Good people to handle good animals

They were great. However, they are currently not allowing pet owners to go in with their fur-babies again due to the pandemic, which is totally reasonable and understandable. I will be more inclined to leave a 5-star when I can witness their interactions with my girls in-person.

They are simply the best. The level of caring and compassion for people and their pets is a shining example of what it means to love thy neighbor. I've been coming here since I moved to the area nearly 10 years ago, and had to see more than one furry friend out of this world; Doctor Matt felt more like a brother than a vet during those difficult times and I will remain forever grateful. On a lighter note, they have all the services you'd expect from a veterinary clinic, their prices are reasonable and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

My dogs have been patients for years and we just love Dr.Matt and his staff. They are all so compassionate and caring. Excellent care!

I have been taking all of my fur babies to paleface veterinary for many years I love that Dr Matt always takes care of my babies with love and remembers them all and Ty treats them like her own. They always are honest about my babies conditions and are never pushy. I would highly recommend them.

They're getting kind of pricey, having to wear face masks while getting your animal taking care of is frustrating

My dad use to take his dogs "Roxy and Big boy" here until he passed away. But before he passed, I had taken my "Monster " in for his first visit at 3 months and have had nothing but warm welcomes and a very healthy 3 yr Old pup. They have been a blessing to me and Monster in this time of losing my dad. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VET CLINIC. Thank you guys!

Pretty good vet. Work well with people and pets

Very thankful to have Paleface Vet in the area and for their wonderful staff.

I've been a client for 25 years having taken 4 different pets to Paleface Vet. My appt today was at 3pm. I left at 3:35 with being seen because obviously they don't value my time. It's sad that I haven't to start over with a new vet after all of these years. They didn't even offer me an apology, just an excuse.

The Vets are caring and competent.

Dr Matt is great! Unfortunately the staff is pure trash. Was a loyal customer since 2010. But the low rent trailer attitude is just not worth it anymore, nor can you or should you trust them to handle any pets.

Dr Matt is, Bar none, the finest Veterinarian I've ever met. Period. I come from a clan where our Pets were very much members of the family. And so our Veterinarians always ended up being thought of as non-blood relatives. And, I can honestly say that Matt & Karen both will always be viewed as such by me. If you love your animals, then this is the place to take them for the best care anywhere around. True Story.

Sadly we had a terrible experience here and we will never go back. This is one of those vet's that wants to upcharge and they were extremely rude. I've never seen a business run by adults that scoffed and rolls their eyes at customers that are coming to seek help for a pet that was injured. There was no explanation of medication dosage and care for the animal. Poor bedside manner and they seemed very automated about protocol & so disconnected and focused on getting a ton of drugs into an elder dogs system and little consideration and even bothered for asking if there was a reason we were giving the dog multiple pain meds, opioids, strong anti-inflammatories, antibiotics and 3 other injections for sedation, etc. Their practices are outdated and follow a heavy protocol of medication and little care for the actual life of the animal. Sad practices like this exist.

I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. Paleface Vet gave me an estimate for spaying my dog, and the day of surgery the estimated price is what I paid. They took excellent care of my sweet girl, and she did very well afterwards. The veterinarian, and office staff are friendly and helpful. We will certainly return, and are very happy to recommend Paleface vet!

Have taken all of my cats and dogs here ever since they opened and LOVE everyone there! Helpful, efficient, friendly, and down to earth. Would never dream of going anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

Dr.Matt and his staff took really great care of my dog wrecker.

I took my ill 10yo cat “Mufasa” to Dr.Matt on short notice, Saturday morning (2 days ago). To my sadness blood test and follow up x-rays showed that he had a huge cancerous tumor larger than a mans fist, pressuring his organs and intestines. Dr. Matt lovingly discussed options, and with me not wanting my cat to suffer a surgery to possibly prolong his life for a short while, we agreed on me taking him home. This was so my wife, kids and family could say their good-bye’s and come back Monday (today) for euthanasia. It was so quick as he was unable to defacate and would start being in severe pain if we waited any longer. Here is the real surprise for me, the staff and Dr. Matt were so loving and genuinely concerned today. They allowed me and my small dog “Lily” (best friends with my cat) to comfort our Mufasa through the whole process. It was gentle, and so stress-free on Mufasa, myself and Lily. We were given time alone after the initial relaxing injection, where I comforted Mufasa while he got tired and slept and again after the second injection by Dr. Matt after Doc confirmed his heart stopped. It was very therapeutic, and I appreciate this clinic’s staff and Dr. Matt beyond words. The clinic is having him cremated with remains returned along with a paw print cast for my youngest son. All costs were very resonable today, and in our previous trips to this clinic. If you ever have to have a pet euthanized, I strongly recommend you go to Paleface Veterinarian Clinic and ask to be present theough the process. It’s not what you think, being present was all positive, no negatives. Of course I recommend Paleface for ALL your veterinary needs as they are awesome!
