Donia was a terrific help to me today. I had been unsuccessful in fitting my dogs with halters. I had looked in the big box stores but I was overwhelmed and could not always get assistance. Today I got the 5 Star Treatment. Donia looked and looked until she found the perfect ones for my little and medium sized dogs. They wore the halters out of the shop and I was so relieved to have this task off my list! Donia gave exceptional customer service. What a great experience! Do visit!

My dogs cant have toys or regular bones. They destroy them in minutes even indestructible toys or power chewer toys. They can only have cow femurs so I get them from Floppy Pets. The bones are flavorful but not brittle. They last forever and my dogs love when I get them. I was worried the store were going to go out of business with the pandemic but I was happy to find them still there. I like to support small and local businesses whenever I can so i much rather buy from them anyway. The workers are always nice too.

They have a lot of the healthier brands of dog food there and the staff are very friendly.

I find this store so helpful at times. My dog gets her nails trimmed and I get her treats and toys. They have a lot of natural dog food that my dog needs. They are also knowledgeable and courteous and an overall great place to have in our community.

They are very caring. Generous. Walked in a week ago looking for specific treats. The treats were there this week. Two very spoiled beagles and my older granddog on chemo.

Dont judge the book by its cover!! Although it doesnt look appeasing, this place is pretty awesome. They have a variety of pet food for a really good price! Friendly every time I have gone!! If you are looking to buy an animal, The only animals they had in there were gold fish and lizards.

Owner sold me a freezer he claimed worked and I had to throw out all the food I put in it. Went in there today to tell him and he claimed it worked and didn’t care. He knew it didn’t work and sold it to me for cheap just to get it out of his store. I now have to figure out how to get it out of my place. Been a long time customer who will take my business elsewhere!!!

This is a charming little store that sells an astonishing variety of dog and cat foods that are not carried by the big pet stores Petsmart, Petco. I found my dogs' Purevita here. And, the owner is willing to order what I need. Their prices are also competitive with Amazon prices. I'm encouraging people to visit and buy from here. Let's support this local business!

Great little local pet store, nice friendly & helpful staff. They use to have wet cat food by the case, now it appears to be only individual servings.

Excellent local pet store with a very nice selection of food, treats, toys, and other pet items. Friendly staff. Excellent grooming (pre-corona virus). I highly recommend this store to all Clear Lake Area pet owners.

Called today..... the person speaking on the phone hung up two times.. seriously I wanted my dog to be groomed but the woman I spoke to kept hanging up on me... I will gladly spend my money at a real groomer. Seriously, this company is unprofessional. Please spend your money anywhere else but there.

Today i visit this place i was looking for cookies for birthday but they didn't have any. Before they have plenty of them. They have a variety of snacks but expensive too. Something that i like of this place is that you find like green beans snack, couliflower and sweet potatoe chips.

Unfortunately I've had to change previous 5 star review to 2 stars. The people here are really nice but the last 5 times I've been there they don't have my dogs food available in mini size bits. Now I can't rely on them having my dog food. I'm now currently using Chewy from now on. Sorry guys.

This a place where I always try to stop and get my pet supplies. When I'm around the area I stop buy and get my dog treats. My pets love the hog ears!!! Great friendly service and always wanting to help!
