This place has lots of unique products for pets. Made shopping for neighbor's pets convenient at Christmas. What I found incredible was that many products, although well organized within the store, had no price associated with them. When I iniquired, told by one staff member, "just bring item to check-out station for priceing". Seriously, who shops that way?

Great store to get your pet food and other pet items. Also a good place to take your dog to give them a bath.

This specialty pet food and supply store is amazing. They carry many high end brands of food and treats for your pet. They have a great selection of nontoxic toys for your dog too! They also have dog bowls and stands plus many other items as well. The employees are extremely nice and helpful too!

Locally owned business that carries quality pet supplies. Staff are always courteous and helpful, and if they don't have a particular item as a regular stock item, they'll make an effort to get it for you. You'll only find quality pet food here, whether it's kibble, dehydrated, raw, etc.

I've been a customer here since my local pet store had to shut down 3 years ago. Great selection for new favorites and great rewards for bulk regular products. All the folks that work here are super friendly pet lovers!

Great place with knowledgeable staff! Huge selection of food, toys, and treats

This was my first time here. The experience was great! I've been to several self washes songs town and this place is by far the BEST! They have private bath rooms which is great because my dog is a howler during bath time. They supply everything you need, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, towels, well... everything! It's really really really clean. The whole dang store! The staff was super friendly too. We'll be returning for sure!!

We’ve been with Healthy Pet since they opened and we know caring for our pets would have so time consuming all of these years of we didn’t have Trevor and his team around! They have the items you need for sure BUT they have the knowledge to help save you time and money while not sacrificing what your pets need and love. Trevor, Jaime, Liz, and Ryan (and your team!) - you’ve helped us care for and raise (to stay with us or until they were adopted out to their forever homes) puppies, dogs, cats, kittens - including neonatal kittens, chickens, ducks, pigs, and a parrot. You all always!! go above and beyond and we are grateful to have you in our life!

Great spot to Bathe the dog...

I LOVE the self service baths here. I did have a weird interaction with a cashier cashing me out improperly and not giving me a receipt until I asked for it. They charged me $20 over. The receipt completely did not match what I had purchased. They charged me for 6 baths instead of 2 baths and a couple of bones. I went back and they fixed it but left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great store and product selection

The staff are all super knowledgeable; no matter how in depth I get as a crazy pet parent, they are there to help. The employees seem to stick around, so I imagine that they are treated well, and that's very important to me. The return policy is stellar and my picky cat appreciates that! The prices are comparable to the big box stores, sometimes even better. If you're looking for healthy options for your pet, the variety at Healthy Pet is excellent.

This place not only gets 5 stars they get Rockstar status. Knowledge and service was excellent. They have a lifelong customer now because of that Rockstar service. Keep rockin and keepin it local guys.

It was a clean and sanitary place, people were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Some products were a bit over priced. But overall not bad.

As a pet owner I can not express the importance of been around well-educated/passionate animal professionals. It's really important to feel welcomed in a company and to know that you will walk out knowing something that you did know before walking into the store. Alyssa one of the members of Healthy Pets in William Cannon, provided my pet and I with the best customer service we have ever witness. Converting Healthy Pets into our frequently shop store and most recommended. Alyssa gifted us with attention to detail, initiative to solve our concerns, flexible options, outstanding educated information, and most importantly with a warm welcoming smile. This is my go to for my doggo every two weeks for her food. She loves this place . I love this place! They are very nice and have awesome customer service, very friendly people, I wanted to give a very specific shout out to Alyssa though. They were out of my usual so she special ordered for me and is going to contact me when it's in. That made me feel very good to know she cares that much and it went and took that extra step step for me. So thank you for being so awesome :)

Colorful enchanting store featuring everything your dog, cat or chickens need to be healthy. Alyssa was very helpful and I have everything I need for my boy Apollo! Love visiting my local pet nutritionist store with an experience.

Staff is always friendly and they're quick to see when I'm ready to check out. Whenever I've had a question about an item, they've had an answer. I also appreciate that they help carry out to the car. I highly recommend! Tomlinson's is closer to me, but I always choose to drive over to Healthy Pet because of the staff and products available.

Cool place but unfortunately had sort of a dishonest moment that seemed a little "bait and switchy"

The employees were nice, fancy store, DIY pet wash is affordable and has private rooms, which is great in these COVID-19 times, cause we could take our masks off while we bathed the doggo. I was relieved because I didn't want to inadvertently waterboard myself while getting the pup clean.

Excellent choice of healthy products for our animals. The staff are very knowledgeable and always friendly. Customer service is always great. I've been a customer for 8 years. One of dogs has a problem with yeast. Thanks to Healthy Pet we are able to control the yeast through her diet. Our dogs are healthy and happy thanks to Trevor and his staff.
