I have recently started to take both of my dogs here and it has been great. Caramel and Dodge love the people and the calm environment. I have seen both vets and they do a great job of explaining everything! The techs and receptionists are also very nice and easy to ask questions. Glad that I have found this vet and they will always have my business from now on!

This has been the BEST vet I could have ever possibly picked for my babies! They are always so accommodating & willing to work with us, have always gotten us into the office for emergencies & Gary always calls a day or so later to follow up on how my babies are doing! They are amazing in every way & I am so thankful for their entire office staff!!

I just want to thank the Amazing Support i got there After Losing my Best friend to that Fire on November 8,2021 in Sherman, i brought my Baby life less but they still tried to check for vitals, they helped me with the cremation and were super empathetic to my tragic loss. i appreciate you all so much.

Carolyn is always a great receptionist. She has to handle phone calls and multitudes of people coming through the door at the same time. She is very professional and makes everyone feel welcome. The staff at Canyon Creek are very courteous and helpful. Dr McConkey has been there for many years and is a great DVM. We have been coming here for over 30 years and will continue to do so.

They were amazing, and was very encouraging to my husband and I rescuing the dogs we have and they help us tremendously with getting our youngest rescued puppy back to go health

My husband and I are from out of town and when we have a sick furbaby, after calling Canyon Creek Family Vet, they got us in immediately! The receptionists were very friendly and easy to talk to. As we got in the room, the Tech, Miss Susan, was the one who took our furbaby's vitals. She was very gentle with our furbaby! Chance loved her! Dr. McConkey was amazing with Chance and got him what he needs to get better! He thoroughly examined Chance's records from our primary vet to give a very accurate care for Chance! He explained everything of what we need to do to care for Chance! Absolutely amazing experience at this facility! I highly recommend this place for your furbabies!

This is Hands down the Best of the Best Family Vet.. The staff is WoNdErFuL the Dr. Knows what he's doing !!!! I had to send my "Best Friend" Bentley to Rainbow Ridge and the lady I'm sorry i dont know name was a hard day was so Empathetic And Patience without her I don't know how id of got thru it... They are really good with your fur babies

The staff was so sweet and showed compassion with our fur babies when they don't feel good.

My visit with my dog was very pleasant today. Angie and Cassie were very sweet to Mylie and answered all my questions. Dr McConkey is always very professional but also very kind to Mylie and never seems in a hurry.

So thankful for this outstanding group of caring professionals! They do an exceptional job with all of our residents especially the nervous kitties & puppies. Just learned they're using Fear Free handling - just one more thing showing how much they care for these sweet babies.

We have a house full of big dogs and small cats, and I was incredibly impressed by how quick they got us in, how professional and clean it was and the staff is a dream. We moved here from fort worth and didn't think we'd be able to find somebody as good as our longterm bet down there. So pleased!

Absolutely love Canyon Creek Family Vet. They take the time to get to know you and your pets and truly care about them. I love knowing that my dogs are in loving hands when they need help.

Took my cat in to get spayed. They charged me over $650 dollars. When I asked why I was charged for extra stuff no one seemed to know why and I was only refunded $175. So if you’re looking to spend over $450 to get a cat spayed then this is the place to go. Very unprofessional. I wish I could post a picture of my bill showing all the extra stuff they billed for that they shouldn’t have. Also I was supposed to be contacted about the bill to go over everything that was taken off today and never got a call.

I had to have my dog examined and inded up putting her down as there was no cure for her problem they were all so nice and did everything they could to make the decision easier I would refer them to anyoneneeding a vet good service and very clean

They will not give a rabies vaccination unless the vet sees the pet first. I guess he needed more money. They did not tell me this when I made the appointnent. They knew the pet had never been seen before. Previously they would give the vaccine if the pet had not seen the vet. I only had enough money for the vaccination
