Dr Lopez was exceptional. She was so kind and right on the money with her treatment of our aging dog. We so appreciate her care. Great staff also.

Fire TV, 55 inch special great picture ,but sound quality poor will need a sound bar setup for this. Great price ???? $399.

I utilized their mobile clinic here in Houston earlier this month. They were in a rush packing up a little after I got there. I arrived around 10:30 or so. The first thing they do is try to convince you to buy more than what you really came for. Asking me about buying a years worth of heartworm prevention when I never mentioned it. I just wanted one rabies shot for my dog. However, they convinced me to get another vaccine as well (DHPPV). My mistake! Since, they were in such a rush to leave and packing up in front of the customers, they didn't charge me correctly. They should definitely go over the prices beforehand with us and have payment be processed beforehand in writing. Feeling a little uncomfortable, I go ahead and pay for the services and the lady at the laptop tells me that everything will be emailed to me. Afterwards, I look for the email and I only see a reciept attached. I figured that they forgot to include my Rabies certificate. So, I decide to call their San Antonio clinic. The person who attended my call asked for the rabies tag number and said they would verify what the problem was. A week later, I get an email not with the rabies certificate but with an updated reciept. There is a due balance of an extra $23.71!! I've called twice about this and the person on the phone sounds like she needs a new job. I'm sorry, but I doubt people will feel comfortable with the type of service this clinic is showing. I cannot get ahold of their supervisor to discuss the matter either. It is not like I did not pay on purpose. This is their error and frankly, I am not happy that they are not willing to release my rabies certificate either. Again, not my fault the mobile clinic service is very disorganized and unprofessional. Cannot vouch for the brick and mortar place but I cannot imagine the type of service they have in-person either.

They squeezed my cat in for a possible eye infection, although I wanted for an hour I. The car, I was grateful they could see him. Very clean location, the staff was so good with him and knowledgeable. The most important thing was the convenient location near me.

We brought our dog there for skin grow. The doctor Danielle William say it doesn’t look like cancer. Gave him antibiotics for 2 week . It’s doesn’t improve much so she gave him the stronger antibiotic Baytril 136 mg for week . Now our dog is dead. Our dog is really healthy and jumpy when he is there. Want to give 10 negative stars.

Second time we take a dog in for an examination and they aren't even close to ready 30 minutes after the appointment they set. Not going back can't stand that they don't care about wasting a paying customer's time.

I can't say enough great things about the Dr and staff here ! They are AWESOME ! Even though they were busy, they made room for my little guy and took GREAT care of him ???? Side note, I had a flat tire when I was there --- they even helped me get help for that too ! They are the best ! Much appreciated ????

please do not bring your cats to this clinic !! I paid almost a thousand dollars in this clinic to not receive an answer about what is happening with my cat. They charge you so much money to do xrays and blood tests and still their answer is that they do not know what is happening?? The doctors in this clinic are not specialists, they are just newbies. If your pet has an emergency, do not bring them to this place, they will not give you any solution. Also, when I called to complain, they told me that I didn’t spend that “much” on them because I had a balance. Can you believe that?? ???? The person who answered the phone kept telling me that I had a balance when I had already paid everything. She would not let me speak by saying “you have a balance" "you have a balance" "you have a balance" like a little girl fighting. Update: Finally, an educated person called me back to apologize and tell me that I had NO balance. However, they couldn't offer me any answer after having gone twice. If the second time I went, they had told me that they couldn't do anything, everything would have been different. I repeat, if the first time you go to this place, they do not give you an answer, do not go again because they will not solve anything.

Love this clinic! I have taken my dog to multiple vets for his allergies (they always want to do food trials and things that I know are not the problem), but this is the only place that has solved his problems!! He is finally back to his normal self. I also love that you can get low-cost preventatives either at the mobile clinic or the brick and mortar location. I especially appreciate all of the covid precautions that they are taking! It makes me feel so much more comfortable having everyone masked and I know that they are being responsible and care for their patients.

I checked Vanguard's online calendar and arrived at one of their listed mobile clinics (HEB @ 281 and 1604), but found nobody there despite showing up at 9:20 during their stated window of 9:00 - 11:00 AM. I stuck around for another 50 minutes to see if they were maybe running late- nothing. I even confirmed I was at the right location after seeing a poster at the front of the HEB advertising vaccinations on 11/14 9 - 11 AM in front of this store. Tried calling in, but no one operating the phones on Sundays despite operating mobile clinics on Sundays. Just trying to vaccinate a stray cat I recently adopted. Disappointing.

They are always so friendly and knowledgeable. They always answer all of my questions and help me out where they can. They are car side service right now but they handle my dogs excellently every time. They are great! Very affordable vaccine packages as well.

Tried to take my 13 year old dog that’s in excruciating pain. Was told at 10:45 that they close at 12:30 and couldn’t do anything for me.

After Covid hit they never reopened. For people to come inside. They make you wait for hours in your car because they book 10 people at the same time. They have hired incompetent vets. Only interested in money not your pet. My dog has been on apoquil for yrs we spend thousands of dollars there and her new vet won’t refill her apoquil without an appt. I will never be back so disappointing. Horrible service incredibly rude staff!

The service provided is good, but the appointments are not held. 2 times in a row we have been and both times we were not seen for more than 30 minutes after the appointment time. Instructions are clear, detailed estimates are given before actions are taken. In fairness to them, both appointments were after 3pm, so it could be that they get backed up in the afternoons, but beware you may be stuck waiting.

The Vet Doc is awesome! She was very kind and professional. I have two things to share: 1-I believe the Covid regulations are impeding good communication ( the masks, the staying outside etc)... Why? We were scheduled for a procedure but they added other procedures ( like spaying) we did not agree with ...thank God we caught this on time, they also gave our daughter a price the first day and the second it sky rocket double the price...miscommunication that never has happened before. The mask ( the muffle voices) the back and forth from the tech to us from the clinic to the car etc for a disease that has 99% survival rate and the target are the elderly and immunosuppressed ( not our pets) in a free State with no mandates is impeding good communication and even customer satisfaction. I will risk saying even pet safety. 2- Transparency is a must! Better communication and transparency are key for great customer service! We love Vanguard please correct these issues.

Took my little Emma to get her vacinations and heartworm meds. Very friendly staff, and they treated my baby girl with care. Great price and service was exceptional. Thank you Vanguard Veterinary for your mobil service.

Basic shots are cheap, but any actual care and treatment is quite expensive. I always feel like they are trying to upsell me.
