Zang is amazing. I have tried other groomers and came home and with disasters. She is patient and kind with my senior pets. They always look awesome! She is a top groomer! Ask for her, you won’t be disappointed! ZANG!

Very expensive and I tried to get my dogs nails clipped, nope! They wanted his ss# among other things.... they made it difficult to get simple pet things done,I ended up going somewhere else and they didn't ask me for anything

The store is fine but the groomers are the worst. They have Canceled my appts last minute, cut my dog while shaving him, and have never been on time. Strongly recommend grooming your animal elsewhere.

OMG,amazing workers at hospital & PetSmart store at 11792?Bandera Rd, starting with,Rebecca, and Doctor,to the girl at register . Pickles Hernandez,our pet dog ???? ,is the patient. Outstanding, better than at Alamo Ranch,rude workers, they should be retrained. We definitely are making this store our main, doctor ,nurses & store. Cleanliness outstanding.

The store is very clean and the staff was very helpful! FYI I would call first to make sure what you are looking for is available. The store runs out a lot but it could be because people like it.

Our first experience with a groomer here did not go well. We decided to give it a second try and were glad we did! Veronica (the groomer) did a great job and did exactly as we requested. Ariel was clean, cut, smelled good, and was given a cute Halloween bandana to wear when she left! Thanks Veronica for doing a wonderful job!!

Few workers. Used two coupons that helped me save $18.00. Anyone in their membership, you now need to check your email for your reward. Please keep up on it or you loose your reward.

Worst experience ever!! Do not take your dogs here especially if they’re large dogs like mine. The groomer was hesitant in taking in our dog because his “rabies vaccine was expired” when our GS clearly got it in June. Yes we brought in the immunization record. I think this groomer was just afraid and too small for our dog. Worst service ever

Bad vibes ...very chaotic and unorganized despite me calling to confirm appointmentfor for 4 dogs. Used them before definitely a different experience this time. Either new staff or poorly trained staff. I was left holding may dog no staff to inspect or take into kennel...told due to computers being down and the groomer not present I would have to wait in car til 1230 my appointment time and I had come 1150...I ended up canceling...concerned about the quality and for the care and safety of pets main reason. Their customer service needs work and easier intake process if computers go down would be my recommendations....

I have been a loyal Petsmart customer since 2004. I always enjoy shopping at the Bandera/1604 location. The staff is friendly.

Love this place. They're canned cat food is always fresh. My cats love it.

This location brought out my curbside order very quickly. The service was great and I felt that they practiced great safety measures.
