Seguin Animal Vet staff are excellent. They explain procedures when I bring rescue kitty Boots in for her shots and other issues. THE ????BEST VET IN SEGUIN.

I have used this vet clinic for 20 years and I absolutely love and trust them with my precious animals. All the vets and the support staff are kind, friendly and concerned when I need help! They are the best!!!

Cindy the receptionist was extremely rude. I got to my dogs appointment 20 minutes early so I called just to let them know we were here, well fast forward to 15 minutes past her appointment and I call to see how much longer the wait would be and with a snotty tone she told me I checked in an hour and a half early and she knows for a fact when I tried to tell her it was only 20 minutes. Okay I have time stamps on my phone indicating when I called. Just rude and unprofessional behavior. I have to say it is not the whole staff that are like that though.

Prices have gone up to a stupid price. Don't seem to care about customer convenience anymore either. Bring back the old hospital.

My 8 year old female cat, Lizzie, had a bathroom problem and also had an issue with feces matted to her butt. I tried but she wouldn't let me clean her properly. I took her here and they fixed her right up. Did blood work on her, got her up to date on her vaccines, shaved her, cleaned her butt, cleaned her ears, trimmed her nails... She came back a new kitty! My only experience that wasn't exactly 100% is they lost the poop sample my little sister dropped off for them (the poop sample was Lizzie's, not my little sister's haha). But I'm not mad. Always keep in mind no one is perfect and no place is perfect and in the grand scheme of things, it's fine. I called and straightened it out and they said to just bring by another sample. Overall, excellent experience.

I tired to take my cat into an emergency today and they refused him for “ to many emergencies “ and tried to have me go to the one in NB as a vet student I would just like to say that this is very poor values and unprofessional and just plain out sad. I even mentioned how he was open mouth breathing and struggling you could clearly hear the distress in my voice and my cat meowing for help. This place shouldn’t even be in business. When you take on the role yo service animals you treat them just as you would a human and that fact that they refused to take him just blows my mind. Clearly this place doesn’t have a love for animals how sad. It makes think that if I didn’t have to search around for another clinic that my poor baby would still be alive.

They took care of Gabby from when I adopted her until I lost her. Very professional and very compassionate. I would not go anywhere else.

For the past 6 months I have been going to VCA Seguin Animal Hospital. I changed veterinarian because VCA was very close. I used to take my dog to Fischer Vet. In New Braunfels,so VCA was 2.5 miles down the road. So my Husky was having seizures, and Dr Schumann decided to put him on Zonisamide. Ok..here's my problem ,. 2 times I was short 10 pills, yes they did give me the pills that I was owed the next time I needed a refill.but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Next I just picked up a refill last week. The pills that I get are green and white, that says 100 on it. This time I was given pills that were red and white with 260 on them . So..I just called and askedabout the pills. The person told me it was from a different manufacturer. I then asked why wasn't I told this...well she had an attitude and tried explaining,but didn't get the right answer. I told her I should have been told this and I was disappointed.Not going back.

Please try their services.They were right-on with difficult diagnosis and prescription years ago. Always went the extra mile! Their compassion and attention to detail got me through euthanasia of my 16-year companion: “Boots”. These folks really care, and went the extra mile at my most difficult time. God bless each and every one of them, especially Dr Schuman and his Assistant!

Very professional but with loving and concern for you and your animals

I guess I’ll just have to put up with people not masking properly. The doctor was nice. It was very fast. The tech spoke to several people outside with no mask over mouth/nose. The price was reasonable.

The staff and doctors are lovely, and they always take the best care of my babies.

Great group of people. Have been here for simple vaccinations and real life emergencies.

Friendly and helpful staff. My dog has no issues going in with them. And comes out happy.

We didn't have to wait long and doctor came out to explain how to care for Athena. All staff were nice.

Very professional and very detailed in their examination and explanation. Would highly recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience at SAH. They asked over $500 for some stitches on a dog. Another vet in town did it for $190. The difference is astronomical!

They are always very friendly and take great care of my pets, I have nothing but good things to say about them. They're prompt to respond and take the time to explain things to you so you understand your pet's care.

They always can get our chi in for a simple nail trim

dr. Leslie is very good with small animals very concerned and will do her best along with the technicians to find out what is wrong and to take the best possible care of your animal and explain everything

Had to put my dog of 14 yrs. Down. The entire staff was so supportive from beginning to end. Thank you everyone.

Charging between $250-$300 for spaying a female cat absolutely outrageous prices. Plenty of vets in Luling and San Marcos with reasonable prices. Staff in friendly , go elsewhere.

They are ao nice and they explain everything so well! They make me and my pets feel comfortable and important!

They are handling the pandemic well! My dog didn't like going in there alone but the doctors were very kind and gentle with him.

Nice staff. They took good care of my dog and made sure I understood what treatment was best. Talked about the cost before treatment given. They didn't try pushing anything else during that visit or at the follow up visit.
