The staff here has made the experience of going to "The Vet" absolutely wonderful. Everyone here truly cares about animals and wants the best for every critter that enters through their doors. They are well informed and suggest the best medicines. Very happy with their service and will continue returning here as long as I have an animal companion.

Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Wait was a little long, but worth it when we saw vet.

Dr. Moore and everyone else there were great! Brought my newly adopted snake Lilly there to get a checkup. They're extremely knowledgeable. Even gave Lilly a warm water filled glove to help his stress after the examination. 10/10 definitely coming back

I take my bearded dragon here and words cannot describe how much I appreciate Dr. Moore and his staff. Dr. Moore spends the time with you without you feeling rushed out. His knowledge and attention to detail is what made me keep returning even after I moved 45 miles away. The staff is also always friendly and communicative even when they are insanely busy. I would recommend this vet to all animals.

There are several other reputable veterinary offices in our area, but Southlake Animal Hospital has the most personalized service and holistic care we've found. The doctor and his staff are helpful, professional and very good at what they do. Even with the difficulty of getting care in the age of CoVID9, they get patients In quickly and dive the same consistently high level of care.

Friendly and accommodating staff. They have taken good care of several of my pets here. Knowledgeable veterinarians. One of the few small animal/exotic vets in the area. They accept Carecredit as well.

Took my little dog there today they helped me out without a appointment. Kelly at front desk very nice, but other receptionist was extremely ruff, no fluff there And they took a 150. Deposit but didnt explain why. I always pay my bills and would never leave my dog there.i almost wanted to walk out due to receptionist being almost rude or curt she has worked there fir a long time but no need to talk to people so abruptly. It takes away from your first time at a new vet, we moved here 10 mos ago. Hope Dr helps her with her people skills, i have been a flight attenant for 30 years and never have i talked to someone that way.

I have used Dr. Moore for my birds for 5 years now. I have a flock of 6 parrots. He's attentive and caring, the staff always calls the next day to make sure everything is ok. I used another vet last year and she's fantastic too, but not as personal as Dr. Moore is. He remembers us and our birds, recaps previous history and feels more like seeing an old friend than a vet. I'll continue to maintain a relationship with both vets because in an emergency, it's nice to have a back up if one isn't available. I like that he has drop off appointments and I can drop them in the morning and pick them up in the evening with little interruption to my day. He works them in between his scheduled visits and this helps to get them in sooner vs. later.

This is a great place to take your animals they will see anything they even do rehabbing for wild life. The staff is great they are so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Absolutely LOVE Dr Moore. He is great with me, as a helicopter mom; and he is very good with my kinkajou. He was many years of experience
