Country Cottage Pet Resort New Braunfels, Texas

We have boarded our animals a couple of times here. Our Aussie is VERY clingy and the first time we took him, we had to help walk him to the back.....the second time he went without a problem and didn't even look back. That speaks VOLUMES about the care my animals receive there, they feel completely at home. The workers love the animals, and it is evident in everything they do. Keep up the amazing job, I know we will be seeing you soon!!!

Have taken my large German Shepherd dog here for a couple years or more. The cute indoor cottages connects to large outdoor dog runs with pebble type rock flooring instead of cement flooring and makes it more comfortable for my dog who has arthritis. Staff is wonderful.

I’m about to take my Havanese and Bichon to Country Cottage for the third time. I hate to be away from them but I’m completely comfortable knowing that they are happy there! Great camp for pups and they are so nice to people too ♥️

The best sign that this is a great place is our dogs race for the door whenever they arrive for a stay! Safe and comfortable accommodations, and they always remember our dogs (labradoodle and an american bulldog) and their quirks. I have great peace of mind leaving the boys here…

There's no better home away from home for my big fur-baby than Country Cottage Pet Resort. He loves his stays with all his girlfriends paying attention to his every want. I am grateful to Brenna and her team for their kind and considerate care...they treat my dog as if he was their own.

Super staff and the kiddos come back happy and well cared for. It's a bit out of my way but worth the drive.

The staff was all so nice and made us feel comfortable leaving our "baby girl" in their care.

This was my dog's first time staying away from home. I was allowed to see the kennel she would be staying in. That set my mind at ease knowing she had room to move around. A very good experience.

My dog loved it. Do wish there was more flexibility with drop off and pick up times but otherwise no complaints.

CCP has, great staff, clean facilities, spacious pet living area, and decent pricing. I was able to check in on my pet and niece pet, they took and applied directions for feeding, pet behavior and socializing with other pets. They were not stressed when I picked them up and were in good health when I picked them up. Thank you CCP for your great care. We will be back!

We have been taking our Yorkie there for 5+ years. They always take great care of him giving us a guilt-free feeling when we drop him off. Thanks Country Cottage for caring for our baby just as we would!!

My dogs always RUN to the front door when we pull up at CC. Trust what your dog tells you. Mine absolutely LOVE this place.

I loved this place and I believe my dog Coffee did too! It is so cute and very home like environment, not a scary horrible kennel. Staff is friendly. We visited 3-years ago. We visited the area from North Carolina and my dog Coffee stayed here for about 2 days. Once I got him home he must have picked up a new habit from the other dogs here... after he did potty he started kicking his feet it was the cutest thing ever he has never done that before in 8 years! And now he still does it 3 years later!!!

The only place we take our puppies. They love going and playing with the staff. The staff are super friendly and always happy to see our oversized puppies. The drop off and pickup hours also help when away for long weekends or just a quick day trip.

The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and my pup is never stressed when her gets home.
