Stinky Dawg San Marcos, Texas

This was our first time here with our babies. Our experience was wonderful. Our babies were calm and happy when we picked them up. The owner and groomers took care of them and talked with us before we left them for their spa day. If you have pets that need groomed this is the place. You can even bring your pet and bathe them yourself and the staff will help if needed. So happy we picked Stinky Dawg to take care of our pups. Thank you for being so kind

I only go here to get my dog groomed. Very sweet people, decent prices, cool shop. They always have my furbaby, Rocky, looking good. Also, their doggie cookies is cheap and must be delicious because, Rocky loves them!

Great place for getting your fur baby to have a spa day. Very affordable and the staff are super friendly and they all love the dogs that come through!!!

I truly adore this place! My dog is very anxious and doesn’t do too well with other dogs/people, but he really loves it here! I schedule a wash about every 2 weeks, and the staff are wonderful people who take very very good care of my dog! They also make great custom cakes/cupcakes for your pet:)

I encountered Stinky Dawg at the Pet Fest. With three dogs, I am always interested in finding new pet vendors and these people were friendly so I took my Great Pyrenees in for a bath. They did a great job but they charged over double what they quoted, basically holding my dog hostage for a LOT more money that I was not prepared for. I think they either should have quoted accurately, called with an adjustment or charged me as quoted. Oh well. Integrity is hard to find these days.

I take my dogs for nail trims. I wouldn't take them anywhere else!

I had the BEST experience with this shop. I initially had an appointment set for 1 o’clock, but got into a fender bender on the way there. I gave them a call, and they agreed to wait until 1:30 to start his grooming. That said, I really appreciated their flexibility and patience. All the employees were incredibly kind, and my little Scruffy was calm the entire time (which says a lot, he can be pretty neurotic) and he looks SO CUTE in his cut. Definitely recommend!

Everyone is friendly and assisted me with getting my dog Dulce her nails trimmed/grinded. I will definitely go there again & would recommend them for all their services. There prices are reasonable.

Best Groomers in Central Texas. We had taken our Shih tzu to get groomed two times at other groomers and were told he would not allow them to groom. We decided to give Stinky Dawg a chance and we was the best decision we have made. The workers are very nice and treated our pup as one of their own. We definitely have found where to take our pup from now on. This is a 5 star establishment! If I could give more stars I would.

The owner and staff at Stinky Dawg are A-MAZE-ING! If you haven't yet had the privilege to use the self serve or grooming services you are missing out. I have a 135lb doggie that they just make look like a king ????!

The best ever service and at a great price.

I came in to wash my boy by myself. He has a lot of anxiety around bathing, but this shop really made it easy. They have ramps for them to get into the bath, mats so no one slips, and tall walls to prevent jumping out. The equipment is high quality, and they have several different brushes and combs to use in and after the bath. They even have a rewards system for frequent customers! The location is perfect. After my boy's bath, we walked to the square for a doggy date. I'm very happy with Stinky Dawg and I will definitely come back and recommend it to all of my friends.

Very friendly staff, great job with all my 3 dogs. I was worried when I first took them because my older dog had been with the same groomer for almost 10yrs, but, they did a wonderful job at making him comfortable.

Options...do it yourself or make an appointment. I was accommodated quickly and all the dogs were happy (for the most part) and friendly.

Took my minnie daschund "otto" there literally just now for a wash. I paid and when he was brought out, he still smelled just like he did before and also still had dirty paws. But... . He smelled like some kind of lotion or something that was rubbed/sprayed on his fur, and only on his neck. Dirty paws, dirty butt not cleaned at all. Dont waste your time and money folks.
