Doc is knowledgeable, polite straightforward plus they like my big obnoxious red Doberman.

After calling in, we were helped very quickly. Service was prompt and concise, for a great price. Will come back again!

I am new to the area and I had not set up vet care yet. Last night (right at their closing time), my dog became ill with some stomach problems. They gave me great recommendations for her and were extremely responsive. They called and texted me first thing this morning to check on Kai and make sure her emergency visit at another clinic went well. They got her in first thing this morning and walked me through every step of the process. They took such amazing care of my dog and helped give me some answers. I would recommend this place to everyone. If you have a far drive, this place is still worth it. I'd give them more than five stars if I could.

Dr Reynolds’s is by far the best compassionate vet I have ever been too. Took my little one in on a last min appt and he got to work on her right away making her feel better. He called me personally to let me know she was ready to be picked up. I think I found our new vet!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

These are the two best vets I've been to in a very long time. They are a married couple highly dedicated to your animal's well-being and yours as well. You are getting expert care at a fair price. I will go no where else now. Can't recommend enough.

Everyone on the team is so friendly! From Sharon in the reception, to all the techs, and specially Dr. Reynolds!! He is very attentive, actually shows care for my fur baby and was very detailed in explaining the diagnosis. My cat is already doing so much better after his visit a few days ago all thanks to their competence and professionalism.

We love this place! Drs. Reynolds and Le have taken amazing care of our cat, Henry, while he battles chronic kidney disease. The entire staff have been so kind to him and we love how responsive they are when we have questions or concerns. Compared to other vets in the area, we have also found their pricing to be more than reasonable.

These guys are beyond AWESOME, We had to make a very hard decision on regards to our 12 yr old Lab (Rachel), she was suffering and the Dr and staff were more than consoling and professional..there was no rush and we were able to be at her side to the end. We received a card from them a few days later, all the staff had signed the card with condolences ????. Thank you Guys

I am glad I picked this place to take my cat. They have taken good care of him and have been kind and helpful. They are also pretty good about answering the phone, so its a big plus when you need to contact them.

Took my son dog in for we thought a broke leg with a limited amount of money and they worked with us .. With the meds and keepin in her cage for a week thanking god its not broke ... Im pleased with them ...

My vet of 6 years would not see my dog when he scratched his eye in 3 places. But a couple of vets took us right in and treated us amazing!! This will be our new fur doctor home. Amazing open arm feeling of caring.

Wow, I am amazed at the review that a person gave on Sharon the Receptionist at A Couple of Vets. What a great person that ATTACKS a receptionist!!! Bet you feel like a total man/woman! For all others looking at A Couple of Vets reviews, I have always had nothing but great service from both receptionist (Sharon included). Sharon has always been respectful, answered my questions (and if she doesn't know, then she gets the answer to me). She always has a smile on her face when I come in with both my cat & husky. LOVE the doctors & techs as well. They always give lots of loves to my babies. So who knows what this person was doing when they came in with thier baby, I would definitely recommend this vet clinic and you can make your own opinion of the staff. I love them from the front desk to the techs to the doctors. And Sharon, if you read this, know that I think your awesome & I am sorry that someone thinks it is ok to attack you from a computer!

We love these vets and their office staff! If you want a vet to be friendly, professional, efficient and caring this place is for you and your fur-baby! I recently purchased a toy Yorkie and they have worked hard to eliminate all of my fears and concerns each time I bring her in! And one time the vet himself called me on a Saturday to check on her! Best vet I’ve ever had!!

Let me say this: the doctors and nursing staff here are great, they are very friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, the first person to greet you is the receptionist, Sharon. This woman has given me issues every single time I have called. I always answer with the utmost respect and positivity, only to be confronted by a cold hearted, rude individual who seems like she truly hates her job at this vet. As a small business, the friendliest person should be the receptionist - they are the face of the company and the first individual to "greet" you. I am torn because I love my dog's vets, but hate the person who I have to deal with the most whenever I call. She abruptly throws you on hold without any notice, she talks over you, she talks to her coworkers while I am speaking to her on the phone, and she imposes the most disrespectful attitude I have ever experienced from a receptionist in my life. Furthermore, I had called about the same issue for 2 weeks straight, it was regarding my pet's prescription. She was the one who answered every time and my request for the prescription was never fulfilled. However, upon asking to speak with the vet himself, I was given the prescription immediately. This woman does not do her job in the slightest, and at the very least refuses to answer the phone and treat customers in a pleasant manner. Sharon needs to be relocated elsewhere, as she is ruining the entire experience of visiting a small vet that is supposed to feel like family. Mind you, I had asked the vet to speak with her about her unprofessional conduct, however, this is still a reoccurring issue. Again, I am torn because I love the level of service from the vets, but the first person I must speak with always puts a damper on my entire mood. Sharon is ruining A Couple of Vets!

