A great place to get dog grooming services.

Our Golden Doodle stayed at the Pet Hotel for 3 nights. When checking out, he reeked of urine. Intoxicating smell! He needed two baths just to remedy the odor. I would give a negative star rating if Google would allow it. Definitely not the standard PetSMart has provided in the past. Very disappointed.

Love the vets and staff at the S Lake Banfield location. I have an American Bully breed who has a lot of anxiety and can be reactive. This group does great with my pet as well as the Roanoke location. The others which are nearer seem to be afraid of her which only increases her anxiety. Cannot say enough good things about this location. Been coming here for yrs. I also had a frenchie who also received stellar care from this group of doctors up until he passed. Not from anything they could have done any different. Highly recommend this location.

Extremely disappointing experience trying to board our dogs with them. The staff sucked. The facility sucked. The entire experience sucked.

Lost my cat of 8 years and was looking for a new furry friend when I saw this guy! Angie was a great help in letting me meet all the available cats and kittens to help me find the perfect one. Thank y’all!

It ok, I bought there food for my pet, and the store itself was ok, not very special.

Love the Banfield veterinarian service at this location. We have taking out pets here for over 16 years and have always had great experiences. The current staff is great and Dr Anagu is wonderful always takes the time to come out and say hello when we pick up out boys.

Very helpful employees answered all the questions I needed in aquatics. Banfield clinic and the groomers. All very helpful. Thanks for the information.

Some things are over priced but still a good place overall.

The worst pet hotel ever. Made an appointment and when we showed up. They said they are full and do not have any room. Not once not twice but 3 times. Ridiculous. They should be held accountable and pay for all the cancellations we have to make because of this.

Went there to buy first pets for three of my nesices and nephews. Person who worked with was super helpful but store was not well stocked at all.

We were able to find everything we needed for furr babies, return/exchange an item that we bought by mistake easily, quickly without a hassle. Very pleasant shopping experience as usual with Petsmart.

Best staff of any pet goods store in the immediate area. Will not go to Petco in Grapevine because the people at PetSmart in SL are nicer. The CEO may be the same person I have no idea... But I'll drive 3 miles past Petco to buy the same dog food lol.

I have boarded my pets and now solo pet several times and the employees were always accomodating and friendly. This was not my experience either at check in or check out this time. The employees were rude and non accomodating even though when making reservation I was told something different. They made the death in the family even worse with the way my pet was presented and treated and the way they treated me.

Cat food and Kitty Litter. They have all the essentials.

PetSmart seems to be getting expensive

Good store hidden a bit off 114. Next to Home Depot and behind Kroger. Fairly well stocked. Kind of baffling that many premium brand of dog food and other items... stock is limited. I didn't think our dog and cat food was imported? Or everyone stays home on unemployment instead of making dog food? O'well. Fish and small animals are clean well kept. Classes on site to teach owners how to handle their 4 footed friends. Really a nice self service store. The staff clearly maintains a 6 foot distance from customers. Even going down a different isle. Fewer assistance requests I guess.

Today my boyfriend and I arrived at this local PetSmart, which we love so much. They are always fully stocked and are now regular customers. We met an awesome associate named Amanda who transferred from another store. (couldn't tell ????) She was very helpful on all fish products and fish Life. Simply amazing that bought five new Dalmatian mollies amongst other fish to add to our 55 gallon fish family and will definitely be back!!!!!
