I liked that walk ins were welcome, and the tech was super sweet to my kitty. However, they gave my cat zero treatment for dehydration, which was the main reason we were there. Instead they focused on an eye infection. He was hospitalized the next day for severe dehydration and renal failure. I also found it odd that i was not given a copy of the lab work. I would not bring my other animals here.

We just had to put our corgi down and the entire staff was so comforting and kind. They made a very difficult decision and process easier with their support and kindness. Will definitely use them again when we get another pet.

The Doc and his staff are wonderful! They are so kind and clearly explain what is going on. I don’t think I could recommend a better Vet in the SBC.

I took my 14 year old Yorkie in to see what was wrong with her. Dr. Brad did bloodwork and we learned that she has several things going on in her little body, none of which she will recover from. He and his assistant were awesome, comforting me and he thoroughly explained her bloodwork. The staff are friendly and caring and I will be going back at such time I get another pet. He is everything I had been looking for in a vet.

I called today at 11:15 am when my 13-pound dog was attacked by a bulldog. She was bleeding from her nose and several wounds, and couldn’t put weight on her front paw. I explained the situation and asked to bring her in immediately, and was first put on hold, then told I could bring her at 3:00 pm. I am not a new client, but if they can’t (or won’t) take care of my pet in an emergency, I’m not interested in having them care for her at all.

First and foremost, just because a Vets building(practice) shines and is new with multi levels of amenities , doesn’t mean your pet receive the personal attention my pet receives at BROADMOOR Animal Hospital. The staff is Great top to bottom! The attention to detail is second to none. Tried another animal hospital just for boarding, that didn’t work! The New owners of BROADMOOR Animal Hospital strive to be the best!!! Thank you!!

My dog was terrified (as many dogs are when they go to the vet) but the vet techs were kind and sweet with her and gave her lots of love and patience. She actually relaxed and despite having shots, feeling sick, and getting her nails trimmed, by the time she left she was giving the vet tech kisses and seemed less stressed than she has been at other vets. Less one star only because it seems to take a very long time to get shipments from the pharmacy they order from, both times I have ordered it's been 2+ weeks to get it. Edited 5/2/21: less 1 more star because I called to see how late they took walk in appt's, and was told up until 5:30. I rush home from work and pull up in the parking lot at 5:06, call the phone - and am on hold for a number of minutes until about 5:18. Finally hang up and call again, and the receptionist said they stop taking walk ins at 5pm. It's upsetting to waste time, money, gas, and stress on my already anxious dog AFTER I took the time to call ahead to confirm whether or not they were still taking patients. Decided to try a new vet.

Today I took my dogs to see the vet that took over at Dr. Seale's office when Dr. Seale retired. Dr. Patrick Murray. I REALLY liked him. He is down to earth and has excellent bedside manner. He explains procedures and any conditions your animal is experiencing in a way that is easy to understand. I really liked his assistant too. I have a anxiety ridden Maltese, who is always a bundle of nerves. It's not easy to calm him down, but this assistant was able to calm my dog down like I've never seen anyone do in his 6 years. It was really refreshing to see that she truly cared about my baby, and my baby KNEW it too. I'm thrilled that Dr. Murray is in Shreveport. Give them a call if you're looking for a really great vet!!!

My cat Cleo was spayed here last week and I could not be more grateful! The staff was so friendly and they happily answered all of my questions. This was Cleo’s first trip to the vet, and she’s a very nervous cat so I was a little nervous too. They made me feel very comfortable leaving her there and she is recovering well!

They put me at about my cat and were genuinely concerned about her well-being. I have found a lifelong vet.

One of the easiest and friendly vet visits we have had in a long time! Staff was knowledable and super friendly. Corina was amazing and so was the doc! I would highly recommend bringing your fur baby here!

The folks at the front desk were very nice with meb& my puppy, but the veterinarian (older gentleman) gave superficial information on caring for my doggy. Not impressed. I had to ask about heartworm treatment, when we were supposed to come back, no tips from a vets perspective on caring for my puppy. Fortunately, I've owned several dogs and my past vets always were enlightening from a medical perspective on caring for a puppy. My wife was adamant about not going back & finding another vet. Hopefully, other folks will have a better experience.

I’ve never had a problem with Broadmoor, Dr Seale has been truly amazing and still is. However this new “team” of people working there.. are not easy to work with and don’t work with you like they used to.. (on drop offs). Drop offs shouldn’t be so difficult and the last time I went to the office, my boy growled at the new workers and he NEVER does that. I’m saddened to say but I found a new vet. The energy there isn’t a good one anymore. These changes you guys made, were not for the best. Y’all are loosing very loyal customers. Also, they NEVER have heartworm or flea medicine in stock.... that’s never been a problem until this new management or whatever it is they have going on. And they tell me I can’t opt out of the “coronavirus” vaccine.. & that it’s in all the vaccines so it is a must... DO WHAT?! lol yeah okay, that’s a bunch a bs. I have called multiple vets and all of them have said, that’s bazaar they would even say that. And none of the other local vets even do the coronavirus vaccine. It’s completely UNNECESSARY. This new management is all about DOLLAR SIGNS AND CONTROL. It’s not homey like it once was. (I am not one to leave reviews, but I feel the need to under these circumstances).

Saw Dr. Seale with my dog for 9 years. Well check ups only because my dog was never sick. He seemed great. First time I took my dog in sick (cancerous tumor) Dr. Seale was abusive, (strong word, but true). My dog was not aggressive, never growled or tried to bite him, just pulled away in pain. Dr. Seale lost his temper because my dog kept pulling away. I was shocked and speechless, and left with not knowing where to go or what to do since I was never going to step foot in his clinic again. Be warned. This man can and will be abusive to animals.

I adopted a dog who had everything but a rabies shot. Took him in to Dr. Seale who was very nice, and got the rabies shot, exam and heartworm medicine for a very reasonable rate. Very glad to be established with this vet.

After having a pup pass from parv . I searched for a vet for my new beagle, Cooper. The staff fell in love with Cooper seconds after walking in and very sympathetic to hear of my pup. Dr. Seale was very friendly and helpful and treated Cooper like his own. We have seen Dr. Seale twice now and have an appt this week. Cooper and I are happy.
