We have used SBVH for years. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Great care for our fur babies!

Definitely a money hungry place . We will not be returning or recommending to anyone . She also try to lie to me to neuter my dog just to get more money .

Dr. Smith and Dr. Bose have always given my fur babies the best experience. Lesley keeps me informed always. Laney who works the front desk is very polite, kind and knowledgeable.

Very knowledgeable staff. We have a cat that has a skin issue along with behavioral issues. We have tried several others over the years with no permanent solution. This vet has a cat specialist who has newer treatment options. We are very hopeful of a cure.

We love Spring Branch Vet Hospital. Anytime we have a concern or a crisis with one of our dogs they always get us in the same day. I’ve seen several different vets at this location and they all have been amazing. The technicians and the front office staff are also amazing and very caring! They always follow up with phone calls to check on them after our visits. Love them!

I love everything about this Vet Hospital! The staff is so friendly, professional and helpful. Feels like visiting family. My dogs love the Techs and I can tell the Techs love my dogs. The vets take the time to answer all my questions and are gentle and patient with my dogs. They always give me an estimate which is usually much less than what I anticipate. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Spring Branch Vet Hospital is clean, friendly, caring and patient. We talked with Ashley, the vet tech explained our reasons for being there. Dr Duncan was wonderful, very knowledgeable explained the plan to get our dog, Missy, back to feeling like her old self.

First time to this clinic and I am impressed with veterinarian who sat on the floor with my old dog and gave him a good check up.

We switched to this vet within the last year. So far we have been extremely happy with their services. We have quite a few pets and they have accommodated us each time we needed them. I have not requested a specific vet to see at any of our appointments, but have loved each vet that we have worked with at this point. I have already referred them to my mom and grandma. It is hard to find a vet that will actually listen to you and not treat your pet's issues with a one size fits all approach.

My pets receive excellent care at Spring Branch Veterinary Hospital! The veterinarians and staff are very friendly. Dr Baas is very professional and knowledgeable in her field. She explains everything and answers all question. She is very caring with my pets and I know they are in good hands under her care. I have also used the grooming department, where they do an excellent job, and I have used their boarding facilities, where I know they are well taken care of when I am away from home.

Being new to the area, I was extremely pleased with the friendly professional staff. My pet seemed to react very well to the staff which helps me be more comfortable with trusting them with her care. Prices were reasonable. Look forward to working with them in the future to care for my fur baby!

I can always count on my vet and the team to take care of Bugsy! The team is responsive and take the time to call and check on her! I appreciate that! The treatments are spot on and rarely do I have to return to start over! So very thankful for Spring Branch Vet Hospital:)

I can’t even begin to express how amazing this veterinary office is! Two days ago we thought we’d loose our baby for sure and now thanks to Dr Hughes and her amazing team our pup has a fighting chance at a full life! Dr Hughes is doing everything possible to help her and was very good at explaining everything for us to understand. If your needing a good veterinary this is definitely the place to go! Very disappointed, I had initially scheduled an online appointment for 8/18. I was informed that I could drop off my pup at 7am so she could also get a bath along with a check up and I could pick her up later on in the day. I got there around 7am and they tell me that their records show my appointment is on 8/25. Deep breath, okay, I will come back. That same day they asked if we could now ‘schedule’ a time to meet the doctor, never addressed with me before. But yes, I’d like to meet the vet, so scheduled 8:30, for the 25th. I call them back today to let them know that I need to drop her off like originally planned so that I can get back home in time for my daughters first day of virtual learning. They said no, not for first time patients. Again, this was never addressed with me before. During a pandemic and so much uncertainty, so disappointed they could not work with me.

Had to do curbside and could not go in with her, BUT it was very slick and worked well. The staff we interacted with over the phone and at curbside was awesome and very caring. Dr Kelsey Smith came to our truck after the visit to go over everything. We feel our baby is in extremely caring and capable hands.

If you're looking for caring animal lovers, this is a great place to take them. Had a wonderful experience my first time using them with a dog who met a porcupine. Their schedule was full but they fit her in anyway.
