Absolutely wonderful. Called on a Sunday night and John was very responsive. Picked up our dog quickly and was very helpful. John and Angel Oaks can be trusted to be caring partners in your time of grief.

We recently lost our beloved dog Dwight. Angel Oaks handled his cremation with complete professionalism. He was picked up promptly and we had his ashes back within a very reasonable amount of time. The urn he was returned in is beautiful. I really appreciated the kind card that accompanied his ashes.

Highly recommended! Their service was incredible and they were so kind. I was completely impressed with all personal interactions. We received a beautiful carved box for the ashes and pawprint. They are such great keepsakes for my sister's cat.

My family recently lost our beloved cat that we had for 16 years. I called and spoke to Ryan on a Saturday evening and he met us at the location for dropping off our kitty. Even though it was late and under bad weather conditions, Ryan was there for us. He was very professional and compassionate. My family was very pleased with the services they provided. We lost out 14 year old Golden Retriever about 3 weeks ago; he did everything with us; just like family of course; when he passed it was like losing a really close loved one as it hurt that bad; after he passed my wife spoke with John at Angel Oaks as it was late in the evening on a Sunday; John made my wife and I feel somewhat at ease as we wanted the dog cremated; John made a point to be there for us late on Sunday and had our dog's ashes ready on Wednesday of that week; the urn, paw print and sympathy card were all really nice; I highly recommend John/Angel Oaks if you lose your fur baby as John really helped us as we struggled emotionally.

My twin sisters Doberman passed away suddenly on a Sunday afternoon at 2pm. He was about 90lbs and my sister was extremely distraught and upset. I searched for an emergency pickup from home and cremation services for the greater Houston area. I called 4 different places and left voicemails. No one returned my voicemails that day,or even today the day after my voicemails were left. One of my friends told me about Angel Oaks Pet Crematory and they had come to pickup her dog when he passed away at home. She highly recommended them. I called left a voicemail and within 15 minutes John returned my call and was on his way to my sisters house in New Caney. They were able to pickup her Doberman within an hour and half of returning my call. John was very caring and kind on the phone and I was told they were very professional, kind and very caring to her and picked up her boy and took him away in a very dignified manor. The next day her Dobermans remains were ready to be picked up. The urn is very beautiful and the paw print impression is perfectly done. By far the most caring staff and best customer service. I high recommend Angel Oaks Pet Crematory worth every single penny.

I lost my senior kitty cat. I called after hours and they were kind and patient. They explained all the pricing options, which were very fair. I scheduled a drop off the next afternoon. I didn't get the gentleman's name but it was the owner. He seen us pull in and got the front door for me, he explained everything in detail and was very very kind. I will definitely choose to use this service as needed because it was first class and extremely professional.

We were heartbroken to lose our family companion this past weekend. She was with us for so long. We watched her grow from a feisty little bunny to a clever, sweet, and loving rabbit. We searched online for a place to help us say goodbye in a dignified manner - a manner our Charlie deserved for the joy she brought us. Angel Oaks was the place. They were considerate, respectful, and compassionate. I cannot convey in words how truly grateful we are to Ryan. Thank you so very much. In March of 2021 on a Sunday morning at 0630 my family and I lost our beloved family member and pet of 8 years. His name was Max. A towering 245lb. English Mastiff that was simply a gentle giant. I could go on and on about his personality and attachment to all of us. I won't. However, I would like to mention the Staff at Angel Oaks. Again, this happened on a Sunday morning. They answered my call, sincerely offered their condolences and detailed their services as well as price. I'm not gonna lie. I was a little set back by the price. Within 5 minutes, I called them back, agreed to the terms and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Remember, we're in Alvin and they're in Spring on a Sunday. Upon arrival, both gentlemen took possession of our beloved Max, carefully wrapped him into a dark red blanket and carefully transferred him into their vehicle. Three days later, I received a phonecall stating that they were on the way to return the earn and ashes of Max. I know that this is a particularly long review, but I simply could not be more satisfied with the communication and professionalism that this company brings to the table. They truly care. Thank you Angel Oaks for helping my family and I in such a tragic time of loss.

My fur babie went over the rainbow bridge while me and my husband were gone on a trip. We came in on a Sunday with no appointment and these guys worked with us. Very caring and gave me and my husband time to say our good byes. Thank you for helping us get through this hard time <3

I was referred to Angel Oaks from a friend of mine. I wasn’t to sure what my options were when it came to pet cremation was since I never had to have one done. (I usually just buried the dogs in the yard). My wife wasn’t having that though. I reached out and spoke with Ryan. He was amazing. He was very helpful, very informative and patient with all my questions. Ryan was very respectful and considerate when dealing with us and the loss of our dog and was willing to work out payment options so that it was not a huge financial burden all at once. This meant the world to us. We have since used their services for a second dog and would recommend Angel Oaks to anyone.

Obviously losing a pet is a difficult thing, particularly when it’s unexpected. Angel oaks staff were very patient and compassionate through the process. When I got my kitty’s ashes back I also got her clay paw print as well (wasn’t expecting that but was so grateful). When her custom urn came in (though the basic urn is super cute as well), Ryan came to my place and swapped them for me so I wouldn’t have to. I don’t ever want to have to go through this kind of loss again, but when I inevitably do, I’d definitely use their services again.

We have used their services for four of our fur babies over the years. They took excellent care of Dusty, Sadie, Lady, and Pocco offering my family and me much needed understanding and kindness.

Our dog King passed unexpectedly about a month ago and during the pandemic we thought we wouldn't be able to find any place to cremate him. This company made one of the most unbearable moments feel sacred. We got to say goodbye and have a moment with King before leaving and his ashes were ready by the next few days. It was in a beautiful urn with a little certificate. The paw print (we haven't picked up yet) but I think it is such a unique gesture. I am so thankful for this place for helping our baby boy cross the rainbow bridge and giving us a piece of him forever. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Ryan was amazing. At a very sad and unexpected time for our family he was great and very supportive. They took care of us and made the process as painless a possible. We received our pet back the next day with a very thoughtful card. I would recommend them 1000 times over.

Very kind and considerit staff. They took care of my deceased dog. 24 hour turn around. Answers the phone 24 hours which nobody else was available all weekend or after hours.

My beautiful black cat, Marty, passed away unexpectedly on Monday. I brought him to Angel Oaks and I am incredibly grateful for how compassionate and caring they were to my boy. They went over the process with me throughly and were incredibly kind and sympathetic. I picked up my boy today and he was put in a beautiful urn. They even make an impression of your baby’s paw print for you and a certificate of cremation. I paid $250 for the service and it was worth every penny. These guys are incredibly kind and compassionate and I highly recommend them. They made this difficult experience much easier for me and I’m so happy to have my baby back home.