Dr. Zach and the staff have done an amazing job dealing with my fur babies. My dogs cam be a bit difficult and it usually takes a while for them to warm up to new people. By the end of our second visit, my babies were at easy and much less stressed than at our normal vet visits. Thank you to the A Couple of Vets team for caring about our babies as much as we do.

They have taken excellent care of my cat Choco, who has been dealing with a very persistent nasal infection. They have been very patient with my random panicked "is this normal?" calls. I absolutely intend on sticking with them for all three of my cats regular vet needs.

I can't praise this clinic enough! Amazing Vet! Highly recommend to anyone who loves their animals! All the staff is super friendly and love their fur babies. I got my cats neutered and I had no complications! An amazing staff kept me up to speed with their progress and how there were doing! A patient for life ????

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Best place I've ever taken any of my animals!! They took us in and gave amazzzzing treatment on a Saturday!! I had tried 2 other places that said they didn't have any availability for an injured dog this morning. I'm never going anywhere else ever again!! My dog was comfortable with the whole staff and normally she gets pretty nervous. They carried her out to my car and were very patient with an anxious mama.

Super nice, friendly and knowledgeable team. They made us feel safe when we faced a stressful situation with our cat, and gave him all the care he needed! They look like they do this job because they love animals and this is the most important, since all we need is for our fluffy fiends to be treated with care and love..

Brought my furbaby here and was told nothing could be done and euthanasia is the only option. Got a second opinion from My Family Vet, they operated on her and saved her life. Life lesson, get a 2nd opinion before you put your pet to sleep!!

This practice is AMAZING! I have been to multiple vets in the area over the years and this is one is an A+. They are professional, compassionate, and so helpful. I would highly recommend them!

A Couple of Vets has been an absolute godsend for me and my dog, Molly. After having moved to the area full time, I began looking for a local vet for my yorkie. Upon first visit, Dr. Reynolds diagnosed her with a skin allergy that we immediately began treating. After having been to her previous vet for years, but only been given the options of pills and/or shots to stop her itching, I was very pleased to have an option to actually treat the problem, not just mask it. Reynolds seemed to be very knowledgeable as well as caring. It is evident that this is not just a job for him. A few months later, I took Molly back to him, in an urgent situation, as she wasn't breathing normally. Within about 2 hours, Dr. Reynolds diagnosed her with pneumonia and informed me of just how difficult it might be for her to recover, at her age (10). BUT together we made the decision to take the chance and see how she would do. Pleased to say she has fully recovered, 10 days later. She's back to her active, sassy self! Aside from the actual care for the animal that exudes from this establishment, is the care for the human too. Dr. Reynolds recognized that I was facing making some serious decisions regarding my baby and was very gentle, but honest when speaking to me about it. He was not pushy at all, was patient and willing to give me a min to collect myself and consider the options. On top of all of these great things, they are so reasonable, financially. It is very obvious they are not just taking advantage of a situation. They are honest and ethical. I cannot say enough good things about the treatment my dog and I have both received here. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a vet!

i don't normally post reviews, but this place deserves one. April 10th we had to unexpectedly put down my childhood dog of 13 years and we brought her here. the staff is incredibly compassionate and understanding of the pain we had to go through and they really did everything they could to help us and help our baby rest easy. they also sent us a card in the mail with written out condolences and it really showed that they cared about our loss. we still have a massive hole in our hearts that our dog took with her, but A Couple of Vets made the process very easy and gave us plenty of time with our dog and let us hold her as she left. the grieving process is hard, but this office really helped us to ensure we were doing the right thing. i really recommend them for any pet care.

We recently started using A Couple of Vets and I was so appreciative of the warm welcome that we received from the both vets and their staff. I would definitely recommend them to others....and I didn't feel that they overcharged or tried to take advantage of pet owners.
