My dog gets excited when we pull up and it’s every couple of months that we use Pets inn. Great place. They really spend time with our girl Daisy.

We just picked up our dog ????. :) Other places are good, no doubt... But in our experience, The Pets Inn is the best.

I came to San Antonio for New Year’s Eve with my dog. We decided to leave him at the hotel because he’s terrified of fireworks. Unfortunately, he was barking and we had to come back. The hotel waited four hours until notifying me, which was 6:30 pm on New Year’s Eve ???? I called over 20 places to board him for the night or the next day but most didn’t answer or were closed for New Years. The Pet’s Inn didn’t answer the phone but promptly texted me asking how they could serve me. The representative told me they were also closed for New Years. After asking if they know any other places open? They were willing to take my dog in the next day. Probably sensed my desperation lol. Honestly this act of kindness saved my trip and less my anxiety. The customer service was spectacular! They were very responsive and made my first experience boarding my dog wonderful! Highly recommend!!! I decided to pick my dog in the evening rather then let him spent the night because my plans changed. My dog, Weezy, seemed to have a pleasant time as well!

We were so happy with our experience at Pets Inn. They sent us photos of the cats enjoying the play room every day. We could tell they really cared about our pets. We booked their next stay immediately!

I have been going to The Pets Inn for just a little over a year since I moved to San Antonio. The staff is wonderful with all of my fur friends. The process of reserving a space is so easy and so quick! The quality of the experience for my pets is wonderful! During each visit, the staff of The Pets Inn will take time of their day to send you photos and videos of your fur friends running around and having a jolly good time! I can not think of a better place here in San Antonio that offers such great quality, value, and care for my fur babies!!

Gustavo was phenomenal with taking care of my babies. He sent me photos & updates making sure I was completely comfortable leaving them for so long. I will definitely be bringing them back here if I need to travel again.

Great friendly staff. Very welcoming and clean. They provided great services. Daycare with overnight stays. They also bathe your fur-baby & also cats are welcome.

The Pets Inn is amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and they are so good to my girl Joey. They are always keeping in touch with me and sending me pics of her playing and socializing and when i pick her up she’s always content. I’m grateful for how they always are taking great care of her and treating her like family!

I have a 4 month old Labrador, Nala, and I was a little apprehensive about sending her to doggie daycare considering she’s so young plus I was worried she might have separation anxiety. I took her to the dog park and The Pets Inn was recommended by another dog owner at the park. I decided to further my investigation online and all of the other reviews are not lying to you, because this place is GREAT! Nala absolutely LOVES this place and gets so excited when she sees the building. I don’t see myself taking her anywhere else besides The Pets Inn. I live closer to another doggie day care, but I would rather her stay somewhere that isn’t so commercialized and the employees as well as the owner are so kind to my fur baby. If you’re looking for a doggie day care or boarding, don’t keep looking. This is the place for your pet!

I’ve been using this kennel for short term and long term stays. My dog is always happy to go and of course when we come back. They’re clean, professional and responsive. They even made sure she was taken care of during a special stay. We’re going to keep using them for years. Photo taken by the owner.

I don’t recommend this place. Not professional and they discriminate against certain breeds. I will be taking my dog to another boarding facility, where he is welcomed. Mind you my dog is trained and very well behaved. Don’t let the good reviews fool you

The Pets Inn was wonderful! They were able to accommodate our two large dogs over a holiday weekend. Immediately upon entering, you can sense the care with which they treat their facilities. They sent photo updates of our pets throughout their stay, and our normally nervous pups looked right at home. Upon picking up our pups, I had an excellent conversation with one of the caretakers who, again, immediately put me at ease as to the treatment of our animals. She told me all about their stay and seemed very dedicated to their well being. Thanks again, Pets Inn! Cooper and Boomer had a great time. We will be back!

Left my fur baby 4 day onboarding, they sent us pics/video everyday. I picked her up later than planned and it was an additional $10(no problem) she smelled good so I'm assuming she got a bath. She was so happy! the staff is super nice and welcoming and it seems clean! Would recommend and take my Darla back again. Oh she also was missing a vaccine so they were able to provide that there at an additional cost. Thank you staff! Affordable and professional

Great place and great customer service. I was visiting San Antonio and had already checked out from hotel but wanted to check out a museum. I called The Pets Inn and they were able to accommodate my 2 pugs for 4 hours. They sent me a picture of them a couple of hours later which I did not expect but was very nice of them. My dogs were happy and tired on the way back home.

This is my goofy dog nessi who has horrible separation anxiety when I take her to the pets inn I know she’s being cared for very well and I don’t have to worry the staff loves my pup and always gives me updates about how she’s doing and they are always very professional thanks to the staff for always taking care of my pup when needed !

