This vet clinic gave my cats the best care they have gotten from a vet! I guarantee that any negative reviews only gave their side of the story, and not the truth. The staff is amazing, and really care about the animals that come into the clinic! Would definitely recommend their services!

The prices are very reasonable and the quality of care surpasses any other vet's office I've ever been to! It is apparent the ladies at this clinic have a passion for the animals in their care and not just in the business for the money! I highly suggest you give this clinic a try and you will not be disappointed or go anywhere else!

Dr. Rachal is absolutely amazing! Our 6 year old rescue, Molly was not herself. We scheduled an appointment and the next day she called us to bring her in sooner because she was really concerned with her symptoms. The next day we drop her off and in less than 2 hours she calls us to let us know she has pancreatitis, a UTI, and her glucose was through the roof. She ensured that I understood what was going on with Molly while giving her the utmost care. She made herself available and checked on her every night while we were getting her insulin dose stabilized. Her prices are beyond reasonable and fair. You can absolutely tell how much she loves her job bc she truly treats your animals as if they were hers. She is amazing and the best vet we have ever used by far!!

Best veterinary place ever! My dog is a fearful German Shepard mix. He growls at anyone new and visibly shakes in fear. I warned the staff first and brought his treats in. The lady at the front desk sat on the floor with him feeding him treats until he was ok enough to go in the room. They had him in a separate room so the other doogs wouldn't scare him more. They kept him for the day since I also had 2 other pets there being seen. I told them they may need to muzzle him because I know the growling can be off putting. When I picked him up, he was a very happy boy who wanted to follow the vet staff around. They told me they didn't need to muzzle him. Instead they took their time with him and let him warm up at his own pace. He went in for an allergy shot, but they called me to recommend placing him on anxiety meds. I agreed and was so happy that a vet went above and beyond to help my boy feel better. Thank yall so much! We will definitely be back.

The staff are very polite & professional. They’re always ready to help answering questions and concerns one may have. Dr. Kelly provides skill and quality care to my fur babies going above and beyond when needed. I highly recommend the center and DVM Rachael... for anyone wanting well check & medical care for their pets.

I need to board my dogs later this month, I wasn't aware that most boarding places require the canine influenza (recently moved to Shreveport). I called the location to see when I could get all 3 dogs in for the vaccine, they had an opening the same day and took care of my pups! During the visit I waited outside while they took the dogs one at a time. They saw my sticky notes stating all 3 were here for the canine influenza vaccine. The other that asked if one of my pups could go ahead and receive one the core vaccinations that was due. They said my dog could, and completed that as well. Overall, the staff was great with good attitudes and patient with my dogs that get super excited with new people. I will be using there services as the primary vet for my pups.

I brought in a dog i had rescued to be spayed. She had an allergic reaction to one of the medications (none of us were aware she had this allergy as she was a rescue), and had it not been for the life saving efforts of Dr. Rachal and her staff, we would have lost Lexi that day. She kept me updated on her condition/progress throughout the ordeal, for which i am also grateful. She is an amazing vet with a new, but friendly and competent staff. I highly recommend her!

The staff here are AMAZING and the veterinarian is so knowledgeable and kind. They have affordable prices, a great understanding of exotic animals and a caring team that makes your pet a priority. My ferret received a five star treatment here and they helped ease my mind with all my worries. They also helped find doctors that could perform his surgery and updated me every step of the way. Definitely bring your animal here! If I could give them 1000 stars, I would.

Brought our two healthy four month old kittens in to be neutered because our normal vet was booked up. What a mistake this was. Our orange kitten actually died during the extremely routine procedure (I’ve never personally heard of a cat dying while being neutered). The staff were very nonchalant and cold about the whole ordeal. The Vet on duty told me she would perform a necropsy to try to figure out what happened, and that we would get him back so we could bury him with our girls (who were heartbroken). They never called back even when I called repeatedly over the next two weeks and left messages, they flat out ignored me. I’m pretty sure they botched the procedure somehow (probably too much tranquilizer) and tried covering it up. If you value your pet’s life, stay far away from this place! And it was a hard lesson learned for us: if a vet is too booked up to do the procedure that week, it’s probably because they’re very good at what they do! Don’t take shortcuts when it comes to your pet’s healthcare.

Dr Rachal is truly a blessing for the animals! She is caring, loving, professional and compassionate! One cannot ask for a better vet! I trust her ???? with all my animals. she and her team really rock. Look no further, this is where your pets are in best hands

This vet is one of the best! I have never met such a caring Dr. I trust all of my animals there. Very affordable prices. You can usually get an appointment very quickly. The office staff are very personable and only give the best care. You can count on Dr. Rachal for perfect care every time. They handle everything from nail trims to spay and neuter as well as any surgery you pets may need.

They were very helpful and did a great job with my cat.
