I had an emergency with my doctor i did'nt have much funds so i called and spoke to bri and she help me with my dog he had a slip nail from jumping on the private fence.Thank you Bri P.S Scotty feels better your awsome.

Great place to take your dog for daycare, boarding and grooming. Staff is nice and friendly and pricing is reasonable.

My Molly girl has gone to them for boarding & grooming. They are wonderful with her & usually do a great job grooming her even when she can be a little difficult.

I really like Puppy Power. Smaller scale groomer and more personal. I liked the price and quality of the work. Try them out.

We highly recommend Puppy Power to All pet owners. Bree is a Very Professional Groomer and Everyone working there is always so Polite and Attentive to your Needs. If you want the Best for your Fur Babies, this is the Place to do Business with.

We got three (3) dogs and they love it here. Ever since they opened for business, we bring them here regularly to groom and shampoo They really do a good job and treat them special.

I took my dog here because of the high ratings. When i picked my dog up everything seemed to be good. Well when i got home i found a 1 inch gash on his neck, that no one told me about. They reimbursed me for everything but basically said that no one knew that it had happened so thats why i wasn't told when i picked him up. First and last time there. If they didnt notice he was cut so badly then tha person shouldn't be left alone to groom pets and if they did know and didn't say anything then they sbould be fired.

Bree is amazing and always has a kind and professional attitude. My dog loves it when I take her there.

We boarded our boy for 3 nights and picked him up this morning. He seems happy, he looks healthy, he's just really tired. The paperwork said we had to pick him up by 11am so we rushed over and found out the paperwork was wrong, no biggie though.

They have always taken excellent care of my fur babies. And come through for all the different things that come up when you have fur babies! They are the best.

Our dog does well there for grooming and boarding. The staff follows all directions and let's us provide our own dogfood. It's a great place.

Absolutely appreciated the professionalism, the love, and the communication. If you are gonna to trust anyone with your pet this is the place. I had called around everywhere did my research on places and this one just stood out and when I called, Nicole was absolutely amazing to speak with. She definitely had me sold on the place, the service, and the people there. My dog Alaska was a first time customer and so I was worried about her reactions to the services, but Nicole was more than happy to work with me and break down what would happen and even made great recommendations! If I could give this place 10 stars I really would.

We've taken our dog's for 5yrs.(going back to their place on Old Seguin Rd.) to this grooming station and have NEVER been dissatisfied. No complaints, no issues!!

2/12/2021 I recently adopted a 3yr old Siberian husky who was a rescue and was being fostered, and took her to have her trimmed, bathed and groomed. At first i was uneasy leaving her since she didn't have a good experience with her previous owners. Being that they currently only have curbside service, Sandra and Denise didn't care to stand outside in this freezing weather and helped the intake process go smoothly, patiently answering all my questions and concerns i had, assuring me my baby was in good hands. But moreso they understood i wanted my baby to be treated the best way possible and avoid her anxiety kicking in. I am pleased they were very knowledgeable and informative on how best to manage and treat my husky's fur. Upon picking her up, i was informed she was amazing and kept at ease and calm the entire time she was there. I feel she felt their calmness and vibe and did not allow her anxiety to kick in. Allison did an amazing job with my baby. I am very pleased they were able to make me feel at ease and help make the process better than expected. Despite the majority of the services were left upon the groomers expertise, the price for all the service provided shocked me at how reasonable and affordable it was.I will recommend you taking your furbabies here as i plan on continuing to bring mine.

Puppy Power Dog Resort is the best!! 10/10 service and grooming skills for our dog, Timmy! We have been sending him to Puppy Power for a while now, and everytime he comes back so clean, with a soft coat! Everything offers such affordable price points as well.

If there was an option for 10 stars, I would rate this place at 10. They did a wonderful job with grooming my schnauzers and my puppies were happy and not stressed out when I picked them up. Allison did a phenomenal job grooming my puppies and I will definitely be going back. Thank you for making Loki and Freyja look so wonderful!
