Absolutely LOVE Top Tails!!! Natalie and her staff are always accommodating and friendly, not only to you but to your furbaby as well! I have never had a problem with appointments, grooms or having trust in Top Tails to take care of my four legged babies when I drop them off. The service Top Tails gives is professional, welcoming and a delight. We will always take our babies to Top Tails!!

Staff is very nice, services are reasonably priced. Our dog is happy to visit.

I brought my dog here to have a spa day for her first birthday. The staff was so sweet, and they did an amazing job! Desdemona came out looking and smelling lovely, wearing a cute bandana (and in a great mood-- she obviously had a lot of fun here). Props for getting her painted nails so perfect! We will be back for sure!

A neighbor referred me to Top Tails which is right across the street from where we live, I love that they offer a monthly plan and can take my dog as many times as I want. Natalie is great, always just a message away when it comes to booking an appointment!

I liked this place until last week, a couple of days later after having my dog get his haircut, noticed he had a cut under his neck. I understand accidents happen, but the fact that I wasnt told, makes me not trust them anymore. I think they may have used him to train a new groomer, because the patch around the cut was pretty big. And there was a new guy there, that did not seem very professional, shoes untied and unkept attire.

We have a puppy, Mia and when we got her in May I researched for a local, friendly groomer who got the job done. We decided to give Top Tails a try as they are right in our neighborhood. Natalie, has been great from day one! Not only does she do a great job but is friendly, kind and sweet to our baby( which is so important to us) . She is prompt with answering questions and we have an easy time making appointments. We won't take our fur baby anywhere else !

The girls here did an amazing job with my 87 pound golden doodle. He came back with his hair looking extra shiny and we loved the cut! Bruno seemed happy when we picked him up. He can't wait to come back!

I came to the establishment because it was new and wanted to support a local groomer. I wish I had something nice to say but I’m at a loss. The employees were courteous but the quality of the hair cut was horrible. My dog literally had hair still coming off him when i took him to the parking lot. I asked them to trim his tail and they didn’t. It appeared like it was performed by someone who has never done this before. I would avoid bringing your pet here until they get better groomers.

So glad I found these girls! Bailey went to them at another location and that salon had closed down. My friend told me about the new salon and I was SO glad it was the same girls here! It seemed as if Bailey remembered them too! Laren and Natalie do such a great job with my lab! Thanks girls
