We have come here twice and both times have been fantastic. The facility is very clean and organized, the inside is spacious so animals don't have to be right next to another. If your animal isn't ok with others, you can call and sit in your car. Everyone is very friendly and will answer any questions you have. I highly recommend this place.

I found a stray dog that was in rough shape matted, full of ticks and fleas and had some trauma to his hind legs. I took him here to see if he had a chip. They were very attentive and helpful and tried to find a resuce group for me to contact because I could not keep the dog. Long story short, one of the vet techs actually wanted to keep the dog! If I have a pet in the future I would definately use them because they truely cared about this lonely pup and showed real compassion and love.

I brought in our dog without an appointment. Everything was taken care of within about 20 minutes.

We brought our American Bulldog for a severe skin issue that he'd had for months. Another veterinarian didn't help after 2 visits and almost $600. The other vet just kept wanting us to bring him back. More money, more tests and more money. I tried to help him at home but he wasn't getting better. Finally brought our poor baby to Deer Park Animal Hospital. Thank goodness. He's been on the medicine prescribed for just under a week, changed his diet per the Drs advice and we are already seeing a difference for the better. I will continue to bring our BIG Boy here. Absolutely love this place.

Friendly staff and excellent, caring, knowledgeable Drs. They also have top notch boarding facilities. My dogs always get excited to go stay and greet the staff.

Don't go near closing time as they don't like staying past to help even long time customers who are in obvious distress

They have been the most caring, helpful and supportive group of individuals I have ever met. I was lost after my dog was diagnosed with diabetes and I came to them lost and not knowing what to do and 2 months later she is doing so much better. Best thing I ever did.

The girls that took care of our "Cookie Monster" were amazing! So kind, patient and helpful to me and my little "monster", lol. Dr. Gras is the best. We just love everyone there so much! Y'all have taken great care of many of our animals. Always so professional and kind. Keep up the great work and thank you so much for looking after all of my furr babies!!!

UPDATE: if a place requires for a pet to have a certain vaccine during their stay, at what point is it useful to vaccinate the pet as they are departing? We were told he received the shot the day prior and was doing fine. That is not honest practice as they are claiming. At the time of being picked up they should have not even administered it after telling us the day before it was done. My parents left their dog cowboy moe for boarding for one night. They were told an influenza shot was needed and they agreed to allow the vet give him the shot during the stay. My mom called to check on him later that day and was told they administered the shot. When they came to pick him up it was taking a while so the staff went to go look into it and they were barely giving him the shot. They are crooks and are not honest about their practice. We will let everyone know about our experience and will never trust them with our pets again. The staff also was not professional, think twice before you board your pets here!

UPDATE## I did not receive a call from anyone from your office as stated in your response....I understand there can be complications with vaccinations, my issue mostly was that not only was her nail cut too low even though you can clearly see the Wik through her nails, but that she was not going to tell me that this happened at all. she stated that she did good with the nail clipping....that to me is withholding information I should have been informed about. It may not be a big deal to your staff, but I dont have children, and maybe i love my dogs a little too much....If this was at a pediatricians office i am certain this information would have been relayed to the parent no matter how insignificant it may seem. Only two times I brought my dog here, first, horrible reaction to her rabies shot and had to get IV fluids and returned three times that day, I understand it happens, but they kept sending me home and she wasn't better!! She needed more fluids to flush it out and benadryl to help with the reaction symptoms...second visit was a simple nail trim!!! Simple nail trim and she has see through nails...they cut the wik!! Really? At a vets office???? Literally can see through her nails!!! AND, they weren't even going to tell me they cut the wik...she came out and the girl said...she did good. I asked was that her that yelped? She said oh yeah we cut to low on her back nail, but we sealed it to stop the bleeding....im sorry but they should have told me as soon as they brought her out...I kind of like honest vet clinics!!!! And this is not one of them!!!

Very nice place, very nice staff but every time I go there I feel like I'm going to a used car dealer or repair shop. Always trying to up sell me with a test or procedure that we dont need. The phsical exam that took alll of 3 minutes cost more than the medicine prescribed. I dont know if I can trust them anymore.

I have never seen a dr that cared so much for animals (except on the tv shows) but Dr. Howard and everyone there are Angels in disguise if you ever need help for your pet this place is where you should go!!!!! 10000%.

The day before I went I took my dog to another animal clinic. Found out she needed surgery to save her life everywhere was booked so I called Deer park animal hospital even though it was last minute they told me to bring her in. While there found out her kidneys was failing and it was nothing they could do. They where so helpful and understanding while we grieved for our beloved pet. Will be bringing our other pets here and would recommend them to anyone

I never took my pet here for regular vet visits but when he passed away suddenly they were open on Sunday and were able to help me with his cremation. They were so nice and gentle to my feelings and when I picked him up I never expected such beautiful details they included. The urn that is included is so adorable and the sympathy cards and letter I received were just beautiful, they even included an imprint of his paw on the letter. I loved the service and care they showed me and my fur baby, if you're looking for a vet clinic I can't speak for the vet but the employees from there are very nice.

I’ve been going to deer park animal hospital for YEARS. Their old place was nice but their new location is beautiful! They deserved the new place! Very nice, CLEAN, spacious! When you walk in you smell nothing! VERY clean! They even have this vacuum thing on the wall! Very cool. Staffing is always professional and nice. And they FEEL for you when you lose a dear pet. They really helped me out with old Louie… I brought him in one day for an issue he was having but unfortunately he didn’t make it during the night. They fully refunded me for the medications and offered me cremation services I had no idea existed! They talked me through the whole process and even sent remembrance gift the following 2 years. How kind! The amount of help and care towards me and my pets were just phenomenal! They have grooming and boarding services, too! I’ve tried the boarding and it’s pay for the night! Pricing is decent too! You don’t have to worry about your pet stuck in a metal cage… no, your pet gets it’s own room! You can see the pictures on the site. And personally… I’d rather have my pets board at the same place they get their Vet treatment! This way if anything happens they’ll be cared for right away! To this day I continued being my pets here. I have not experienced any bad service or pressure at all in all these years. Always respectful and kind! Highly recommend!
