Fast friendly service.. Hometown service great bedside manner if you need to have a term for it. This has always been my 1st choice and there's been a reason for it the staff the doctor Scott B . Took the time and explained everything as thoroughly as possible thanks again..

Dr Bugai and staff very helpful and empathetic , ( our 2 kittens Toby and Oscar were quite sick ) they did what needed doing and after a short while had had them feeling better , pricing was fair, we would certainly recommend to anyone who's pet is under the weather.

The prices are great. The front desk people were nice. Vet spoke to me like i was stupid. She didn't ask me if i had any questions. The tec layed almost completely on my small dog to hold her still when there are better ways to hold a dog still. They did not speak to my dog or even pet her during the exam.

Dr. Bougi was wonderful with my collie, Jester. Dr. Bougi has been Jester's doc since he was 8 weeks old. Jester is now 4. Dr. Bougi is amazing.

This place has a strong emphasis on the most important thing: care for your loved animals. The staff went out of their way to help me out in a time of need and Dr. Bugai was everything I could've asked for in a medical professional. Prices are reasonable too, especially considering the quality you get.

Pizza was good! BUT, Gave me the wrong order of bread sticks. I ordered the crazy stuffed cheese bread sticks and they gave me the original bread sticks once I arrived home is when I noticed. (20 minutes away from town) Called the place 4 times and no one answered the phone. (Typical) They had a lot of workers that evening and no one answered the phone (NOT SURPRISED!)

Dr. Bugai is just not any old regular good vet. He is an AMAZING vet. He is a lifesaver. Just when I thought I was gonna have to have my dog put to sleep because of how bad his wounds where I thought there was little to no help at all.. But boy was I wrong. I CAN'T APPRECIATE EVERYTHING THE STAFF AND DOC did for my dog. LITERALLY SAVED BY THE BELL.. ???? My chihuahua was attacked and mangled by a pit bull... Once again Thank you Dr. Bugai and staff.

Let me first begin by saying, I had no issues with the female staff, however, I cant say the same for the male staff member that brought my chihuahua to my car. As he approached my vehicle he commented that he was not going to miss her. Before leaving, we noticed her eyeball was swollen and blood red. When I asked why it was so, he dismissed it and said it was nothing at all. He then stated there wasnt anything wrong with her eye. Again, I asked for an explanation. Had I not asked if the vet had seen her eye, he would not have said anything at all. He then said the vet was not there anymore. I pushed back until he took her back inside. Two minutes later, the vet came out to tell me that my dog was not cooperating when trying to trim her nails and she busted a blood vessel. I am so very angry that I was lied to multiple times. I cant help but to wonder why that was. A busted blood vessel is one thing but she seems like she was hit on her eye and is also now seems to be limping!!!

Had my cat looked at, was told it would cost $1,200 to do exploratory surgery but could go much higher. I could not afford that so I left after paying the office visit fee. I then found another vet that would do it for $69 and a maximum of $89 for the same operation. And as she was swollen to the point of bursting her uterus i set up an emergency operation appointment with the new place i found. All i needed was her records from the vet, called and told them i needed them ASAP so i could get the operation set for first thing in the morning. An hour later they still had not emailed the records but were nice enough to call me and tell me that they do that surgery and i responded that i could not afford their price of $1,200 to $ 3000 and that i needed the records ASAP. 30 minutes later we called again and were rudely told yeah, yeah and hung up on us. We then had to tell the new doctor that the old vet refused to send records since we would not use him. Good news though, new vet scheduled us anyway, said there was no reason for our pet to suffer due to noncaring.

Dr Bugai and staff are top notch! I have taken my dogs and cats there for many years and have always been pleased with the care they received.

It was good Friday, my kitty had gone into labor early due to an earlier operation the day before on a gapping wound on her flank caused by who knows what.All of the vets I called were booked up or closed, including the vet who did the original operation. Kitty had 1 kitten early in the morning, but hours passed and no more kittens. Spoke to dr B., but waited to get on same page with my sleeping wife, who worked nite before. About 430 in afternoon I was calling dr B. Again to see if I could still bring her in. With an abundance of kindness and patience he said bring her in. He performed the c section while I waited and informed me of 4 additional live kittens. I thank dr. B. and his staff for their proffesionalism, kindness, and honesty. Mama kitty and her babies are thriving.

Took both of my Chihuahuas in to get vaccinated and heartworm invention and flea and tick we enjoyed our visit everything was explained very well

Just started taking my dogs here. So far super friendly, very helpful, and reasonable, as well.

Twinkie has been here a handful of times in the past 3.5 years for exams, vaccinations, diarreah and even surgery. Each time he's been well and hopefully my dachshund continues to get good care. Appointments aren't ever too long and the front lady is sweet.

Love this place!! Best vet I have been to so far. I went to an emergency vet in new branfuels and they wanted to charge me $900 dollars to find out what was going on not including cost of meds. I went here and the vet was so sweet, you could tell he cared. He gave me options unlike two other places I went to in NB. I ending up paying $164 for treatment and my puppy is happy and health again. I am making this place her primary veterinary clinic now.

I love this place. The employees are kind and very knowledgeable. I will keep using them in the future!
