Excellent trim on my pet. Scout looks like a younger version of himself.

Vets are great and they are informative. Not good for a reactive dog, though as it's waiting room is right on the side wall of the store.

Always treat my furbaby well and seems like they love him as much as I do.

The people are wonderful and the process is minimal hassle!

The Banfield at the Forum is one of my favorite petsmarts! I was hesitant to sign up my dog for the wellness plans because there are other petsmart locations I am not a fan of, but after coming here I knew it was right for me and my puppy. They are thorough and professional, though they get very busy.

The best service without a doubt, Jedi has been visiting for 5 years for their routine checkups.

Started with a new Dr recently and we are so happy with her. We were disappointed when our previous vet decided to go a different route but glad he is happy with his new career.

Gabriel's doctor, Dr. Evan McGehee was fantastic! He informed us about a condition we were not told at his first visit from another location and Dr. McGehee took the time to explain to us exactly what was wrong and a plan of action to help our fur-child. We really appreciated that since that wasn't what we originally went in for. He helped Gabriel with his stomach issue we went in for plus gave us additional information that was very much shocking to us. We appreciate his hard work and care he provided Gabriel. Thank you so much and we will definitely be sticking with him! This was our first time see Dr. Mcgehee and won't be our last! Thank you so much!

Best animal care center in Bexar county . Staff is caring and understanding.

Constantly, time and time again this branch of Banfield provides terrible or barely passable service. On every occasion we have had to go to different Banfield in order to solve our issue. Save your time and money just avoid this Banfield.

Call for urgent need this morning, 7-26-2020 @ 10:05. This is the only vet center our dog has been to. I requested an urgent appointment due to a current situation. Was told they do not take urgent or emergency appointments. I explained we have never taken her anywhere else. I said they are willing to take our money every month but can't take an urgent appointment to which the response was we do not take emergencies. Very poor attitude, service(lack of) and care for their long term patients. I can't wait to read the b's response. Definitely gone downhill since Dr. Knowlton left. We will be cancelling our wellness program.

Staff went above and beyond to take care of my pup on short notice when he was ill. Thorough, compassionate, and it definitely helped that it was affordable.

Each veterinarian at Banfield have always treated my pet and myself with care and concern for my pet's needs. I'll continue at Banfield because I trust their service.

Other than the wait time, the experience was great. The vets are knowledgeable, care about their patients, and explain everything they are doing and why. No surprise charges. EDIT: Changed to 2 stars. Though Banfield website says "unlimited visits," whenever I have a dog or cat sick (we have 5), they send us to Blue Pearl for walk-ins. The vets are great. But because we can never get in when needed, we are withdrawing our business and going elsewhere

Brought my service dog in for severe diarrhea. Due to Covid-19, office visits are not allowed, so they had to take her to the back with them. They saw her quickly and got her back to be fast. They got her on antibiotics and probiotics. I love this staff!

Best banfield I've ever been to. Last night we brought in our dog who was having seizures, and instead of turning us away to bluepearl emergency hospital like the franchise usually does, this specific clinic helped us. They were very kind, fast, and the clinic was very clean. I'm very thankful for their help.

Great place it just always seems like they're behind...... I should not have to spend a minimum of two hours for a vet visit
