Service is Mediocre and the information they offer is not always correct.. Prices are extremely high compared to other clinic's..

Requested an estimate for the cost of visit, testing and possible antibiotics for a hypothetical UTI. I was given attitude and a disgraceful apology for being denied this consumer request.

Love the staff very friendly and didn’t wait too long to be seen but it’s kinda pricey

Even though our dog ( a chihuahua) named "Mickie" still has to have further treatment to include surgery this place saved his life and me and my fiance are very grateful for the veterinarian and staff that has helped us throughout this rough time.

I've gone to other vets and I'll just go ahead and stick to this place. I know no where is perfect, but Dr. Palmer and her staff do the best they can being an affordable pet clinic and having a large amount of clients.

Had a wonderful experience, I was so scared that my cat had leukemia and that they weren’t going to take care of him the right way but Luciana made this whole appointment as calming as it can be. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been coming here for years, unsure why the two receptionists were in a bad mood when I arrived for my appointment but it definitely gave off a very unwelcoming vibe I had to talk to them to pay but if I didn’t I wouldn’t have. The tech and vet were friendly though.

I have three elderly dogs and recently brought them to be treated. My dog Beto had diarrhea and they fixed it right up. Later when my 16 year old dog Zoe began to decline, I brought her in. After an exam we were told that she was experiencing heart failure. Unfortunately, that day we had to make the decision to euthanize her. The staff was so kind and considerate and were very helpful through the process of making the decision until the end. They gave us time to grieve and were very respectful. I could tell that they really felt sympathy for our pup during her final moments. I am forever appreciative of their kindness and I am sure that Zoe was as well.

Front desk are nice and helpful but sometimes be rude and inconsiderate .... Prices can be high for some people like me.... Just so you have an idea is minimum $130 for annual check plus vaccinations.

I don’t feel that they actually care for the animals here. It is just a job to them. Find a Vet that actually cares about the wellbeing of your animal.

My cat got worse after her visit. Tried to take her back three days later, but missed the last visit by 15 minutes. She died couple of hours later. All due to an eye infection.

My dog had surgery here. We had a very nice Vetenarian.

I wish I could give less than one star, My sister brought her cat to get spayed a month ago, the cat was healthy but apparently during the surgery they forgot to check the oxygen valve and left it closed therefore the cat died without any oxygen, they literally killed her. . I can't even imagine what she felt while dying trying to breath. Dr. Kristina Leon was performing the surgery.

Ive been using this vet for 4 years and its become a joke. I help stray cats always have. I requested a bottle of antibiotics online with approval from vet and it was declined. The reasoning was I needed to bring in the cat. Its a feral cat I cannot catch. This is a joke you can't even talk to the vet anymore. There's also my senior cat that failed to mention was in kidney failure. Its just not worth your time to go here. Find a vet that cares.

they are so nice.. I've been coming here for years... one of the longest running clinics in the area

The vet gave a false negative test on my cat's fungus infection, and I got extremely infected as a result. Once I finally got suspicious and started googling, I learned it is not hard to spot big signs of ringworm (patches of bald skin, of which my cat had many). The vet didn't even warn us that this was possible. I exposed children and other animals to my infected cat.

Brought our cat here and they were able to give a quick diagnosis and good care. The staff were sweet and understanding. Will be bringing our pets back and I would recommend this vet to anyone.

We've been taking our dog to this clinic for 10 years. For the most part we've been satisfied with the care he's received. SOME of the girls who work at the counter is an entirely different story. I've encountered rudeness one too many times. They've just lost our business. Also, too often you can't get thru. They either don't answer the phones or they put you on hold after you ask them not to and you get disconnected. They said they have phone problems. If that's the case they've been having phone problems for years. They REALLY need to evaluate their staff and seriously replace some of them. The front desk anyway. Everyone who works in the back of the clinic we've never had a problem with. So because of the rudeness of one of their front desk girls and I stated the truth about that girl, the clinic refuses to see my dog again and he's very sick. SUCH CLASS THAT CLINIC HAS. NOT!!!!!!!

The staff was very professional and they helped me out when I had to take my two dogs and I loved how they were very cautious due to covid. And how everything was organized for the appointment.
