I went to the grooming salon for my puppy to get his nails cut. The groomers got all but two nails clipped and didn't finish their package they offered. They hurt my puppy and still charged me full price then advised me to put my puppy in training. I will never be going back. So if you want to be charged for a place that hurt your animal this is the place to go if not look for another groomer.

I Asked for the the cheapest costs for a pet in petsmart and they automatically denied transaction. Don’t come here if you want to know the cheapest pet cost.

Got my pug puppy Gidget a bath and brush today for the first time. I believe Terra is the sweet lady that took care of her. She took great care of her and even carried Gidget around like a baby comforting her. I'm very impressed and couldn't be more happy. Thank you for helping my sweet baby girl be a little more at ease with your caring attitude and demeanor. It means alot. My Gidget looks great, smells great, and is so soft. She will be back soon for her next appointment.

Good ole Petsmart! I swear half of our income gets spent in that store. The store was clean, orderly and the staff was friendly and kind. Good job and thanks for all you do for animals!

I've had trouble with this store several times. I usually put up with it but today I got fed up. Understaffed, rude, hassle with returns, lines half way to the back of the store without any help on the way. Today I was told "no one can help you, I have to stay at the register and the other person is in the restroom" . Twenty minutes later I found another mysterious employee moping around who also had an attitude when I asked for some help. If you have another choice of any kind go somewhere else.

James the manager was completely rude to me today. I waited patiently at the counter to ask for help with crickets and had to wave him down. When I finally got his attention, he told me to wait. I said okay, I don’t mind and waited and waited. Then, Lisa, who is super awesome, came and asked me if I needed help and helped me immediately (which she didn’t have to do as they were a little busy). James was serving another customer for crickets. I told him I didn’t appreciate being left at the front of the store waiting and he retorted “I told you I would be over here.” No, you told me to wait. I said I didn’t appreciate his attitude and he walked away and very clearly said something under his breath about me. I don’t expect y’all to be chipper and preppy, and I know times are hard right now, but I don’t need to spoken to that way. Lisa is the only reason this review is not one star.

12/3/21 This has been my favorite PetSmart. Always fast service in & out. Tried the pet grooming and it did not disappoint. Destry got it right, made our Oscar look very handsome. I’ll be coming back.

Consistently poor customer service. Whether it’s waiting in line for slow register service or calling repeatedly to contact curbside to deliver, but no answer. Store needs either better process of handling number of customers or needs more employees overall. Better to drive 15 min up interstate to go to a different location.

Constantly understaffed, but the staff that's there is amazing and deserves a raise. Checkout lines are regularly all the way to the back of the store, and their few employees are spread too thin.
