Very friendly and get the job done, what makes veterinarian clinics not good and this goes for all veterinarian clinics, animals need insurance like humans, veterinarian clinics need affordable prices, so all animals won't suffer and get the same treatment like humans do, our taxes should go to animals and human clinics and hospitals, so everyone can get the right treatment, if I ever run for Congress or anything big please vote for me... I will make a difference with animals and humans... Taxes for Life... Vote Brian Dennis...

They were super sweet to my puppy tobi. It was his first visit and they treated him so good and everything was very affordable ! They have an amazing plan that they explained to me and answered all of my questions on :) Would definitely recommend and happy I finally found a vet in San Antonio .

THRIVE Affordable Vet Care Was an amazing experience for myself and my Australian Shepard! Everyone who works there were so sweet and nice. Definitely take your fur babies here !

They will offer a membership that supposedly saves you 60 bucks but you end up paying them back in 6 months paying 10 dollars a month. But what they don't tell you is that they will renew without asking you and still pull out from my card for over 4 months now and they are still stealing my money every month. I called them twice and still haven't gotten a call back to get my money back and now I'm having to call them back a third time and hoping they will finally cancel the membership cause I'm unable to do it online. It's so frustrating that they make it did hard to cancel and refund what's mine which is $40 bucks now cause they still take my money when I've been trying to cancel and no call back like they say Very disappointing and I don't recommend them to no one

We came in for a well visit for our kitty. We were worried because he's not very social and always a nervous wreck. When Amanda came in to greet us he was hesitant but she is truly I'm the right profession! She was amazing and now our little buddy made a new friend! Now we won't be so worried taking him next time!

I made an appointment for my puppy, took off work for this appointment, and when I arrived they said the appointment had been cancelled. I had not cancelled the appointment myself; I checked my phone records, texts and e-mails and could not find any communication from Thrive about the cancelled appointment.

The staff at Thrive San Pedro took great care of my girl during her dental cleaning. She is extremely anxious and I was worried about her procedure, but more so the blood draw and her distress the staff would have to endure, hoping she would not make their jobs harder in her panic. I try my best to reduce her anxiety as much as possible and the Vet along with her team accommodated us by doing everything at once to lessen my dog's anxiety. Bloodwork and choosing to sedate her early on so she wouldn't be combative during the blood draw was extremely helpful. Making my iggy comfortable as much as possible was thier top priority. As a pet parent with a special anxious iggy, that means the world to me, knowing my baby is in good hands while I'm not able to be there for her.

Every staff member was so nice and helpful. They treated Sophie with so much care and love.

Dr. S was super nice and helpful with giving me multiple treatment options for my dog. Britney was super friendly to my dog, as she is timid with strangers, but she sat on the ground and my dog came up to her and ate treats from Britney. Super nice that they accommodated the best care for my dog!

Excellent care and prompt service

I arrived early due to traffic and the staff was very friendly. They took great care of my puppy and evaluated and provided prices prior to taking any action. The entire visit was less than an hour and I felt confident my puppy was in great safe hands.

UPDATE: After we left this experience was still nothing us so we ended up calling the clinic and speaking to the office manager who went way out of her way tp find us another appointment at our regular clinic and apologize profusely about the way we were treated. She instilled our confidence back into thrive. We also received a call from a district manager apologizing for the experience and offered us a vet visit. Thanks to these amazing people we feel comfortable giving our continued business to thrive maybe not this location bust certainly the one on SE Military drive. ???????? ******************************************** Never again!! I booked my appointment online and got a confirmation email. The following day when I showed up for the appointment the the rude lady said “we called you multiple times and you never confirmed your appointment so we canceled it “ I explained I never got any calls the day before nothing in my history no voice mail. I even told her I got a confirmation that morning on how to check in for my appointment “ she didn’t care and said they tried calling and since I didn’t answer they filled my appointment with a euthanization and I needed to reschedule” I explain I don’t live in San Antonio but she didn’t even try to understand or help. I like their other clinics, but they didn’t have appointments avail so I figured give this one a try, so this was my first time and NEVER again would they see my business, my mom has 4 dogs and I visit the vet often I have never encountered a more dishonest and useless staff “ Photo shows the day of text message, so obviously she nor the doctor didn’t want to take us that day because I had an appointment I am truly disappointed in this experience. She didn’t even have a valid explanation.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received. The staff was so sweet and gentle with Chipotle. They put our minds at peace with some concerns we had with him. Thanks again!!!

Everyone was very professional, prompt, and through and their offices were very clean. My poor kitten was suddenly itching without relief, scratching her ears raw, even after I put a Seresto flea collar. Took her to get low-cost vaccines and was informed she needed to see a vet right away. Checked a few places and they were booked at least a month out! But one of the techs informed me of Thrive and recommended I take her there. Downloaded the app, saw they not only had a free first pet exam offer, but that they could see her as soon as the next day! I loved being able to check in on my phone and being shown all the charges upfront before treatment. I was so happy with our experience and the professionalism of the techs and veterinarian that I signed up for Thrive+ so that I can bring in my cat for free exams every month whenever is needed. Now my cat has stopped itching and I can sleep a little better at night knowing we can afford to take her to the vet right away should anything ever come up again. 5 out of 5 recommend!

I had to take my puppy poodle Sunshine in for excessive scratching, visit was great. Treatment for the scratching was fast convenient and has so far proved to really work. The technician Amanda was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to go over estimates with me and even to discuss different types of puppy food. I can honestly say that Amanda went above and beyond to make sure that I left Thrive with all of my questions answered and even with some wonderful advice. I would definitely recommend this vet care facility......

I will only go got the San Antonio - San Pedro location. The staff and vets are kind, knowledgeable and caring.

They told me that the pimple he had was not from his neuter and the stitches they used would dissolve in 100 days. I took him in mid July. He reo verde well and now he has a plastic feeling thing trying to come out of his skin and they told me it wasn’t because of the stitches. Yes it is. He is not an outside dog where he can get bit by an insect/bug. I am only giving three star due to the people being nice when you first go in and it cost around $400 for the neuter not affordable.

The staff at thrive make this vet great. My fur baby was in the best hands, and the ladies of the office took such great care of her!
