just got a nail trim here, my dog didn’t even have time to register what was going on. they sat me down, had me hold my dog, and they clipped his nails in lightning speed. worth $10 since i can’t do it myself cuz he runs away.

Awesome place. Very nice family owned business who deeply care for their customers and their pets. I have been taking my dogs, some times weekly, to this wonderful business since 2015 and have always had a great outcome. My two long haired dogs' coats are so soft and fluffy after their service and they are not easy to work on. I often get compliments on the beauty and care of my dogs thanks to them.

did everything i asked to be done with my dog in a fraction of the time of my previous groomer

The groomer we had been going to for 30 years retired last year and I was so nervous about taking my baby anywhere else. So nervous, in fact, that I used our cat clippers to give her a haircut, with very uneven results. After mentioning to friends that we were looking for a new groomer, two of them said they loved The Dog Washer and highly recommended them. I called yesterday and got an appointment for today! They were so nice and reassuring and told me she was in good hands. I couldn't believe how quickly she was done and the job they did was just beautiful! She is definitely more comfortable now. We will be going here from now on!

My husky is and has always been the healthiest boy, we have never had any issues with his health. Ever since he went to the Dog Washer, he has had an earache which leads me to believe that the 'washer' was not careful enough to keep water out of his ear or ears. If you own a dog, especially bigger breeds like shepherds or Huskys then you are well aware that they have very sensitive ears and you are never supposed to pour water over them, it's pretty common sense stuff. We have always washed his face and ears at home with a damp cloth and soap. Now I have to take my boy to the vet to get him on medication bc it's been a few days and he is not getting any better. The ladies who worked there were not happy or eager to meet me and my dog upon arrival and that should have been my Q to walk away and go elsewhere but all the nice reviews I read made me feel a sense of security. First impressions are everything and I should have trusted my intuition, but I learned and it won't happen again. Make sure if you go here that you tell them not to let water get in your dog's ears bc they don't seem to care about this detail, otherwise your pup will be up late at night, pacing your home in pain for days after his wash or until he is treated!

Doggy washer charges 20 dollars for missing appointment. One will think, they call to confirm if they are charging right? Wrong. I spoke to Deb and she said she called me and I didn't answer. Tell me why I have no miss calls? One thing is missing an appointment, another, is being a liar. That, does not sit right with me. No integrity. Plus, when making the appointment, it was never mentioned there will be a fee for missing it. I understand entirely. It's all about integrity not the hustle. And on the windows of the facility, it still promotes walkins welcome.

This was my first time taking my fur baby to The Dog Washer. We recently moved to TX from GA and I was nervous about trying a new groomer but they did a phenomenal job on my baby. I will definitely be back again

Excellent service and well priced. I have a medium and large dog and they’ve never had a problem with them. My large dog has gotten hurt at other groomers because she can develop anxiety but she loves it here! My German Shepard mix has the worst shedding problems but when he comes here I don’t see hair fall off for weeks. They really take the time to make sure they get it all off.

I have taken my shih tzu to many places and this has far been reasonable pricing and great haircuts for them

Received a quote over the phone after I explained to the lady the exact size of my dog which is a standard poodle puppy that weighs 35lbs. And I told the lady that and she gave me a range of how much it would cost me with any cut of my choice. So When I got there and she took my dog to the back and I stepped around to say by to my dog the lady upped the price on me because she said the dog is bigger and the cut that I wanted was a lot of work after she told me that it would just be a trim in the first place! Lol So I asked how big is a 35lb dog? She said the size of a pit bull lol I’m like this is crazy!!! A 35lbs dog is a 35lb dog regardless of the breed! So I will not be going to this place again and no one that I know either! If you want to be mislead then this is the place for you! It would have been better if they would have been honest like the other groomers that I called before them!! And for what the quote that they gave over the phone vs what they upped the charge to wasn’t the smartest way to run a business and turn away a first time new customer!! This is a negative attitude for business!!!

The staff was great, very attentive. Brittany made sure I was comfortable and my doggos were well taken care of.

They did a great job with our dog Lady. Fast and friendly. Prices were good too. Kinda in a difficult parking area to get on and out of.

Terrible customer service and the worst haircut my dog has ever had. Luckily the hair will grow back but when I picked him up he was whining and visibly distressed, which is very abnormal for him. I hate to think how he was treated there when I couldn’t see him.

This is the best place ever! My Abby is usually very nervous at the groomers but she actually loves it here. They do an amazing job on her, she's not caged up all day she's done within a couple hours and they are very reasonable. I will never go anywhere else,you gotta experience this place for yourself.
