They did a great job with my cat! I was worried to bring her in because I knew she had some matting and a lot of anxiety so I know that she would be a lot of work. We brought her in with a really vague description of what we needed- mostly just the matting gone and a good bath. About five hours later we picked her up and she looks great. I can tell she feels a lot better too. It was a really reasonable price for the amount of work they needed to do and how difficult I’m sure she was. We had great interactions with everyone we met there and are really pleased with our cats haircut❤️ We’ll definitely be back

My dog loves beyond Grooming! I had a hard time finding a groomer that he wasn’t scared of and I finally found the one! They do such an amazing and consistent job! They love my dog just as much as he loves them! Definitely recommend trying them out.

I use Beyond Grooming for nail cuts and trims for my boy and we love them! Super easy drive-up service. Always fast and efficient. Love the location.

We love this place. When I say we I mean me, my husband, AND my dogs. They always get so excited when they see where we are. Beyond Grooming does and excellent job and my babies come out happy. I love the ease of the pull up/drop off service. Staff is super friendly.

Fluff alert!!! Their price is the best in town and staffs are always super friendly. I dropped Bruce off for a full service but didnt expect to take a few hours ( silly me ???? ) because I just got off work and would be sleeping for the next 8,9 hours I wouldnt be able to make it in time to pick him up. So I asked if I can change his service and they were super flexible and got him done super quick! Always my go to groomer ! Highly recommend them.

Out of the 8 years Ive had my dogs, this is the best cut he's ever had!!!! and this was my FIRST time here!

I love this place have been bringing both of our dogs for awhile now!! Have never ever had any issues with them! Their work is awesome!! Both dogs come back happy and excited unlike other places we have taken them which at those places they smelled like a wet dog and not clean! We have been very pleased with them and will continue to bring them here for as long as we live close by! Their hours are very convenient as well! Thank you for the wonderful service you have provided for us with our pets grooming ????????♥️????

BEWARE!! Please do not take your babies here!! We took our toy poodle Lilly for grooming and Michelle the owner cut her tail while grooming her. It was a huge gash and Lilly had to be seen by a veterinarian. Michelle insisted we should not take Lilly to the Vet because they were very expensive and San Marcos had no good Veterinarians. She insisted that she would essentially play doctor on Lilly and Of course we rejected her offer and took her to a vet. Lilly is the most docile, calm and obedient toy poodle and she is used to being groomed. Michele minimized the situation and kept saying she had cut her tail Real good. How could this happen with a groomer that claims to have so much experience. Because the negligence of Michelle our poor sweet Lilly has to have her tail amputated. This has been such a horrible and traumatizing experience for Lilly. Please please be careful and do not take your pets here. Michele is responsible. Do not believe ALL the good reviews, we did and look how Lilly ended up, with a amputated tail. Michelle makes ridiculous excuses!! DO NOT DIVERT THE BLAME ON US BECUASE YOU CLAIM WE DID NOT WRAP IT CORRECTLY!! THIS IS THE RESULT OF YOUR NEGLIGENCE AND CARELESSNESS!!! Michelle, you should take responsibility for your actions and pay for Lilly’s Vet bills. All you have done is put all the blame on us. Lilly had her tail amputated because of YOUR actions!! Your response to the reviews are very insensitive when you claim to Be such a caring person.

I LOVE this place! Everyone is so friendly, and the groomers are the best I have ever experienced . They handle my cats so well, and do an absolutely amazing job. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. I am a customer for life!

Great place for your grooming needs

I took my Australian Shepherd and my Pitbull puppy here and they did amazing!!!! My Aussie looks gorgeous and her hair is so soft. She’s usually not a fan of groomers but they made her feel so comfortable. The haircut looks great! This was my pit bull puppies first grooming appointment and she came back so happy and they both had a great experience. We will definitely be back

Do NOT take your pets here if you care for their health! They cut my friend’s dog’s tail to the point where the vet had to amputate her tail!

BEWARE groomer is not very sympathetic and does not have good customer service. My friend had a very bad experience with this business owner. Groomer has students that she is barely training to do the grooming and while grooming my friend's family pet they cut her tail and she needed the care of a veterinarian then ultimately needed her tail removed because of an infection. Business owner does not want to make herself responsible and pay for damages. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY PET TO THIS PLACE SHE IS NOT SYMPATHETIC OR DOES SHE HAVE ANY EMPATHY TOWARDS PETS OR THEIR OWNERS.

Do not come here !! My friend’s poor dog had to have her tail amputated after the groomer cut her tail, and specifically told them she did not need to be taken to the vet.

How do you cut a dogs tail to the point their tail has to be amputated? Not only that, but they didn’t want the owners dog to be seen by a vet? That is so unprofessional. My friend took her calm and innocent dog Lilly to get groomed and trusted these people with her precious baby and instead they received a traumatized puppy with her tail cut. Do better. Now poor Lilly is TRAUMATIZED and had her tail amputated all because she didn’t receive the proper care and attention she deserved.

My friend brought her dog in for a quick grooming and the girl sliced her tail open so deep she needed to get the entire tail amputated. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR YOUR ANIMALS SAFTEY!

This business did a horrible job to my friend's pet (Lilly). The owner cut off her tail and now poor Lilly and her family are suffering. This business should not be open. It seems they don't care about the pets. Michelle is accountable for all that has happened, stop blaming Lilly' s parents. Poor Lilly, she is sad. People should be more careful with this precious pets, they are our family. This should have NEVER happened.

Looking for a groomer but, OMG- too many horror stories. Scary, I’m going to keep searching for a groomer. It seems like injuries are made into no biggies, but losing a tail?! Sad! Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your poor experiences!

DON'T TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE.....Lilly's family is suffering a lot due to the bad practice of this place..Lilly is also traumatized and suffering .. for those of us who have dogs, we do not see them as such, but as babies.

Absolutely horrible service! My friends dog (very calm and gentle) came for grooming. They called her and said they cut a bit of her tail and that it was no big deal they’re treating it right now. Long story short my friends dog’s tail is now amputated because of their careless workers. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!

I love taking my lizzy dog to this place for her nails they clip and buff for an affordable price and they are very fast. I always leave happy.

Spent an entire morning driving to every major pet store and department store in town. Then I called Beyond grooming on a whim, and in 10 minutes I was headed home with does supplies I needed for less than $2. Can't wait to go back and give them my actual business.

Took both my girl dogs in for pedicures. That's a walk-in appointment. I did call in advance. As soon as we arrived, a staff person came to the car & greeted us, got our details, & took each dog in for service. Both my girls walk more easily now and don't slip & slide in the kitchen ;-)

I went there expecting they wouldn’t hurt my little fur baby and accidentally make him bleed by trimming his nails. I gotta say I’m very impressed and I will definitely going back.
