I absolutely love Dr. Martin. The techs at Springtown are awesome, too. Everyone always treat my animals with such care.

Springtown was so helpful with helping me get my two dogs to Spain! They are very easy to chat with and quick to respond. The staff is very friendly great with pets, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't have been able to take my dogs on my trip without them!

They were such a huge help when I was getting treatment for my puppy and it was such a hard time and they made me feel secured and that my puppy dog was in good hands. The staff really do this out of love when caring for your pet and that is something very hard to come by I highly recommend!

We have been taking our pets to Springtown for over a decade. Everyone there is kind and professional. We trust our pets with the doctors and techs.

Dr. Lambert and Omar helped me and my doggie Lola with so much care and attention. They listened to my concerns empathetically and were both very very kind and professional. This was an emergency appointment and they were able to see Lola within an hour of scheduling. Reasonable prices and Omar was awesome in building an affordable care plan and working with my budget as a student. THANK YOU AGAIN

My dog was serioulsy injured by another dog and the doctors at Springtown saved her. They made time to help her immediatley and were very kind to me in such a stressful situation. I am very grateful to the doctors at Springtown for saving my dogs life. I would highly recommend Springtown Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for a vet in the San Marcos area!

Great Customer service & they really cared about my pets needs

Very impressed with this Vet clinic. We were referred to this "Sister Vet" to my regular vet of Tickle Blagg because my vet had a shortage in employees due to COVID-19. We were worked into their schedule and when we showed up, they took us back with-in 3 minutes, super quick. The vet doctor Dr. Lambert was super sweet along with both vet technicians. They showed compassion to me and my puppy who was not feeling well. I was very impressed when they called the next day to check up on Wilson. We will definitely use this vet again and have them as our back up to our regular vet. I highly recommend them!

They worked to get my cat in the same day, I heard from Doctor both during his stay and even followed up afterward. Doctor was very concerned with my cat’s well-being after he got home. Excellent care.

Going to the vet with my cat is always a stressful experience for all parties involved, but the fantastic staff at Springtown make our visits so much easier. The vets/techs are patient and understanding in addition to being knowledgeable and skilled. They always provide great information for me to follow up with, which makes me feel more confident in assessing my cat’s general wellbeing at home, and always follow up with us after our visits. We are SO grateful to the staff at Springtown for keeping our kitties happy and healthy!

They did a very good job treating peter pan and worked with me financially on getting the help my dog needed

The care of my dog was excellent. A young woman bringing her Golden in was having obvious problems because the dog did not want to go in. I tried to help but she eventually had to carry the dog in. I was surprised the employees in the lobby did not try to help. Would have been a 5, otherwise.

The employees here are amazing at their job. I will be recommending this place to all my friends with pets!

Today was our first ever appt and I am beyond impressed and happy with our experience. Front desk was awesome! I really like the format that is setup to receive paperwork/check out and medication instructions. Dr. Lambert was amazing she went above and beyond with the exam and treatment plan for my dog! Took lots of time at pick up to go over everything and emailed detailed medication instructions as well. We are so happy to be new clients at Springtown!

Have been using these folks to care for my pets for years. They are the best!

We just had our first visit with Dr. Martin and Omar. I’m so impressed with the efficiency of our experience. We were in and out in under an hour with all questions answered and feeling confident about the plan to help our pup. We have a pit mix who is usually very anxious around people but she loved Omar and Dr. Martin so much that she cried when they left the exam room. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming despite the fact that they had to fit us in due to an emergency with our cat. Will definitely be coming back.

I don't remember the names of the co workers exactly, but everyone there was great the doctor was really nice and respectful on the phone it was a really good experience with them in general. I will definitely continue going to this location.

We love Dr. Martin and wouldn't take our babies anywhere else! Dr. Martin has gone above and beyond in treating our lab, Archer. She has been informative, compassionate, and empathetic through his diagnosis with and treatment of Mast Cell tumors. And she did not stop researching until she had an answer for his very rare condition unrelated to the tumors. We are so thankful for the entire Springtown team!

Over the last 3 years we’ve been coming here for our regular needs. Over the last 48 hours those needs escalated as this team completed what is sure to be the hardest job they do. They made the understanding and loss of our beloved pet bearable. We were respected. We felt understood. They treated us like we were family. So happy to continue our journey with our remaining brood with them. Fair, family and friendly ❤️

This is the only "Vet" I'd recommend. I'm sure others are cool too. There's something about the experience here that won't make you ever think of Googling: vet again. All staff there are genuinely caring, wholesome people. Iv made last minute appointments, yet im always greeted with a smile. The whole facility is spotlessly clean. Oh, and Ameena here wants to thank yall for saving her life.

What an amazing experience; Dr. Martin and Veronica were nothing less than exceptional. Being new in the area, we had a minor emergency and after calling around getting stiff armed left and right, with zero compassion, I stumbled upon Springtown and from start to finish, everything was excellent. From the caring receptionist, the compassion for the treatment of not only my dog but for myself, the whole experience was a bright spot in a dark time. Thank you to the staff of Springtown Vet Hospital. Your kindness and compassion are a bright spot in our ever cranky world. Keep shining bright! Took my cat to be seen because she has a tummy issue and I needed her claw caps removed. They make you pay $65 before even going in, not knowing how the service will go. They checked my cat, and they said it was just hairballs, gives me nothing for it or recomend food or a diet for her. Then I set up an appointment to get her caps removed, asked for the estimate. They hit me with a $200+ (minus the $65 I had already paid) receipt for the visit because they include a tick and parasite drops (6 months supply) don't ask me if I want it, added something else with it. I told them I was not interested and to please take it off my bill, but the I could consider it for next time. I ask for the estimate for the cap removal ( with sedation) and some info for the flea and parasite drops to read. Never received either one. Called to ask for the estimate.. told me they would send it...never did! Then I get a confirmation text of the appt for the removal of the claw caps, really? Without even knowing if I can afford it or not? I was not happy, nor satisfy with the attention, the care for my pet or consideration of people's budget and time. Would not recomend it.
