Nice experience! Got both dogs a nail clip and grind, and I swear it was the first time in a while that it went well and a quick didn't get nipped. We'll definitely bring them back for a full grooming experience. And, great prices!

This was my first time taking my dog here and also the last. I asked for a trim and this is what we got. (pictures 1-4)if a trim wasn’t possible I should’ve been called and notified and I would have picked her up and waited for her original groomers availability in January. This cut is so uneven and she was overly shaved. The only time I have ever asked a grooming service to fully shave her was in the summer (last photo) and they did excellent. Second to last photo is how my original groomer TRIMS her and we take her looking exactly the same as when we dropped her off here… I ended up having to cancel Christmas photos. Our other dog didn’t even recognize her. Had I picked her up myself I wouldn’t have paid for the grooming service. We are extremely upset.

Having a rescue that has been through so much trauma I will say that when Uptown was recommend for his grooming I was concerned in having patience with him. Uptown Pup has been the best especially gaining the trust from this baby. Add to that the exceptional way that he is always treated they give him back well bathed and pampered and smelling absolutely wonderful. Dreamer, will always be in their care for the best grooming.

Poor quality haircuts. Did not what asked for, and ontop of that left the face completely unsymmetrical with random long hairs.

Took my pup in for grooming, when I picked him up his eyes were irritated and red and eventually became swollen shut. Owner offered to pay the vet bill, but I was unable to get an appointment without driving a considerable distance to an emergency vet. They still charged for grooming and did not call to check on my pup’s condition. Will not return, no longer trust this groomer.

UPDATE: once this place got busy the service went down unfortunately. I stopped receiving communication back and when I ask a simple question to clarify pricing I was greeted with a big attitude from one of the workers. I no longer use this groomer. Only groomer I use! I’ve had all four of my big dogs “groomed” here twice now. They don’t have hair so their grooming includes a bath, ears, toes, blow dry, and possible something else I’m forgetting. Josh is super nice, very accommodating and treats the animals like his own. I have never taken my dogs to be groomed after a Petco nightmare with my first dog. After military injuries I can no longer bathe four big dogs. One of my senior dogs has a lot of issues with me and several vets clipping his toenails but somehow both Josh and his associate have clipped them!! That alone will secure my business forever. Check them out, your babies will thank you.

Josh at Uptown Pup came in on his own time, since he has left the shop, or sold the Shop, spent a LONG time grooming my blue heeler, bfore her surgery today. OMG!!!! She looks awesome! Best haircut EVER!! THE VET'S OFFICE ALL RAVED RE HOW AWESOME SHE LOOKS! THANK YOU JOSH.♥️???????? THE Girls at Uptown are really fast and extremely courteous. I've been taking my dogs to uptown pups for a few. I don't have to wait for days to get an appt like other places in the area. Their prices are very reasonable and they do a great job.

They are friendly and passionate on making your pups feel welcome. They are master groomers and specialized on Schnauzer and terrier's.

They did a amazing job on my girls will definitely come back

My appendix started acting up to burst & these guy were the only boarders nearby that would come to the hospital & pickup my dogs. I'm a long haul truck driver, live no where near here & I am my dogs' vet & give them their vaccinations. Obviously I won't have vet records. Everyone else rejected my dogs for that regardless the fact "I" was hours away from possible death. Every vet, kennel, & boarder has quarantine cages. Uptown were the only ones who did the right thing!!! Support these wonderful people.

Did a wonderful job grooming. She wrote my phone number down wrong and it was a bit stressful connecting to pick up my pup. Will use her again. Everyone makes mistakes and this really was not one that i think she will make again. I did not leave her a tip as she stressed me out reaching her to pick up my fur baby.

Josh is the best and the cheapest, be crazy to go anywhere else.

I've been here twice with all 3 of my pups. Love the service and great hair cuts too. Will always go back!!