Thank you so much for taking care of my fur babies!!!! You guys are a lifesaver !!! I didn’t expect the sell of my home to go so quick. I only had a couple of days to get everything out and then to wait 11 days to close on my new home….you guys came through taking in my puppers. From all the pictures and videos sent on a daily made me know they were in good hands!!! Gunner Bruno & Jazz will definitely be back!! And I raved about you guys to anyone who would listen lol. Best place ever! We have brought our fur baby here a few times and have a great experience each time. Every time he visits I know he will be taken care of and have a great time. I can tell that the owners not only just board the animals but care about them as well.

Amazing! I have nothing bad to say about this place! Attentive/friendly staff, perfect location near the airport, they completely took care of all my puppers needs without issue or hesitation! They sent pics everyday of the puppies and when it flight got cancelled they had no issues in accommodating us! If it wasn't for them we wouldn't have been able to go on our trip! Thank you pets inn, you guys are great! Bring your own food for your dogs, we left our pet carriers in the car and were able to pick them up immediately after getting out of the airport, it worked out really well that way!

We took our 14 month old rescue, he is a Doberman mix and very shy and has anxiety issues but is very gentle and sweet. An extensive conversation was had with the owner of this place explaining in extreme detail his anxiety and personality. We told them that if there was any issues whatsoever to let us know and we would go pick him up. So backtrack when we first walked in , the owner wasn’t as welcoming or pleasant as when we were on the phone. We asked to tour the place and he said no because it would upset the dogs and to go online to see the pictures. ( ok no problem ) We asked if we could have a picture of our dog sent since we were excited on his first day of “school” and he said no they probably wouldn’t have time. (Ok i guess) We placed a phone call about 3 hours after dropping off our dog and he said that although Levi was a little standoffish he was a very sweet dog and vocal. (Ok to expected it’s his first day and he’s shy) We go in excited to see him, and while waiting we ask about possible overnight stay. He abruptly cut us off and said we’re not gonna take him he doesn’t play with the other dogs and if he’s not happy here we don’t want him here. Ok first of all why didn’t he call to let us know ? We could of picked him up. Where’s the patience? We’re well aware he’s shy but he’s an adopted dog from a shelter isn’t it expected for them to have trust issues and shouldn’t he be at least give a chance to warm up? I’m not talking about his first time either that’s not right. It’s not like he attacked any of the animals or destroyed their property. And if he was a danger he would of told us when we called. A dog being shy doesn’t seem like a valid reason to kick him out. It was very disheartening, this big guy is very loving , he’s extremely smart, he just doesn’t trust as easily, with a little bit of patience and repetition I believe he would of grown to love going to doggy daycare. My partner is clearly gay so I don’t know if it was a homophobia thing or he just didn’t want to deal with it. It’s hard enough for these poor dogs that come from shelters. This felt like a kid being singled out because he was different. It may sound like an exaggeration but it’s truly how it felt. Would never recommend this place to anyone. It could of been handled with more empathy and professionalism. Do not support this establishment. I’m sure he’ll respond with excuses but there isn’t one I’m sorry. Shame on him. (Side note the dog handlers were sweet as can be. )

This is our Favorite place to take our dog! He runs up the steps every time we arrive. They offer doggy daycare as well as overnight stays. They even text you pics of your pet having fun! ❤️ The staff is wonderful and provide excellent customer service.

The absolute best pet resort! Extremely caring and helpful, I’ve been so hesitate to leave my golden doodles anywhere. I am so thankful for Gus and everyone at The PetsInn who made me feel comfortable and answered all the questions I had. Can’t wait to bring my pups back.

They are the best they are spoiling my baby

Let me first start off by saying this used to be a great place for our dogs. Last week we dropped both our dogs off and 5 min after we dropped them off we got an extremely rude text from the owner saying one of our dogs broke a 400$ plexiglass panel. He did not tell me if my dog was ok, he told me how upset he was with what had happened and he told me he would be invoicing me for the panel. To me this is extremely unprofessional and rude and not to mention, not my problem. Up until a few weeks ago the plexiglass panel was not installed over the fence and some dogs would jump over the fence as they played. The owner decided that to stop the dogs from jumping over the fence he would install a "CLEAR BARRIER" (AKA the Plexiglass) to prevent dogs from jumping over the fence. My dog, being super athletic and happy to be at daycare runs full speed b/c they let him off the leash without introducing him to the new barrier and they let him run full speed and immediately try to jump over the fence crashing into it and breaking it. To me, this was not my fault and not my dogs fault. They should of handled the situation WAY better and been more professional about it. We pay for our dogs to be there and have fun and not to worry about them breaking something. I will never bring my dogs back here and would highly recommend people read this review before leaving their dogs here as well. They are great until something stupid and dumb like this happens and that's enough for me.
