie, called us for the doctors notes and we were done in about 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and knew all that we needed to know for Stewie, even helped with some meds for his slightly bad hip. When I get a dog, I'll probably go here on Stewie's recommendation. ????????

I wouldn't recommend any vet. They are truly the champions when it comes to Veterinarian needs..

We transferred here as it is much closer to our house. We wish we had done it sooner. The staff is great and they are very nice to our dogs. Prices are reasonable and they don’t seem to push unnecessary procedures. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a vet (especially near Gleannloch) Thanks!

By far the best experience! I have had troubles getting answers and spent over 1k on trying to help by little kitty feel better. Her front leg recently got infected and it spread quickly within a few months after being told to try antibiotics 3 times and a biopsy that was supposed to have helped conclude the problem. After visiting with another sister clinic (Veterinary Medical Center of Spring), we concluded amputating my babies leg would be the better options since the infection grew from her paw up to her elbow. I did not have the finances but I was able to get help from other providers with a loan the receptionist suggested and I couldn't be more thankful. I would definitely recommend. Thank you for taking care of my little girl as well as being understanding to my finances.

EVERYTHING went GREAT! The staff and vets were wonderful and my rescued dog with fear aggression issues got a fantastic full-body sedation clip & bath...they took extremely good care of her with her unique issues and of me as the "foster mom" (and maybe eventual owner). I had used them in 2007 to sedation clip & dip 3 adult cats for ringworm...they were super then and are STILL super...very caring, supportive, they listen and have empathy as well as going the extra mile like removing her stitches from the eye what was removed by another vet 5 weeks ago and 2 techs took turns sitting next to her crate to soothe her as she came out of the anesthetic & help her understand she would be safe. Also reasonable priced...don't add extra items or push for extra spending. GREAT VET!! Thanks y'all!

Absolutely wonderful! I have a 6 yr old German shepherd who hurt her back leg, they got he in quickly and took great care of her! They all really love what they do!

I can not recommend Champion Wood Animal Hospital enough. We have had 3 diagnosis of kidney failure and two of our sweet pets passed away from it. They were beyond kind in their care of our pets even when we had to do really hard stuff like leaving them overnight when they were feeling so bad. Raul even took pictures and text them to me to show me that they were ok. Raul is the best office manager I have ever experienced. He is highly professional and goes above and beyond to ensure that we are being well cared for. When they have had to deliver awful news or even be there with us at the end they went above and beyond to show us that they were sad with us and that they cared for our pets too. We have been treated so well here and if anything has ever gone wrong - Raul has stepped in and blown me away by fixing it. Kristine has been so amazing, and deeply kind and supportive as well. We are always so grateful when she is there. Be sure and ask for Dr. Hassell. We can't recommend her enough!!

I will never go back I had a lizard that was sick and they said they took then over the phone but then when I got there they did but they just took a stool sample but still couldn't get one so they didn't charge me for it then they didn't give me anything but a few pecie of paper and said he was malnutrition and told me to give him food but he wasn't eating so I did every thing myself and got him better but they charged me for a few pieces of paper and so facts with was bs

Champion Wood Animal Hospital is AMAZING!! Everyone who works there truly loves animals and it shows!

We took our 10yr old Schnoodle in about a month ago because he had not been feeling well and not eating. They were courteous and friendly and tried to figure out what the problem was. They worked for a few days to try to determine the cause and then we ended up having to take him to the ER. He ended up going into liver failure and we had to put him down. Champion Wood Animal Hospital sent us a condolence card after. I believe they did everything they could to help our little buddy. I appreciated their care and concern for him.
